My stay was nice & l would stay there again. I stayed for a week, in a suite with a jetted tub. The tub worked fine, but there were no bars around it to help you pull up & out. Made the experience less enjoyable. Also had a problem with the TV. The manager was helpful, but l hated to keep bothering him. The last day of my stay, Housekeeping kept tapping on my door, starting at 9am. I told them checkout was at 11am, but to no avail. That's the reason l took my tip back. I felt HARRASSED! Other than that, the week went fine. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool was clean.

The jetted tub in the King suite was so relaxing that I didn’t even go swimming in the indoor pool. It was nice and quiet and close enough to Walmart to walk

However, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We expected more options like waffles, yogurt, or bagels, but there were only cereal, oat bars, and fresh apples. The pool was also very cold, which made it uncomfortable to use. One of my kids couldn’t stay in the pool very long because his lips turned purple from the cold. Cleanliness and staff were excellent, but the breakfast and pool could be improved.

Faucet had dripping leak, front door plate missing screw and loose. Cereal was stale, orange juice was rotten. Good maid service and friendly check-in keeps it from 1 star.

Carpet was stained and needed replacing. Sheetrock walls were poorly repaired.

When we checked in found used bandaids in our room, a smooshed roach on the bathroom wall. Found roaches crawling around.

The staff is courteous. However, I think they should improve the lighting in the rooms, as the light is yellow instead of white, and therefore lacks good illumination.

The staff was great, the room was very clean. The did not have a king bed downstairs but got me in a room downstairs with two double beds.

The pictures online of this place were not actual photos of what it looks like. The pool area especially. It was much darker and not so welcoming. Our room was ok. Duvets had cigarette multiple burns in them, in a non smoking room. TV wouldn't stay on and we had to have the staff come 3 times in 2 days to fix it. Food consisted of sugary cereal, small sugary muffins, and sugary granola bars, apple and orange juice that was so strong in smell, I wouldn't drink. Coffee that was weak in a small pot. Food was not healthy for those with diabetes.

The room was quiet and adequately sized, featuring a TV with access to Netflix with subscription and DirecTV, though the channel selection was limited. However on the downside, at least in the room I was booked, there was no closet or space to hang clothes, with a thin comforter that had burn holes in a supposed non-smoking room and the continental breakfast was minimal—only two cereals, fruit, coffee pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars. I understand it’s a motel not an IHOP, but some guests might base their choice on breakfast options, and this one was lacking. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and the room met basic comfort for the price, but I likely wouldn’t choose or recommend this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE, IWISH I COULD GET A REFUND! We were checked in for 15 min and checked out! Bugs on the floor that was filthy, bugs on the pillows, fingerprints on fridge, hair on the chair!!! The signs in the lobby left us with the distinct impression they have a problem with prostitution. Drug deal going on behind the building which was right outside the room we had. Man in front crashed laying on the groud with hus bicycle! This place is dangerous!! We drove more than an hour home at 11 at night because it was the safer choice!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at super 8. We had booked 2 rooms. The initial room we walked into was room 2014 it reeked of smoke!! Not to mention the broken lamps and the moist environment. We asked to switch rooms and got 210 which was not any better! Room also reeked of smoke and we did book non smoking rooms still ended up with these! Room 210 had lights that did not work bugs crawling on the bed and noise coming from the refrigerator the entire night. The worst part is in the morning cleaning services started knocking before checkout time and we let them know we’re leaving at checkout. Few mins later an Indian lady uses her master key and just walks into our room asking if we’re leaving today, doesn’t knock or nothing just walks into our room. We complained and all they had to say was sorry! If you run a business in this industry the least you should know is not to walk into someone’s hotel room without knocking especially if it’s not near checkout time. Now going to room 2015 the beds also had bugs broken lamps and the cherry on top was cigarette burned sheets and blankets. Owners had nothing to say but sorry for all this. Learn to do better!!!

The door did not close good and top lock was broken off. Had a non smoking room but blankets had burns in them. Bathroom door was broken and did not close. Toilet seat had burn marks on it as well. Air was turned off when we left the room for the day. Over all it was a horrible experience.

The man at chicken was absolutely amazing. Super nice super friendly. The only issue that I really had was the beds were a little bit uncomfortable as well as when I had to leave at 12:30 to go to work there were cops that happened to be behind my car because somebody was getting arrested and they wouldn’t move until they were done so I was almost late to work.

The security lock on the door of the room we stayed in, was broken. We had to improvise.

They stated that they have breakfast it was only cereal and milk the room it self was out dated sheets have whole in the spread and it smelled old.But it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t return strange men knocking on the door so I don’t know if that was a drug area. But it was not a good stay. Staff was nice but that’s it if you want extra towel you had to bring back used towel never heard that before but I did what they said cause I need more towels.

I first went into the room and used the restroom and noticed a bug in the toilet recognizing it as a bedbug I began checking beds the box springs had bedbug nest so bad that the corners were stained with blood and black from bedbug poop

We’ve stayed here several times and have never had any problems. Clean, quiet & friendly. Indoor pool in working condition! This place is wonderful and right next to a Walmart, and restaurants within walking distance.

Within 20 min of arriving there was a domestic disturbance and the cops were there. I paid for nonsmoking. The place stunk. We had cigarettes burns in all blankets. We didn’t shower here as I felt we’d be dirtier by the end of the shower vs just not showering.

Needless to say, we checked out immediately and continued on our drive since we didn't have to much longer til our next destination. They did however provide a refund. I will never book another room there again.

Our biggest problem by far was the cleanliness. There were big issues like the cob webs in the corners and over the light shades, the filthy walls and doors, the corners of the floors, and small bits of food still on top of the table. Then there were small problems like the bed spread was stained and the soap had been chewed on by a small child(yes you read that right).

Major highway construction around this property made getting to it or around to anything else very challenging. Room was very nice, staff friendly. Pool was well heated but pool deck was dirty

The room stinked, the carpet was stinky and really, really, really nasty, the couch had a lot of stains I didn't even sit on it.

The check in person was super nice and helpful. That was the only good thing about it

Bugs clogged restroom ripped badsheets

Although we booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of stale, old smoke. When we called about it, the front desk person said "okay, I'll note it." We were too tired and it was too late to try changing rooms. Breakfast was extremely minimal. I don't need fancy places to stay and don't tend to worry about little issues that many reviewers get picky about, but this was a very disappointing stay.

Non-smoker, booked a smoking room last minute. Smell of smoke was noticeable on entry, but light enough to acclimate to quickly, and nothing held the smell in it. Bed and main room were clean, but the tub still had long hairs around it. Toilet seat was missing one of the bolts to secure it to the toilet, had some crazy shifts during use. The "breakfast" options were two types of cereal and some packaged sausage rolls. The cleaning staff just burst into my room twice without knocking, not impressed by the communication to and between them. Not the fault of the hotel, but getting to/from the hotel is a headache with the roadwork going on.

It's a place to sleep for the night. Room smelled like smoke and had few amenities, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine.

Got there and couldnt check in because they said their internet was down. So it was an inconvenience on me ! I had to go find another place to check in. They could have call and let me known this before hand.

Construction (road completely closed) caused inconvenience, wish it had been mentioned at booking.

Indoor pool was nice

Absolutely NOT worth the stay. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever experienced. The toliet was not clean, there was a dead cockroach in the restroom, there was trash behind the bed headboard, and the sheets were stained. The receptionist was accommodating and gave us a different room, but this new room had the extra safety latch broken off and the restroom door was also broken as if it had been kicked in. I'd suggest paying the extra 30 to $40 for a better hotel. There's an Econolodge across the street and a Days Inn across the freeway.

The only thing stopping me from giving the worst rating was that we didn't see any bugs. Our non smoking room smelled of stale beer and cigarettes. 2 cans of febreeze couldn't even mask the smell. The bedspreads were filthy and looked as if they hadn't been washed in years. There was a chair in the room that looked as though it was pulled from the trash, it was torn and stained up. All the linens including the curtains had cigarette holes. There was a nice size soaking tub, but no plug for the drain to use it and there was broken molding and missing caulk on the seems. The mirrors were not clean and the vents were full of dust.

This motel is old a ran down. It needs to be up dated. Also with the road construction going on in the area. I know they have no control of the road construction. The room did not have a working fire alarm. I went to see family and was on a budget and this was all i could afford. See attached photos. Super 8 should close this motel down until it is completely redone.

We didn't like our stay at all!! I deserve a refund! the bath tub and shower curtain was dirty and stained. There was hair in the sink. The carpet was dirty and stained. There were roaches on the ceiling when we woke up the next morning.

We traveled down for a birthday party. The stay was great. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is that our room did not have an iron in it other that everything was really good.

The remote for the television did not work. The batteries were taped in. Horrible coffee for the little coffee maker. Pillows were old and flat.

Stopped for the night on a road trip and hotel was just as pictured. Check in was easy rooms were clean (enough) and nice location Walmart right next door and tons of food places nearby.

It was an uncomfortable sleep as the bed sagged in the middle. The floors were sticky and their was no shampoo in the room.the only good thing was its proximity to places we wanted to visit.

Staff and housekeeping get 5 stars!! The only issue that I had was people were running up and down the stairs during the night and it kept me awake sometimes. Also, I think someone was smoking in one of the rooms next to me. I would get smacked in the face with a strong cigarette smoke odor when I would be gone for any amount of time and walk in my room. But the room was cleaned daily by housekeeping and I really appreciate that!

My husband and father in law stayed last night while doing a job nearby. Woke up this morning to bugs in the bed!!!!! Took pictures . Bed Bugs in room 105. Very disappointed.

Every thing is extremely dirty. Rooms are not cleaned, dirty sheets, burned comforters. Hair. There was hair everywhere. Illegal substance in drawer of the first room. Keys kept having to be reprogrammed. And on top of it all, we got bed bugs. If there is any hotel available, DO NOT GO HERE. people was constantly just standing outside our door. Loud and just made you uneasy. Would not recommend to anyone.

The receptionist was very kind. Got to the room it looked clean but smelled of cat pee so we turned to air unit on because we was going to open the door and let it air out. The smell of human urine came out of the unit so strongly we just shut it off and left. We ended up renting a room at the econo lodge near the concert arena instead.

I had a room with 2 double beds. The coverlets on BOTH beds had cigarette burns on them AND the bed skirts as well. The curtains had stains on them that made me suspicious of bed bugs. Needless to say, I pulled the covers up & checked the mattresses. Fortunately I didn’t find any bed bugs. The ice bucket was DIRTY inside & the inside of the lid to it was DIRTY & had a black hair on it. I used the ice bucket with the plastic bag & never put the lid over it. It was disgusting. There were splatters of stuff on the walls too. The hair dryer wouldn’t work but I called the front desk & they did bring me another one thank goodness. The pillows are plain standard foam pillows. The blanket under the coverlet is one of those itchy scratchy plain blankets. Don’t expect any plush bedding like Best Western has. The ladies in the office were very friendly however. Indoor pool was great. That’s about it.

The hotel was clean enough, but quite old and it looked it. Drapes didn't close properly. No iron in the room, (was told that none were available). Refrigerator didn't work and had to be replaced. Bedspread was so stained that I went out and bought a blanket at the WalMart across the street. (No other linen was available at the hotel according to the housekeeper.) I wouldn't normally have stayed here, but friends had booked the same hotel and I believe it was within their budget.

The fact that it was also an extended stay made it a bad experience. When you have folks panhandling around the property doesn't help either.

If you are expecting any form of air conditioning in your room this is not the place you want to stay. Went to bed sweating, woke up during the night sweating, got up the next morning sweating. Terrible experience even after talking to the front desk was told I’m sorry you had that happen to you. It normally gets down to 60 degrees in our rooms. Continental breakfast is a joke. Simple snacks is what they should call it.
