I did not get the staff name that worked the front desk overnight while I stayed there, but t she was very helpful Waken up the next morning from my first night there with the housekeeper trying to enter my room while I was sleeping without respecting the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I booked a premium room and there was nothing about it that was premium! The bathroom sink/counter was falling off the wall! AC unit was falling apart! Remote for TV didn't work! The safety lock was broken! Poor lighting! Bathroom door handle was messed up making it difficult to exit the bathroom! The staff that checked us in why not friendly at all! I do not recommend staying at this place!

The room was clean, but the window was really dirty and there was water damage and mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom. Parking is limited, so it's best to get there early. Also, if you book your room online through Hotels.com or another third party, they charge you a $5 booking fee.

Overall, it was what I expected with the price. The place in town was convenient for me as it was right down the street from the AFB.

This hotel really impressed me with its cleanliness and service. The staff was attentive and professional, and the room felt cozy and well arranged. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I got my room online and when me and my service animal who was wearing her vest and had previously stayed prior to our arrival at the oyo on John harden drive,the employee said unless I had registration papers my service animal wouldn't be allowed without her registration papers and so I said well I'll take her to the house and then I would be back,, but without informing me,, the employee went up and got my belongings and took them downstairs and then waited for me to enter the building and then waited until I inserted the room key of witch should have been deactivated seems how the oyo employee said I cancelled my room!! so then I come downstairs not realizing what is happening,,and was approached by two jpd saying I was trespassing and that I'm banned now from oyo hotel!!! wow

When we arrived, the hotel informed us that they had no rooms available even though we had a reservation. This also happened to another family who walked in while we were on the phone in the lobby trying to find a hotel with availability in the area. Do not book with OYO because they will give your reserved room away. We tried to contact customer service and they were not helpful. They could not find the property in their system by the hotel name or address. I would not recommend making a reservation here.

I was highly disappointed in our stay at the Oyo. Upon arrival the front receptionist was rude, & the building had an unfamiliar odor. Once checked in & into our room we were greeted with hair in our supposed to be freshly made bed, writing on the walls, burn holes on the furniture & blankets in a non smoking room & absolutely no toilet paper. Highly do not recommend staying at the Oyo Hotel.

The maid let somebody in my room that did not belong in my room. I have no idea who they were. They stole everything in my room when I brought it up to management and made them let me watch the camera. You can clearly see the maid. let the stranger in my room, and then the incompetent worker tried to blame it on me even worse. And then the next day after I made him change rooms for me, I put a do not disturb on my door and the maid came in my room anyway they violated my rights for privacy. I wanna be compensated for the over $1000 worth of stuff that was in my room And I feel like they owe me a week cause I paid for a week and I was worried every day that I went to work whether or not my stuff was gonna be there when I got back. None of the made speak English or understand English, I asked for do not disturb sign and they gave me a bottle of Comet Horrible horrible horrible

I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. But it was terrible. I am not a picky person. I never stay in “high end hotels”. So I wasn’t expecting much.. the shower was dirty. The water was warm at best. The blankets & sheets had cigarette burns on them. The pillows had hair on them. It smelled horrible. You can definitely smell that they smoke in some of the rooms. the bed was very uncomfortable. The guy at check in was really nice though. I saw a few reviews of “sketchy people” but don’t really care about that. But it was correct.

Showed up with a reservation and was told they had no more rooms available and now they refuse to answer the phones for customer service to reach them to confirm the information so I can get a refund

The pictures made this place look really cute but it was not. It was awful there were multiple cigarette burns in all 4 comforters in the 3 rooms we had. Also each room had a different odd smell. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I should have known better for $60 a night but it was definitely an adventure. The front desk clerk was very friendly though!

I asked for the second floor and they lied and said they were all full n gave me a room on the 3rd floor which is a horrible floor because all the rooms r disgusting. The sheets are nasty and stained n some have hair or cigarettes holes on them...the pillows are flat and the covers are old and nasty. The curtains on window are old and disgusting and the floors aren't clean ..and they have mites very badly. I would never pay my money there again.

The building is very old and smelly. And not clean at all. The comforters and sheets has cigarette burns in them and hair on sheets. Pillows on bed clearly old and disgusting. Sketchy looking people hanging inside and outside. Owners need to invest in updating hotel.

The towels and pillowcases appeared as though they had not been washed properly, raising concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. Adding to the discomfort was the exterior of the building, which seemed to be a gathering spot for individuals struggling with homelessness, alcoholism, and drug use. This created an unsafe environment, particularly for families with children. Furthermore, the security measures at the hotel are lacking. There are numerous blind spots around the building due to an insufficient number of cameras, which only exacerbates the feeling of insecurity. Overall, this hotel is not a safe or comfortable place to stay, especially for families. Significant improvements are needed in both cleanliness and security to make it a more welcoming and safe environment.

Nothing the hotel did, but the road construction has that area a mess and it’s hard to get to and from it. The hotel in itself was fine and the bed was comfortable. Limited to no amenities but Starbucks and others places to eat within short distance

I’ve always stayed at OYO in the past but now they have really fell off. I traveled this weekend with my family which included a two month old and a 1 year old. Booked non smoking rooms, but upon entry of the room it reeked of cigarettes. The covers had cigarette burns and the windows were covered in what seemed to be smut. People were hanging out in the parking lot which gave sketchy vibes. The worker tried offering another room after our initial complaint just for it to be a room with cigarette burns and a barking dog beside it. If I could rate this hotel in the condition it’s in now it would be in the negatives. You’d have a better chance sleeping in your car than here. Makes me wonder what happens in those rooms if they’re in that type of condition.

Tv didn’t work. I had to go down and get fresh batteries instead of them bringing them to me which I really didn’t mind-but the lady at the counter didn’t even bother to offer to bring them up. Was told by someone the elevator quit working while someone was on it. It’s cheap. And that’s what you get. Cheap. Looked like a hospital they tried to turn into a hotel.

This was an okay stay for one night. The hotel grounds and lobby looked really nice, clean and bright. The rooms could have had better lighting, and the window only had a black-out curtain, nothing to allow for a little privacy and light to come in. When I stay at a hotel I always wipe down all the surfaces, but this hotel had NO dust/dirt on the tables and chair. The refrigerator and microwave were clean, this use to be a Motel 6 and at some point they must have allowed for smoking becasue you can still smell it even though they are a 100percent non smoking facility. When we arrived check in was fast, the man behind the counter was very kind, he did switch our rooms in his words to save himeself some trouble later, not sure what that was about. The walls are very thin we hear people talking and a baby crying throughout the night, the air condition worked, but was very loud with the setting auto fan turning on and off. The refrigerator was loud too, the TV/cable worked well. My bed was very loud with every turn it creaked. There was construction in the area so early in the morning it was loud, this is of course not thebhotels fault. The bathroom was pretty clean with a few hairs here and there, I did find a bery long hair in my bed right ehen i went to get in it and since this was a long stright hair, I know it didnt belong to my family. The floor was filthy, I used one of their towels to clean the floor, I have photos, but Hotels.com won't let me upload them.

Hotel was dirty and rooms laminate flooring which is very loud. Bedding and even shower curtain had several cigarette burns.

When checking in, night staff (woman) was super friendly and quick! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and morning staff (older ethnic man) wasn’t very friendly at all. The room was NOT thoroughly cleaned AT ALL!! towels looked dirty and werent properly stocked. Used dirty socks from a perilous stay were found in the room. Shower was great and the hotel is good for a quick unexpected overnight stay.

This place was horrible. It was dirty- stains on the walls, the floors, the beds. Mold on the ceilings. They'll deny it's mold. Tried at least changing rooms to find the same thing. I just ended up going to a different hotel. Not worth what they charged me. I will be seeking a refund.

Very bad location, very poor facility. Parking lot was always full of homeless folks, some benign, others very mentally ill. Saw the police come several times over the two weeks I was there. My sheets were only changed once, in my last week there, with sheets and a comforter that were full of cigarette burns. Facility’s pictures were either doctored or taken in a very flattering light, because it was very gross and filthy. Signage from when it was a Motel 6 was still installed on parts of the building. Absolutely none of the entrances except the front entrance worked. A dog peed in the stairwell the first night I was there and the pee never got cleaned the entire time I was there. One night a random person I didn’t know was knocking on my door furiously for several minutes. Sometimes they forgot to replace the towels they took away. The staff always parked at the front entrance so there was never room for guests to load or unload their vehicles. Walls were paper thin; could hear other guests loudly talking on their phones and dogs barking virtually all night. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, but I guess at $36 a night, I really shouldn’t have been surprised. On a positive note, the staff was always exceptionally nice.

I didn’t stay at all. My family and I literally walked in and walked out. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel smoke fumes were everywhere. Holes were in the wall covered by Tape. Sheets and covers were soiled badly. Tub was nasty.

Would I sleep here if I had a baby or a toddler? No. Was it fairly priced to accomodate my husband and I to crash one night to recover from driving all day during our road trip? Yes. Shower was very nice though.

Well for starters I reserved a king bed and when I got there to check in one wasn't available so I ended up having to pay more for a room with 2 queen beds. Also the place was filthy. There were stains and holes all over the walls, tub was disgusting and floors were sticky. Bed and bedding were terrible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The room was GREAT people nice. Had wanted a room with to beds but that wasn't available.. Offered us a KING which worked out GREAT. Bathroom was large and easy to use I am in a wheelchair. Will definitely stay their again.

The website showed a pool. There was no pool. There was no breakfast. The beds were hard. The pillows were small and flat. At least the room was clean. We were asked to leave at 8am.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been too. We had to plunge our own toilet if that tells you anything. When WE couldn’t get it we were switched to a new room that was hot, floors were sticky and just felt horrible. With us checking in a midnight and the 5 hour drive we had, we were tired and ready for sleep so we stayed one night. On all reviews I do, I try my best to be honest and this is it.

The accommodating staff made up for the lack of cleanliness, for sure. We got a great deal and felt like we got what we paid for. We booked here in a pinch so we couldn’t complain much. The staff really did make our stay so much less stressful and helped solve our weird problems that came up.

The front desk lady was nice and checking in was easy. However, the floors in our room were dirty. There was a pile of dust and debris behind the bathroom door. The parking lot was littered with trash and had what appeared to be a used condom (did not go in for a close up). There were quite a few unsavory looking individuals going in and out of the motel. The police rolled through frequently patrolling, which usually indicates that this area is prone to illegal activities. There was no hot water in the morning when we were getting ready to leave. Check out was at 11am yet housekeeping was banging on the door 45 minutes beforehand. I would not recommend this place at all. You get what you pay for.

This place is awful. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting. It had mold on the vent, the outlets were cracked and broken. The mini fridge was dinged and chipped. The bathroom had no toilet paper to which I called the front office and they asked me to come down and get it and their response was “I guess they just didn’t put any in there” you guess they didn’t just do their job??? Don’t stay here unless it’s a final resort

If you are looking to stay somewhere, don’t let it be here. The only good thing about it was the concierge who worked the afternoon. There are unsavory people obviously living there and a female does not feel safe.

The staff appear to have charged me twice, in different amounts, on the same night which is hopefully still being addressed for resolution. Two nights, another guest had dogs that began barking at 2am which did not appear to be handled effectively. On the last night there was a domestic altercation somewhere in the building at 5am that was not addressed at all. The room obviously had water damage with a section of the ceiling sagging and what appeared to be mold in another section. The dresser in the room was falling apart,the refrigerator made so much noise that it had to be unplugged, and the TV remote had no back on it for the batteries. The owner/manager did not appear to understand the complaints made and kept avoiding taking any responsibility.

Front desk didnt go by total price . she rounded up to highest dollar. Not a big deal but its sneaky. Room was okay but not the nicest. Was quiet but not the cleanest. Hair was in freezer and holes in walls.

I arrived to find my reservation had not arrived yet. Joe was very helpful in getting me in contact with you. However it took over an hour to get the reservation cleared. I was exhausted and your staff didn’t seem to care. Thankful that Joe put me in a ground floor room and allowed me to park in front of the office under cameras.
