Very comfortable single night stay.

The hotel itself was very nice. The things I was disappointed with was the bed. It was extremely hard and caused my wife and I to wake up in pain every morning. For me I woke up every few hours because of this. Also, the rooms only get cleaned every other day.

I recommend fixing the elevator noise in elevator 1. It made the elevator unusable for my dog, and likely annoying, irritating for young children as well.

We had no toilet paper (coming in later in the evening and after a road trip this was a complete inconvenience). Also no tissues in the box either. It was strange. The toilet paper roll was empty (not low and not missing- but the cardboard roll only) and the tissue box was there but empty. Room service/housekeeping issues. Also did not clean our room and I had to call for clean towels at least to get something for us to shower. Again, seems like simple things.

You can walk to a few from the hotel. I have never been disappointed. Nothing not to like it has a pool and a gym.

The hotel was so nice and clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We stopped there “impromptu”because we were heading home from Disney and the children were tired so we planned to stay one night before heading home but we were so impressed with the staff and the area we decided to make a weekend of it before traveling the rest of way home!

The room and bathroom were clean and big compared to other hotels we stayed in. The tv was a good size and it was nice to be able to stay connected to various apps. The beach is less than 2 miles away which was a bonus!

The staff was amazing , it was very clean. My son had a medical emergency while staying here. The hotel acted fast and was very helpful and checked on my son throughout the remainder of my stay. Highly recommended.

The room was larger than expected. Loved the large counter space in bathroom. The room was exceptionally clean. Parking was easy due to plenty of spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area had a waffle maker which I find less and less in hotels now. Overall great stay and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was great, breakfast was good the main complaint is the beds were too hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. We called to ask for a different room to see if there were others that weren’t so hard but were immediately told they were all the same. If you have a bad back or need a softer mattress to sleep on this is not the hotel for you. Also, the beach access is several miles away, the listing makes it seem as though it’s close and it’s not.

Had a wonderful stay! Really appreciate the Mayo shuttle. Room was super comfortable. Absolute only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the doors don’t insulate well from noise, especially between rooms. But beyond that, this was a great place and I’d recommend it to others.

The t.v. was easy to easy access any and all the channels provided which was more than I expected. The location was great and the grounds were very well taken care of. There was an owl in the trees across the parking lot that was hooting occasionally while I was outside. That was a great touch of nature of course not provided by the hotel but a great addition nonetheless. It was a great stay and it was nice and quiet.

Great location for Ponte Vedra and TPC Sawgrass. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and within a two mile drive. Only a couple of miles to the beach too! This Hampton Inn is well managed with a very attentive and professional staff. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town. ddededefinitelat

Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with my accommodations on 12/29/25. Upon entering the shower, I discovered hair on the shower wall and water backing up in the tub when taking a shower. I was switched to another room where the room was clean, but I had the same problem with water not going down properly while taking a shower. This is very frustrating because I'm a patient at the Mayo Clinic, and after a long day of appointments and treatments, this is the last thing you want to be dealing with - a dirty hotel room and switching rooms. I'm very disappointed. I did talk to management, and all they could offer was a discount on my next room. I will never be coming back to this hotel. Hampton Inn, you need to do better, especially if you're going to be accommodating cancer patients. It's not about the money; it's about the cleanliness of your hotel. It's very important for cancer patients to be in a clean environment.

Check in and out were easy, very friendly staff, and the room was very clean. Even being so close to a very busy highway, it was very quiet inside all night. However....the bed was as hard as a rock. Can't imagine more than just a couple of nights at most struggling to find a comfortable sleeping position.

While Expedia has agreed to refund us for one of the hotel rooms, we would like for the Hampton to honor the original booking price and refund us the price difference.

Upon arrival Friday December 5,2025 around 5:49p.m.. the Younglady at the front desk was very pleasant & patient with a warm welcoming attitude that matched her smile. She got my husband & I checked in right away and pointed out the breakfast area, gym, & pool. The entire place was very clean from the outside to upstairs. The room was cozy, soft & comforting after a long day. Needless to say we slept very well. We always enjoy our stays as a member we are very satisfied. Thank you

We requested a 5:30 a.m. wakeup call, we never got it. We overslept for an appointment at Mayo Clinic. Thank God, they still got us in. They never got the garbage out of the room, we took it to the big garbage can outside. We had to ask for clean towels, they were never replaced.

We were on the 4th floor. After taking showers after dinner, the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was overwhelming. I used half a bottke of perfume to try to drown the smell which it did. Git up at 5 am and aftr going to the bathroom, went to wash my hands and realized the water was off. The toilet starting doing some terrible sounds. We didnt even get to brush our teeth, in order to get our appt at 6:50. Breakfast was a package of dry cereal and left. After to ecen dare have coffee. Terrble stay.

Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very thin. Hardly any lighting in the living area. Had to ask front desk for an ice bucket. The toilet was crazy loud when flushed. The shower H/C dials were backwards so it was frustrating trying to get the water to the correct temp. Staff was very friendly. Free bottled water and afternoon cookies were a nice touch. Overall decent hotel but wouldn’t stay here again- mainly based on the lumpy uncomfortable bed

A girl friend and I were staying in town for a conference and it’s always a little scary being two girls staying in another town alone and this place made me feel so safe. Front reception was OUTSTANDING in that she was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked. Only issues: bathtub obviously worked on and looked like it, side door didn't work with room key so standing in the rain trying to make that work didn't happen, there was "food" stuck on the elevator door and was there the day of checkin and still there upon check out.

Rooms are not sealed to help prevent sound and light from outside the door of the rooms. Music was blasting all night from another floor and you could hear every step from the elevator. Great location though. Breakfast was mediocre.

I’ve reviewed this property before, and for good reason—I’ve stayed here multiple times. While it’s not located directly on the beach or within walking distance, it’s just a quick 5 to 10-minute drive away. Close enough to enjoy the ocean, but far enough to escape the crowds and noise. The staff has consistently been friendly and accommodating. If you’re planning a trip to the area, I highly recommend staying here.

I really liked the location of this hotel

They overbooked their hotel. I arrived early on the day of my reservation and they did not have a room for me. Worse, they refused to give me a refund for the night because I went through a third party, Expedia, for the booking. They should not place clients in the middle and charge for hotel services that they did not provide. I asked for a refund but they refused. Very unprofessional. They chose to do business with Expedia, not I.

We stayed for 6 nights and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was more comfortable than other hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was a little different each morning and we thought that was an awesome idea cause we couldnt wait to get up and go see what it was the next morning. All the staff is always pleasant and saying hello and if we need anything! Totally recommend staying here, we will be back!

I arrived and was greeted by receptionist who welcomed me. Room was nice breakfast nice where I was staying one night

Check in was super quick & efficient. They have a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic which starts running at 6 a.m.. If you had to drive to Mayo, still very close. In a safe area with good shopping nearby. Not sure about the breakfast, I left before it was served. Thank you for your kindness. If needed in future, we will definitely stay here.

The receptionist Tais, from Brazil like me. I asked where in Brazil, she said “interior” of SP. I said me too, she said Artur Nogueira, 20 min from my dads town. Such a coincidence. Amazing breakfast and stay

with a health issue I was dealing with for a loved one. She is an exceptional employee and really helped me through a difficult situation. She is amazing!

These hotel was the worst stay and experience I’ve EVER had. The room was dirty, the A/C was super LOUD and the mattress was sleeping on the concrete floor!!!!!!

Great Stay

I was disappointed that the policy of the hotel is not to have the rooms cleaned during the guests' stay and that guests must must let the front desk know if they wish to have more towels. Otherwise, I had a very nice stay.

Love this hotel. My wife and i had a great time there. Hotel was very clean, modern, well located and the staff was very professional and courteous...thank you Marie! Great breakfast selections. We will definitely be back soon.

Loved the location, property, and the amenities of Jacksonville!

Hotel was excellent; however, the breakfast was not very good. You need to improve this significantly.

The only improvement I can suggest is better mattresses. Ours were not soft at all and very uncomfortable. Pillows were good though
