Had to wait for the man working to come to the lobby, another lady was already there waiting as well. Our room was ok, nice floors and very comfortable beds. base boards and doors were pretty dirty. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, the ones supplied are extremely tiny. It was a good place to sleep for the night with our dogs. Very reasonable pet fee compared to other places which are a total rip off. Overall pretty good for what we needed.

It allowed pets. Our TV wasn’t working but management was quick to fix it when we called. We only had 2 towels for 4 people, but gave us 2 pool towels once we requested more. The grass for pets to walk on was full of trash. The bathtub didn’t look sanitary. There were ants in the bathroom. You could see light shine under the door.

That I was able to get a refund Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Clogged toilet. Floor was sticky. Room smelled like smoke.

The room wasn’t that great the floor was still dirty . The ice machine was broken and the coffee maker in the did not work . And the floor were uneven.

Unfortunately, this was a complete you get what you pay for situation. The room we got was fairly clean, but the bathroom was dirty. Many things not in working order. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The outside of the building is in disrepair. Breakfast was adequate but biscuits and gravy would have been nice. Had to get ice from the lobby and the shower did not have hot water. Liked that there was no carpet on the floor but you could see light under the closed door. Overall, not a bad deal on a budget.

Our room 109 needs a new mattress but room was clean. There were a couple of young men walking around without shirts which was a little off-putting

We did not stay. I returned the keys when I saw the condition of the room. Loose, rocking toilet, paper dispenser fell off the wall, big dirty crack between the tub and floor, stains on chair, general dirty smell in room, ripped curtains in window. Looked more like a homeless shelter in poor condition. Broken air conditioner vent. Sheets didn’t seem to be very clean, as well as the bedspread. I asked for a refund, but was told I couldn’t get one. I booked through Expedia and opted for the extra insurance when you book a room.

Nothing cus our room had no hot water in the tub and the bed was nasty. My fiance found two fleas in the bed and woke up to flea bites. Never again will I stay there

I took a cold shower 2 days in a row after telling staff I had no hot water and the faucet would not turn off. The place was clean I give them that a little run down but clean. I received no housekeeping as far as clean towels or my trash taken out, breakfast was microwaved sausage and biscuits as needed, the waffles were were good. Just very disappointed all the way around.

Breakfast was good. Had a variety of foods. Morning clerk was very nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The afternoon clerk was not friendly or giving out any information. Upon checking in after 3pm was told our room was not ready. I had to ask for a different room.

They make you feel super uncomfortable by making you stand in the lobby while they search your room for anything out of place when checking out. The wifi was bad we had to connect hot spot. The breakfast was okay. The water was okay in the shower. Over all mildew smell strong in the lobby. Overall the standing in the lobby like a teenager while they searched my room gave me the heebies enough to not go back

It was A 55$ a night room. Set expectations accordingly and you won’t be disappointed

Air conditioner didn't work properly, the room was hot. The remote control for the tv was sticky and couldn't change the channels. Water was only warm.

I am handicapped with COPD. Days before checking in I called and requested a room at the front of the building on the bottom floor so I wouldn't have so far to walk to get to the lobby. I can't climb stairs. I was told at check in that accommodating guests wasn't how they did business and that I asked for too much. This young man has no business checking in guests. He obviously didn't like that I had reserved the room weeks before at a reduced rate. Everyone else was nice.

Friendly staff. We were able to park very close to the room. It's not a royal palace but for the low price of a last minute booking, it was a great value. They tried to put out a nice breakfast but unfortunately it was disappointing

A great hotel very clean and in a good location

Clean comfortable room. Very comfortable bed with comforter and fluffy pillows. The door to the outside didn't seal but had good locks on it. The area was quite with a few homeless people roaming around but they stayed away from the vehicles. Parking lot was well lit. This is a good place to stop and sleep especially for the price. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room was nice. Big tv with local channels and cable. The night manager was friendly and welcoming.

The reviews online are deceiving. The room was stinky, had peeling paint, dirty, and overall a disappointment. We had reservations for two nights but only stayed for one. I would pay to not stay in this place. These comments are very gracious. Stay somewhere else.

We wouldn't stay here again. Floor was spongy and it would bounce in places. Bathtub was dirty, wife wouldn't shower in it. Bathroom door did not shut correctly and had a huge gap around it. All the trim and doors were very dirty like they had never been cleaned. When we left in the morning, people\guests had set up tables in the parking lot and were cooking food. Breakfast was good.

The first room we were given was saturated with cigarette smoke even though I told them we didnt want a smoking room. The second room we were given was clean, cool and fresh. The bed and bedding were very nice. The flooring in the room was a little damaged in some spots, causing me to trip in the bathroom doorway. It was difficult to reach anyone at the desk to tell them about the quality issue of the first room and then to check out. The breakfast was just ok as none of the heated items in the main area were stocked at all so we just ate cold breakfast items. The maid loudly tried to take over our room more than an hour before check out. When we told her we would be out by check out time, she had one of her children stand directly outside our door the entire last hour we were there and that really irked me. All over not great because of the mounting sub par experiences and the high price but we did enjoy the quality of the second room well enough. Will probably choose elsewhere next time.

Room was clean and quite adequate if you just need a place to sleep. Parking was safe and easy as was check in. Breakfast was continental style and served its purpose for us. A little older motel and it could use some routine care, but a good place and value.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly and accommodating. However, the area around the hotel seemed sketchy. The bed was comfortable, but I discovered a roach in the coffee maker. While it was sufficient for an overnight stay, I would not choose this place again.

The hotel definitely needs updating. The beds were clean, but the bathroom was terrible! We stayed 3 nights and our room did not get serviced one time. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. The guy at the front desk seemed to be running the whole place by himself. He was very nice, and tried hard to be accommodating, but there was only one of him. I will not stay here again.

The location was excellent, with proximity to the highway and numerous restaurants. While the hotel room could benefit from some updates, a fresh coat of paint would greatly enhance its appearance. The bathroom was clean, but a thorough deep cleaning and repaint would elevate the overall ambiance. The bed was comfortable, although additional pillows would be a welcome addition. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning to this hotel.

The gentlemen at the front office were completely accommodating. It was my son's birthday, and they offered to let us keep the cake in the fridge, and we bugged them the entire time that we were there, and they were very genuine nice people! I can't wait to go back!.

Room 111 - Bed was ok, clean-the floor had soft spots like you could go through it. It had a handicap shower, which may have been clean but didn't look that great and decided not to use it. Dissapointed.

Once again, wasn’t told about a 100$ deposit by Expedia but the man in the office waived it for me. Pool is nice. Room clean and good AC. Slept well and beds comfortable. Lots of fast food options in the area.

Very unhelpful staff. Did not offer any help after we couldn't find hotel. Still charged us for 2 nights. Granted, it was my responsibility to read the fine print and cancelation policy. Still, I thought the hotel would have helped us with at least a partial refund or a future stay...

If you’re looking for Cheap and disgusting dirty motel this is your place to stay! The manager is absolutely worthless, the made they and be helpful but without the proper leadership they have zero idea on what needs to be done. Do not go and make a request to move your room to accommodate the reservation that you originally made with the proper request they will tell you that they do not make request and there is nothing available and that you are being unreasonable. The pool and outside area is also dirty, when asked to vacuum the pool of a lot of debris that was on the bottom, the managers reply was he can not tolerate the heat so it will not be getting cleaned. Worst motel experience ever!

This sounded like a hotel but it was a motel with only access from outside and upstairs making it difficult for mobility challenged adults. The room had a pungent marijuana smell despite being “non-smoking”. It was clear that improvements have been made to the property to enhance the experience, but it could use an updated listing to properly set expectations when booking.

New management, at least the one we met, is doing a great job! Oh, and the pool was even open and clean. The free breakfast was a hot buffet too. Different hot items throughout the week, and always waffles..

The hotel room was absolutely filthy. The towels were wet, and the sheets appeared dirty. The floor was filthy and had ants everywhere. There were noticeable stains all over the curtains, walls and shower curtain. The toilet was filthy. Our experience was terrible.

The staff was amazing. The room's cleanliness was questionable. Cobwebs around the ceilings & bathroom floor was dirty. The safety latch was missing & lock didn’t seem very secure.

Blinds were broken, sheets had stains, toilet kept running, a lot of traffic plus emergency vehicle sirens kept me up at night.

The place was Filthy, unkempt, and had mold in the bathroom. This place is dangerous. It also smelled like mold and mildew. They should condemn the building.

Hotel is a pretty modest remodeled older hotel motel. The staff is excellent and very responsive. The owner/management tries to cut corners, stale breakfast items is my example. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The shower liner was on the side of needing to be washed but I could say the same about mine at home. The difference is mine is my dirt. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

My stay was horrible. I purchased a q room suite they trues to cancel my reservation the day before i arrived to my sister wedding. Telling me i have to find somewhere else to stay. When there system made the mistake. The pool was close the whole time i was there although front desk avd us a pool pass to go to another hotel. So inconvenient extra money spent. Toliet over flooding ans the bed has metal pieces sticking our thst can cyt your leg. It cut me and my mother leg at the bottom. Day 1 check in- We had pet hair all over our bed upon arrival. The unit was right next to the office so we believe someone brings their pet to work and stores them in that room. What also made us think this was housekeeping or someone opening our door an hour after we checked in with no purpose. Also the floor looked clean but upon wiping it with a wipe it was not. On day 2 someone from housekeeping came by and asked if we were smoking marijuana in the room. Which was strange because she smelled it up and down the walk way that was outside mind you. Kinda felt like we were being watched. Made us take anything of value with us each time we left. Hubby had his expensive Jordan collection on this trip. We asked for housekeeping and did not receive it on day 3- so we just exchanged our towels out. Our key kept being deactivated. Was told if housekeeping came into our room it would deactivate the room key or going through any theft detection door at like Walmart. We only went to Walmart 1 time the whole trip. So not sure why the key stopped working everyday. Office staff was nice, bed comfortable, ac worked. They did allow late check out.

This is an older hotel with a renovation. The renovation has been done very cheaply. Air conditioner unit was super loud and didn't cool the room well. This reno is 2 rooms made into one. The other side of the room was real cool. The area it js in is super super loud. Wouldn't stay again.

One of the AC units was not working. It felt like you were in a bouncy house when you walked on the floor. The restroom door wouldn’t close properly. The beds weren’t made. There was still trash in the cans. The sofa bed was partially made and half folded out.

The air conditioner was pretty quite but really needs to be cleaned. In fact, replaced would be best. The water for the shower was warm but never very hot. Our room did not have a TV remote. Not a huge deal, but had we wanted to watch TV we would have had to ask front desk for one. Was not worth it to us.

Just needed a one night stay. No ice machine available, tiny shampoo and conditioner - not enough for one person, dated interior, worn out office chair just sitting randomly in the room. No where to eat or get something to eat nearby.

Our stay was canceled by the hotel because we were past the check in end time, which Expedia says is 3AM. However, we had arrived by 1:30AM. Our room for 6 people was downgraded to a single bed room. The (hard) floor was soaking wet. The mirrors were fogged up and the room smelled mildewy.

Arrived and had to wait an hour. Bathtub was stained with dirt, coffeemaker wouldn’t work. The little she we had in he room the freezer didn’t work. Hair dryer was hanging off he wall. The room phone didn’t work. The light between the beds was broken. And the fan in he. Bathroom was clogged with dirt/dust. N roll of tp for backup. We were so tired from traveling we just stayed.

The hotel does not look like the picture. Once in my room, there was no way to prevent staff from entering as the internal locks were missing. Usually I don’t think about this but latter that same day I had a staff member use their room key and they let themselves in while I was laying in bed. The room was very clean, the staff was nice, and the price was right. Over all if my room hadn’t have been walked in it would have made for a better experience.
