No air conditioning for two rooms

It was hot

Comfortable bed TV didn't work. Looked dirty. Couch was uncomfortable. Smoking room but no ashtray. Disappointing but sufficient for a place to sleep.

There was black mold in the bathroom all over the ceiling, Roaches, Internet wouldn't pick up on any floor other than the first floor. Drug deals and prostitutes coming and going all day and night.

Need ice machines only had 1 in the whole place . To many homeless people hanging out in the halls and by all the doors and all in the stair way

Nothing The room was nasty -- there was a blood stain on the coverlet. I removed the coverlet and put it on the floor and asked the front desk for another sheet to use as a blanket (the sheet was clean). The bathroom was dirty with - what I can't imagine - stuck on the walls and light switch. The shower was so dirty that we didn't shower. My shoes stuck to the floor when walking. We attempted to move the blind to let in some light in the morning and the ledge was covered with dead bugs. We arrived late and was unfamiliar with the area- had we arrived sooner we would not have stayed there. The lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. She is the only kind thing I can say about this place.

Location Dirty hallways are horrible very noisy. Door was very unsecure loud raccoon out front by the garbage can.

This place is run down. Smells of smoke. Looks nothing like photo. Do not i repeat Do Not book,stay ride by,or board here. This needs to be taken off this site. Booking.com yall need to remove this immediately. I pulled up and said OH Hell No@

They use to have a big breakfast now only muffins and coffee. The room was dirty, the room looked liked someone tried to break in and they didn't fix the door properly. We asked for a refrigerator 3x and never got it. Had to throw away our food. We paid for the roo. On Monday and had to come back Tuesday to pay for what we booked thru you guys. We told them we work night so we wouldn't be back until 11:30 to 12pm Tuesday to pay. The lady said no problem. So Tuesday heading over we get a call then hotel had the cops there to remove the old lady that we had in the room because she didn't pay for Tuesday and Wednesday thru you guys. I called the hotel and told them we explained that we were on our way there at that moment to pay and the night lady at the desk told us it was OK. We couldn't pay Monday because it was thru bookings.com. they let her back in the room. We got there at 11:35am. This lady has copd and could barely walk. She was so upset . All the hotel would say was the the night lady at the desk never left a note. I want my money back and that lady should be fired. I'll never go back there again or recommend them to anyone Everything. When you ask for a refrigerator 3x and they say they will bring you one, they never did

The staff was nice, but they couldn’t compensate for the management neglect. The place is just bellow any basic standard. Long list of inefficiencies. No working micro or fridge in the room. We had to change the room, but the new room did not have fridge. No table or chairs to sit and eat. No sitting even during ‘breakfast’ which was included. NO HOT WATER! It took nearly an hour to check in, and also to check out.

They just need a refrigerator and microwave in every room.

In a good area. The property was like crack heads and weed heads live there and all you smell was drugs in the air.The carpet was so dirty and nasty looking.

The staff were friendly. The guy named Peter on the kiosk was exceptional. Everything was relatively clean. The water in the showers only got luke warm after running it for 20 minutes first. I like my showers on the colder side so that means a lot coming from me. There are people that try and solicit you outside so it’s not a great place to take a family if you needed to.

The first room, the lock fell off as soon as we opened the door. We got them to change our room but the second room was even worse. The stains had stains and for some reason there was a defrosting pizza in the microwave. It was clear the place hadn't been cleaned. We left and didn't go back.

The dirtiest hotel ive ever been in. Checked out less than 30 minutes after checking in. Zero lights on the building outside, i thought it was closed when i first pulled up. Hotel smelled like old cigarettes and im unsure of what other scents were contributing to the smell. When i stepped off the elevator and saw the condition of the hallway carpet i knew i was in a for a real treat once i got to my room. Once inside of the room i discovered how absolutely filthy the room was. From the floors to the walls there were stains all over. The bathroom shower was dirty, the light switch had visible something on it. This place needs shut down. I took a video and posted it on my social media and people were also shocked at how disgusting the room was. Do better. Hotels.com shouldnt even be offering this hotel to people

The hallways were noisy with people up at all hours and kids running around. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.

So the room we were in had no cold water and it was gunk and looked like mold spots around the toilet and the tub, the door leading to the balcony had no lock or a knob to open it just a hole. And the room had stuff sticking out of the door a plastic black knife and air freshener.

Fantabulous Staff

Room was not very clean. Just a bed, a bathroom, and one dresser. Tv remote did not work. Wifi was unable to connect. Towels looked dirty and sheets did not look clean either.

Everything is in poor condition. The shower sprays water everywhere, the TV is fuzzy and the audio drops out and rhe picture freezes every 20 seconds approximately. The floor is always nasty amd not sven swept let alone mopped..its so much cheaper than anywhere else its wortth it to me but i wouldnt suggest it if youre stomache is weak.

This location should not be offered on Expedia or any other service.

The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall. There was black mold in the fridge. It was still dirty. I won't be staying here again. Definitely not worth the money. I just wanted to leave.

I would stay again I did see a roach in my room but then it left it was affordable and I would stay again because of the price like it was not that bad

The first room i tried staying in had nest of roaches hiding in fridge they moved me to new room front desk lady was very friendly they all were but the next room they moved me too bed was broke down in middle didn't want to switch to a 3rd room spilled a drink on the bed and left the next day for the bed housekeeping didn't change sheets just made bed was still soaking wet that night and no fridge or microwave in the second room had a horrible stay but only enjoyable part was i was with my lady

No furniture, chairs bench etc in the lobby..... The older lady at the front desk was very nice. We went to our room, (3rd floor) the smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, the room smelled bad, one of the wall lamps was hanging off the wall, the bed cover was from 1980 and had a couple holes in it....we went back to the front desk, she gave us a room on the 2nd floor, we went in, it smelled like cigarettes although it was suppose to be non smoking, and it was 2 queen beds, although we had paid for a king bed, we went back to the front desk. She said she thought that would make me happy.... (although I was there with my boyfriend and we wanted 1 bed) no biggie.. she put us in another room on the 3rd floor. We went in, it was better, with a king bed. But there was mold in the refrigerator, the air conditioning unit was ripped up hanging off the wall. And where there should be a rod with hangers for clothes, there was nothing. The rooms dont even have curtains, just a blind. We were both tired and just decided to stay. Its just one night. The room had the fridge (with mold) and a microwave. The microwave seemed clean but we didnt use it. No table, no accent chair, no hair dryer, no phone, no alarm clock, no trash can in bathroom, no iron or ironing board. One of

The first room we were offer had blood on the lamp shade. We asked for new room and that one look like had not been cleaned. The floors were sticking and dirty and the walls were dirty. The shower had was so dirty it was black. I asked for another room and the room was cleaner but fully clean. There was no hot water and fire detector wouldn't stop beeping in the front desk agent told us to just unplug it. We were so tired from traveling 13+ hours that we just accepted it.

I had to go to 5 (literally 5 trips up and back down for a new key with a rude employee i eventually asked "have i offended you at some point?" She said no) different rooms all on the top floor furthest back to find the rooms had no hot water or rhe floors were downright so nasty i couldnt take my shoes off. The person at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful and it couldnt have been a worse experience. I settled on room 5 with lukewarm water and only.a slighly slimey floor with a tv that glitched.

Great stay, nice staff. Rooms were clean and updated. Someone did however set their room on fire and they had to clear the building! Not the fault of the property, just that dummy staying there.

The staff was nice. The rooms was not up to date. It was hot in there the microwave was nasty. They didn’t have an iron or ironing board. The towels looks nasty. It was yelling next door like they was fighting. The whole hotel looks like a crackhead hotel. So o asked for my refund back and we left. Never will I stay there. And the beds wore out

Dirty run down broke things cobwebs in corner.

The WiFi was a lot better this time and the beds are always so soft and comfortable.

The room looked nice upon entry but upon further inspection I found the bathroom sink dried red specs of a colorful drink. I found a pair of dirty socks laying in the chair. There were napkins on the floor in under the bed. Not only that, when I checked in, they tried to say I didn’t pay. I showed proof where I did through this app. The next morning I had to show proof again because the front desk called saying I didn’t pay for my room.

Idk what i expected at this price, but not to be woken up by people at 2:38 AM. The noises in the wall, have no clue what that was, and the bathroom light that would stay on for 45 seconds the go off for a min, then come back on......repeated all night....and no hot water.....AT ALL! The lady at the desk was super nice....only consolation to the night.

The whole property was terrible. Upon check in they ask you to sign a non-smoking document but the hotels smeels.of smoke already. The room had trash and opened soap from im only assuming the previous stay. And the ac did not work. All linens were dirty.

Staff view is very nice but the elevator is very slow if it's working at all one washer and it stays dirty the carpets in hallways are hideous the elevator stays nasty the rooms I've stayed in have bedbugs or box springs and mattress are hideous etc ...oh not to forget the abundance of raccoons walking over your head at front entrance climbing out the garbage cans ..they know about them apparently it's funny that people are scared of them

Definitely recommend if your in a budget and don't have good transportation, everything was nearby and the room was perfect. Adrien at the front desk was also very helpful and gave us the best customer service, will definitely be returning!

There wasn’t enough pillows for the room and the bed was too hard

As soon as I pulled up it looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark as f*** I didn't even think it was open. So when I went in the lobby it wasn't so bad she talked about breakfast and I was like okay and then she said the elevator's right there. So I went to the dollar store because they didn't have shampoo and I wanted to get some food. So I come back I go in the elevator the first thing I notice is is the alarm in the elevator is disconnected and it's disgustingly dirty. Then I start walking down the hallway in the carpet doesn't look like it's ever been vacuumed and you could see the stuff that was just matted into it. I got into my room the curtain was ripped the bed was half-assed made it actually looked like somebody had just slept in it there was a hole where a refrigerator used to be and it was dirty it stunk I didn't want to put anything on the floor there were s*** dripping down the walls in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year.

The staff was friendly, and the property was easy to find and convenient. The rooms need updated and needed cleaned better, but it's walking distance to dining and shopping.

I always enjoy my stay here! The staff always makes me feel like family and takes care of any concerns I may have with no problem. I would love to see more breakfast and anytime coffee & tea access in rooms or dining area that would be nice. I also miss the pool which was so awesome. Overall I personally love the front desk staff & Dave they are awesome and my stay time here is great!

My door had a hole in it large enough to see through into the hallway and I saw roaches in my room on multiple occasions. 0 stars

The lady at the front desk...she had curly brown / blonde hair and a nice smile. She was extremely helpful when the hotels.com app wasn't working properly and helped get me checked in anyway and it was much appreciated. Her name starts with an A...idk if you're reading this and it matters to you then you know who the hell I'm talm bout. Your A-1 stud front deskstress made this my spot for the foreseeable future..we lit on gang no cap

-- Had to be assigned three rooms before getting a lock that worked. -- Space clearly hasn't been renovated in a while (at least I hope it hasn't!), so everything is drab & grimey. I'm not sure if my room was a smoker's room...I hope so as that would explain the stained decor. -- I asked for an iron & the front desk worker kindly obliged. But then I noticed the ironing board looked like it was purchased in '92 & last fiddled with in '94. I think this might explain all of the fraying on the TV tray because I think that's where people have been doing their ironing. -- Once checked in & having taken in this 1970s space, I resolved to just sleep & check out as quickly as possible. Bed was comfortable enough so I slept OK (even though the air was rather stale...I don't know how much of that was hotel's fault)...I'd resolved a shower was probably a waste of time but woke up realizing I probably *should* take one (I had an important app't later that day) only to discover two old grimey washcloths hanging on the shower curtain. Yuck. -- Hot & cold water was not a problem with the shower....a happy medium between the two, not so much. One night stay only if the Days Inn is booked.

They had to switch our room because the room we were in had brown stains on the sheets which one of the spots were wet!! Then the second room we were in didn’t have any hot water the refrigerator barely worked

The room was moldy in disrepair. There was a partial bar of soap stick in a bathroom vent. There was masking tape in the bathroom door fittings. The parking lot turned into party central on Friday and Saturday nights. Cars playing really loud music. They were using my vehicle as a beer table. It is half hotel and half long term apartments. During the week when the factory shift ended the cars and loud music started at 1:30 am. They urinated on my truck and trailer. I am appalled that Expedia would have this hotel on their site.

Noisey guest next room

Very confusing, one end of the motel had the Jackson Hotel name and the other end had Motel 6 name and they are the same building. Very rundown and the only had a muffin for breakfast. Nothing like the pictures showed. Very disappointed.

Property hasn’t had upkeep in a while, felt very unsafe. We did check for bugs in the bed, bedding had burn holes.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are dirty. There was no mini fridge in room we moved to. 1st rooms were dirty bath and light fixture worked when it wanted to. 2nd rooms were cleaner. The bed was comfortable.

The property was relatively clean. Other guests hanging out was an issue.

This was a quick and inexpensive stop for our family traveling with grandchildren. The room/beds were clean and basic. The hallway and elevator were a bit grungey. The lobby was sparce with no furniture. The breakfast "buffet" was packaged donuts and muffins, but the kids thought it was great! There was a bit of noise at bedtime, but later everything was quiet and we slept well. Great rates and convenient to the interstate. A good place to stop if you are not expecting too much.

This place was awful. We booked a non-smoking room but the whole place smells like cigarette smoke. There was no trash can in the room. No place to hang clothes. No luggage stand. There WAS a used Q-Tip on the floor. Paint drops on the floor. Dirt on the floor. Tears/ holes in the linoleum. The shower floor had black stains on it. I elected to not shower because of how dirty everything was. To add insult to injury, there was no WiFi. And there were young adults in the hallway past midnight making lots of noise.

This stay was a so-so stay it served the immediate purpose but was lacking in quite a bit. An older hotel very basic - nothing special the room was fairly clean but the floor was all sticky none of the lamps had knobs to turn them on or off and no coffee maker no refrigerator no microwave, the bed was comfortable but old

The room was not cleaned. There was hair all the bathroom and in the bedding. There was a dollar general basket on floor 2 and 3. There seemed to be a lot of activity going on around the hotel.

Had trouble with the tv and the faucet the staff quickly took care of me with another room. She was very understanding and nice.

The hotel is older, so not 5 star but on our last stay the room was nicer than our previous stay because the updates were more modern. Free breakfast really needs to be revised, nothing left when we got there one hour after it was available.

Short overnight stay on a longer trip. Room was nice and clean, but almost no amenities (only a very small bar of soap, no shampoo). No refrigerator or microwave in room, but they were supposed to be available upon request. Nonsmoking room on second floor smelled clean, but hallway smelled strongly of smoke. Continental breakfast was OK. Had self-made wafflers, but had to cook twice for them to be done. Also, had selection of cereals, oatmeal, small powdered donuts, toast, etc. Had coffee, 2% milk, and apple juice. Note the downstairs hallway away from the lobby was in bad shape, maybe being remodeled but not sure. The only ice machine was out off ice.

Terrible experience: loud Mexican music playing next to the reception desk; had to repeat what was being asked of me 4x; smoke odor in the elevator; dirty hall way to my room; dirty toilet sheet with yellow urine under cover; shower roller was stuffed with a wash rag; restroom smells like a restaurant; pillows had cigarette smell and wrinkled covers like they were used by previous customers. Didn’t sleep well due to the grossness of the whole room; had to leave at 4 am just to get out of there quickly. WOW!!!!

A main elevator is broken. Had to switch rooms due to loud people and broken outlets. That said front desk staff is nice and helpful.

Arrived my room had no ac I went to use to restroom no tissue 😐went i tell her I need a new room got one tv didn’t work then I’m walking down the hallway it’s roaches crawling on the wall I got in my room the bed smells like pee so I spray some air freshener tub was flithy I go check out I forget my phone the lady at the desk gets smart with me like I’m lying tells me to shut up she can’t hear I’m not unlocking the door until I have a and she clearly seen my check out and hand her the card with her number on it very unprofessional tried to little girl me nasty attitude I want a refund it was not worth the stay I was treated terrible ! Mixed last HIGHLIGHT in her hair !

Common areas as well as rooms have a permanent odor and very little was done in the way of cleaning, other than changing linens. My initial room had no lights in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. Staff was helpful in getting me another room, but it only had intermittent bathroom lighting and lukewarm shower water. The beds and pillows were actually decent, if you only need a place to sleep.

This is the worst of the hotels I have ever visited… carpets in the hallways extremely dirty and filthy, garbage and blotches of paint everywhere… the only ice machine in the hotel doesn’t work they send us to the next door hotel (motel 6) to get our ice…. our first assigned room wasn’t clean and look like someone was recently sleeping there… look at pictures… in the second room we found a cockroach in the bathroom, pink mold in the shower and the floor was very dirty… the walls are very dirty… the microwave was dirty and missing a leg… the fridge was extremely noisy we had to disconnect… the towels where old… broken and with holes look at the picture… breakfast was horrendous… DO NOT STAY HERE… although the front desk lady was extremely helpful trying to do her best to accommodate our needs

I booked online because it has a cheaper hotel and thought the title of "convention center" ment it would be alright. Everything is filthy. The obvious never clean rooms. All the towels had stains. The light fixture didn't work at forst until I realized it was unplugged from under a bed. It should have been a sign that the hotel has smoking and non smoking rooms. There was trash under the beds, grim in the shower, and a used cigarette under the chair in our 'non-smoking' room. The TV is like 20 years old with an awful analogy picture. I think the sheets were clean but given everything else it's hard to say for sure. The shower had no working hot water. A chain run motel would be better than this and for less money. Service at the front desk was pleasant and helpful but over shadowed by the condition of the room.
