    The ac didn’t work In the room the electronic check in wasn’t good because you couldn’t hear barley anything, it smelt weird like a sour smell and right outside of my hotel room there was just piles and piles of trash. The beds are only about 1 inch thick like the ones from a jail cell

    I got two rooms. Room 1 was OK. Room 2 smelled terrible when the door opened. It was quickly changed out for another room equally unfit as the was a bag of laundry and the room had not been cleared for guests.

    Avoid this one at all costs, its dirty, buggy, the ice machine leaks all over the floors, there is no real person just someone talking to you thru a kiosk, and the hallways stink like pot. Then they charge you a deposit, which they claim they didn't receive when you ask for the deposit back. Disgusting hotel should be condemned.

The toilets had paint peeling off, and trash bags filled with garbage were left piled in the hallways near the elevator doors. I had to request a different room because the first one had food crumbs on the floor, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. I originally asked for a full refund less than 5 minutes into my checked room and the representative refused!

    Parking lot has traffic all hours of the night.. there is no pool on this property.. room service sucks had to go ask for clean towels twice in a 7 days. Hotel has roches and smells like cigarette smoke through out the hotel hallway.. You talk to a kiosk checking in and have to go to the connecting hotel which is worse just to speak to someone.. had to get another week cause off work and they charged me more then I paid for the first week and said that they couldn't give me the same rate ..

    Floor incredibly dirty. It’s a new kiosk sign in so unable to tell anyone that the smoke detector in hall needed battery replaced. Beeped all night. Walls had something dirty Orange slimy on them. Smoke detector in room pulled down. Hair all over shower.

    I stayed here on Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. My first stay my microwave did not work and the second stay my blankets smelled like cigarets. The rooms were overall cleaned but I had put that I am staying with 3 people and one child under 5. I wished the amount of toilettes and towels reflected the number of people staying in the room. Check in was also very quick and in a kiosk style. The 20 security deposit caught me off guard because that was never advertised during the booking.

    Kiosk check in. Seems as there is no actual staff on the premises. Which only proved it by several people outside in the atrium right next to the reception kiosk smoking weed after being told this is a none smoking facility. What a joke. The whole place is sketchy and stinks. Lights only worked in half the room, toilet was like sitting on a rocking horse. We reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles. We didn't even stay 30 mins before we hi-tailed it out of there. Did not feel safe at all, not in the hotel or sitting in the parking lot. Do not stay here!

    Firstly no effort had been made to clear the heavy snow and ice except from the immediate entrance. The car park was like a skating rink and dangerous. Hence I pulled up the ice covered slippery ramp to unload at the entrance, had to reverse back down is was so slippery. Secondly there were several dog craps right next to the entrance - not cleared by the morning - I counted 6. Thirdly the check in electronic booth with remote person made if feel like a prison with a warder. Fourthly the room was underequipped not like in the photo - no chair and no couch - insufficient space to put down clothes or a suitcase - the lighting was dim and insufficient - adding to the prison cell feel. Would not go there again

    Beautiful experience! The staff were all super sweet and professional. So the check in was very different and interesting; There is a kind person on a video Kiosk screen that will assist you with check-in, but thankfully there are also sweet and kind people that are in physically in the building to help you, and the room was fine. Thanks!

    Place was hard to find and shady. Check in was with a person on a computer screen. The room was ice cold and only had a thin blanket on the bed. Bed had hair in it, mattress was disgusting, mold on shower curtain, no shampoo or body wash, no hair dryer, no tissues, no coffee pot in room. If we hadnt gotten in so late and werent literally just there to sleep for a few hours, we would have gone somewhere else. Please do not stay here. It was not worth even the $60 price tag.

    No actual front desk clerk, I talked to someone over a screen. Floor in room was sticky. Bathroom floor was buckled from water damage. Multiple fire alarms were chirping due to batteries dying. MULTIPLE fire alarms. Overall, one of the sketchiest places I have ever stayed. Do not ever recommend.

    I will start with the good. The interior of the room I stayed in was clean updated, and well cared for. That was the only good part of this stay. I booked it early because I have a bad back and had a lot of luggage and was requesting a first floor room for check-in near a door. The time I arrived, the woman who was not even there on site- she sat in some machine somewhere - cannot find the reservation. Didn’t save me a room. Exact opposite of the Motel 6 I stayed in the next night where it could not have been better staffed by one woman. The place was rundown. There were no lights in the parking lot. There were all sorts of “characters” around. It was a no smoking floor yet marijuana wafted out of doorways, and I mean thick clouds! It’s a shame that the interiors were redone and upgraded, but they left the outside such a total dump. And one poor woman who was running the front property had to come back and help the woman who is sitting in a machine somewhere, not at the desk because there was no one at the desk.. I don’t want to walk into an already seedy looking place and not finding anyone there at the desk because it makes you feel even more unsafe about the place you’re staying in !

    It was not a good stay. I had to talk to a guy on a kiosk machine and we couldn’t understand each other. Once I got to the room it wasn’t cleaned, so I had to go back down four flights. I get this room and leave. I come back to a few dogs barking and wake up to a roach crawling on the floor.

    Terribly Aweful. Non-working phone & TV in room, Bathroom Stall filthy. Rude Kiosk check-in procedure where I was called Gay, a man, a Mom, etc by extremely RUDE Kiosk Clerk. Felt unsafe in room as if being watched by someone. The actual Staff I spoke with were extremely Nice & were trying to rectify & make up for fiasco even though they were not at Fault & were obviously being overworked. One older African American Lady was being run ragged as well as the others but kept her Demeanor, Character & Professionalism intact by going above & beyond her Job Description by jumping in & trying to help, not only myself, but other Guests she felt needed her assistance. This Lady, as well as the Lady Day Clerk & Lady Night Clerk are all to be commended & in my opinion, deserve High Raises & Bonuses. I wish I had gotten their names, which was totally unlike myself and my Professionalism. I would gladly have given them all a Great Tip had I been in a better Financial position to do so. Those Ladies showed Professionalism & are TRUE Ladies in every sense of the word. After being moved to a new room, I discovered there was no TV Remote in the room & the door didn't lock due to being jimmied open. The Day Clerk curtiously moved me to the other side of the Dual Hotel. After having to be moved to another room again, I am finally in a Nice room & will see how the rest of stay will go. I am confident it will be Fantabulous with said Ladies on the Job. Review by 'Blessed Angel' & Love to ALL!

    The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet and in the sink. There is also what looked to be vomit dried onto the door along with blood smears. Also there was what looked to be Ash on the corners of the bed frame. The sheets didn't look like they were changed, it only looks like the bed was made. I was too tired and it was too late to do anything so I just slept in the clothes I had on and left early as I could. I have pictures of everything.

    Motel 6 check-in is through a video kiosk with someone at remote location, so loud I can hear it 150 ft away from my room, all night, room smelt like indoor pool area but dirty long black hair on floor and in toilet, at first looked cracked. Floor sticky, no toiletries, bed has plastic mattress protector under sheets noisy and uncomfortable, does not stay fitted, no in room coffee, oney in lobby at 6am in 4oz cup. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby. Other staffed hotel options worth looking at too, This location 👎

    There was no person at the front desk, only a virtual kiosk where a woman from India spoke through. I asked if she was on-site or elsewhere and she would not divulge her location but wanted me to speak my full name & phone number in an area where my voice echoed in the lobby & down the hallways. So, there was no consideration for my privacy. She issued a room key that didn't work...three times...and had to give me a 4th key & different room because the previous room was dirty. The second room was cleaner but still old and I found a baby roach on one bed sheet. Arriving exhausted at 1:00 a.m., I just decided to deal with it. All throughout the night, there was noise, commotion, and people going in & out of both interior & exterior doors, which disturbedy dogs and I. I did not get a restful night so keep at all and I will never stay at that Motel 6 ever again!!!

    Check in done by a computer screen (who Knows Where?) The woman was very difficult to understand. I was checked in to a room that was either occupied or had not been cleaned. No security personnel were visible and no hotel staff available, Seems very unsafe for senior citizens, I wondered if someone would be given a key for the room I was in. Overall not a good situation.

    Cleanliness was pretty good. The shower could have been cleaner, but the floors and everything else in the room looked good. The bed was not very comfortable. I think the mattress was fine, but there were plastic covers on them that were not only super noisy, they also wouldn’t stay on at the corners. I was thankful that we were only staying one night.

    Large spacious room. However, room service only came into my room one time and I had to search them down to get towels for my five day stay. It’s in a very sketchy area. Expect to get the very minimal basic room with no extras like a wardrobe closet. The hanging rod was literally 2 1/2 feet long and hung over the microwave. Very strange odor in the hallway.

    The worst stay ive ever had. Did not get the room i requested, the room i ask for was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. There was a huge fight in the hallway around 9pm lots of yelling, police inside the hotel and nine police cars with lights on outside the hotel, i did not feel safe. No one working the front desk, just a screen with an off-site person for you to talk to. Terrible experience, i don't recommend.

    They’re literally is a computer screen to check you in none of the doors exterior doors to the hotel lock it reeks of cigarettes in there there are people actually live in their clothes hanging off the front. The entire pictures for this are not accurate. The elevator looks like it hasn’t worked in years. The most unsafe I have ever felt. I went ahead and checked in anyway took me eight minutes to get into the room because the key card wasn’t working then when I got into the room there’s plastic on the bed..We just left didn’t even stay

    The young lady at my check in it was very nice and sweet but somehow things went to the left as I left on my checkout day which was this morning. I was told at the time I checked in which was about 9ish that night and the young lady told me that there was a $20 for non-smoking. And at the time of check out the lady that you'll see in the photo was yelling and cursing at me and had the nerve to call me a MF and I snapped I hadn't had any sleep because of the dog barking down the hallway and people in the hallway talking so loud!! I wouldn't send a dead cat to this hotel!! After being yelled at and going back and forth with the lady and trying to explain to them that the lady told me at check in the $20 is for non smoking which we didn't smoke in there we don't smoke! But when I have not had any rest and paid $150 for a two-night stay and be treated like a dog and accused of a dirty stained towel that was thrown by someone so I went back and pick the tile up once she told me she was keeping my $20 and it went on from there until I knocked over the vase and smashed it ‼️ the housekeeper stood there and let her talk to me that was unacceptable and so did the manager or owner whoever the man is in the photo that I'm going to upload. I'm not a racist person but I refuse to be talked to like a dog and you have taken my money and these Indian people come over here thinking they can talk to people any kind of way and do shady s*** like they did ‼️

    Just stay elsewhere. Elevator was out of service so you have to go up some sketchy stairs that my spouse actually fell down. We didn't get the room we booked and after bringing it to their attention they switched to what was suppose to be a king bed but it was another double queen. We gave up after that. Shower had hair all over the floor and so did the whole room.

    My husband was able to open the hotel door with a credit card. We reported this to reception. The girl behind the desk did not seem surprised at all and with no apology simply issued us with the key to another room. I am surprised that hotels.com have hotels like this on their books. I expected better.

    The kiosk & counter were not immediately staffed, but under ten minutes it was (it was midnight, though.) Hard to find entrance first time, but this was a second time visit. We exclusively do motel 6 due to the dogs free policy. This was average motel 6 room, we've had better and way worse. No bugs, no sketchy people, nothing fancy, everything worked, felt safe. Walls are thin, though.

    Check in is at a kiosk with video of a person not located on the property. My GPS could not find the address, so Ic called to get help. The person could not help but never told me he was not at the property or offered to connect me with someone at the site. I drove for an extra hour trying to find the place. The property has holes etc in parking lot area where I twisted my ankle. Shower door would not stay open which made it hard to get in shower. Hallway smoke detector beeped all night.

    Did not like this place at all. It was noisy all night, no person greeted me only a machine. It felt dangerous, the door wouldn’t lock properly. Heard screaming. There was no internet service nor a remote for the tv. Got no sleep because the air unit also was super loud. I have never done a review before but I do not , would not recommend this place. Please do not go here.

It was cost efficient, easy to access from the interstate (but HIDDEN behind another hotel), and pet friendly. Don’t stay if you’re looking for comfort or the illusion of safety. Overall our stay was fine - you get what you pay for.

    I liked that it was close to the Casey Jones Museum, and to restaurants. Easy to get to from the highway. However, patrons were very noisy at night, and dogs were barking. I got the feeling it is a welfare motel. I would not stay here again.

    The room was very nice. The automatic blind did not work and we were right next to the dog park in the first floor so people could see inside the room. It was Memorial Day weekend so it was very noisy. Not the fault of the hotel. The courtyard area was a nice touch.

    It was ok until it was check out day, the man tried to say we put a crack in the air conditioner but that crack was there when we got there. It was crazy if it didn’t have the cover on top already to cover the bottoms that should tell you ok the crack must been on the air conditioner already…

    when I arrived there was no one at the desk, but there was a check in kiosk. it was extremely slow, and 2 people who came in behind me were checked in by the desk clerk long before I finished at the kiosk. The room keys all seemed to expire after one use, so we constantly needed new keys. The room was clean, and the new mattresses very comfortable. However, the oversized plastic mattress cover was very noisy, and the undersized sheets would not stay on the bed. We needed an additional set of towels, and one night after several requests we still did not get the towels, and had to find someone the next night to get them for us. Overall the hotel was pretty quiet. The desk clerks were friendly and polite, but perhaps the desk was understaffed.

    I didn’t like anything because you could smell marijuana in the hallways. Nothing was being done elevator not working the way they fix it is they reset it and it works for a little bit and then they have to reset it again and reset it again they don’t wanna call a technician, you check in and check out virtually no customer service. It’s always nice to see a person in front of you.
