We have stayed at a lot of holiday inn express due to kids sports. This is by far the nicest one. Very nice amenities quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff was professional, pleasant & helpful. Carmen in particular at the front desk was a real jewel. The pool was very nice and clean and the proximity to the beach was a super win.

Room was great. We did have a problem with people in the next room partying into the night. Called desk. Eventually it settled down. Area around hotel kind of sketchy, teenagers hanging around the lobby area and outside.

Everything. The rooms has great blackout shades keeping the outside light from getting too bright in the room. Available amenities and quiet Not enough parking

It was a room I booked a hotel room, checked in, tried to cancel 2 hours after purchase on your realize I was out 225 dollars. I will never check into this hotel even if it's the cheapest I will find something else. I don't care about anything else besides the principal. An hour after a certain time I'm not eligible for my refund I learned my lesson and realized money is not as important as common decency.

Perfect location I had a terrible first impression when I checked in and met Noah, the PM front desk associate. He was rude and unprofessional during the check-in process. I informed him that the reservation had already been paid for, but he proceeded to charge me a second time. Throughout the interaction, he continued reading his Tom Clancy book and ignored my questions. Fortunately, I met Carmen and Kim the following day. They promptly addressed the issue and ensured that the duplicate charge was refunded. One suggestion: Noah would benefit from additional customer service training to improve guest interactions and professionalism.

The check in process was easy and quick. The room we stayed in was clean and nice. The hot water in the bathroom stayed nice and hot. The breakfast was nice with cold and hot food items. Staff was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! It was great to have a clean comfortable place to stay. Plenty of good places to eat nearby! Whether on a fun family trip, going to the beach, or in town for a Mayo Clinic appt, I’d highly recommend this hotel!!

I was charged for my service dog, $35 +tax!!

The Inn did not have hot water for my entire trip. The best I got after complaining twice was warm water and was told that it was 80 degrees and that it is not steaming hot but hot enough. Wow!! Not happy at all.

The room was decent size and the bed was fairly comfortable. There was hair in the shower floor and long like the maids I saw. None of the staff great you or say hi. My room was next door to the staffs cleaning supplies room. Don't stay in room 204! The cleaning staff is inconsiderate of being quiet and banging stuff against the walls at 6:30-7:00 am. The room smelled like someone sprayed an entire bottle of teenage AXE spray. Super strong and overbearing. No complimentary water bottles. The rooms are far from the elevators.

This hotel was in a good location, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. Room was clean, comfortable, nice beds, multiple pillows. The bathroom actually had a separate shower stall and bathtub (which was a nice size). Breakfast is included and offers a good variety, hot food, cold, danish, and a great coffee maker! Friendly staff.

We did not have a beach view which we didnt request. However, the beaches are withi. Walking distance. The staff & rooms were absolutely prestige!! Clean, stocked, cool and the separate shower and tub were a plus. Id recommend this spot to everyone. PLUS, If your a dog lover we took ours and not one issue!!

Despite this advance notice, I was informed upon arrival that I would be charged an additional fee for failing to check in in person, while still being charged the full rate for both nights, including the added fee. At no point during my call was I informed that an in-person check-in was required to avoid this charge. Compounding the issue, the front desk attendant was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She questioned why I was checking in late (which is neither relevant nor appropriate), initially refused to explain what the late fee was for, and handled the situation in a dismissive and hostile manner. I have never experienced treatment like this from hotel staff, nor have I ever been placed in a situation where payment felt coercive rather than transparent or fair. This experience was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. I will not be staying at this property again, and I strongly urge management to review both the late check-in policy and the conduct of staff to prevent similar situations for future guests.

Breakfast was better than some I’ve had. The morning when bacon was available was better. Eggs weren’t my favorite.

Cons: Room is basic and outdated. Lighting is horrible. Had to do my make-up up against the window for light. Ran out of hot water in the shower. AC didn’t work, had to call someone in the next day to fix. Had to call the police because the room next door had loud music on from 10p-3a. Not the hotels fault though. I called the front desk and they tried to reach the customers but had to call the police to gain entry into the room because there was no response to calls or knocks. Just an all around bad experience for me.

There was blood on the sheet & comforter/ phone was not working. Went to front desk & was given new set. It was after 11 pm when we noticed the blood. We had a late checkin. Girl at front desk was kind but swamped with other people's issues and sh was alone.

I had to take a cold shower. No hot water in shower. My room was on a very busy street and it sounded like vehicles were in there with me. Now i cannot get thru to a real person to find out about billing discrepancy.

The room we got was super clean and the bathroom was VERY spacious! The beds were comfortable. Everything we needdd was stocked. There was even a chaise lounge for reading! Loved the Keurig coffee maker in the room. The lobby had a coffee machine that ground individual cups of coffee. Breakfast area was clean and well organized. Our stay was very pleasant.

The only thing i did not like was the pool area but other than that everything was good.

The staff I encountered were professional and nice. Property was clean and comfortable. The only issue I encountered was the fridge emitted a rather loud noise. With my hearing aids in, it was a minor irritation. With them out, it was still loud, but could tune it out when sleeping. Other than that, I’d stay there again.

Great place to stay very near Jax beach. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Little tip: just take an Uber to the beach to avoid searching for and paying for parking and/or long walks.

I had a good stay here. Nice and quiet. Comfortable room. The only drawback was that there was no liquid soap and shampoo in the bath, they were only in the separate shower. Guess I’m the only one who takes a bath. 😆

I stay in Jacksonville once a month because of my Post Bone Marrow Transplant follow up appointments at Mayo Clinic. The staff are always nice and helpful. The rooms was nice and clean.
