The swimming pool was nice but needed to be a little bigger. The beds were a little hard for my comfort level. The pillows need to be replaced. The staff was wonderful except for the guy that checked us in had no personality and when we checked out he had I was trying to speak to him but felt rushed and not him wanting to talk. Nice evening staff, breakfast staff member as well. My issue is with the noise level. I was on the 3rd floor and the people above we extremely loud and walking/jumping around until midnight. Not good when you’ve been driving all day and just want to sleep before getting up early. I did not call the front or complain because I didn’t want problems with other guests. You can hear the freeway a bit even with the heat on but that wasn’t bothersome. The best part was the breakfast. Good choices.

Not the clean bleach smell but it was something else that I couldn’t put my finger on it. But as long as you could forget that smell, then everything else was fine

Made reservations a couple months ahead to get needed handicap room with roll in shower for my wife. It was confirmed by email The morning of the 7th they texted me and said they could not honor the handicapped request which they had confirmed. I had no choice as I was on my way and they gave me a first floor room with walk in shower but not set up for handicapped. I doubt I will ever stay with Fairfield again

Josh Sucks! You all hired him to stand behind the desk with his head in hand as if he hates his night shift job. He never looked up, greeted us, or offered assistance. Next morning the EXACT behavior and mannerism. At checkout, nothing! Josh sucks! He stood and waited for ME to say good morning and he offered a soft hi. Josh Sucks Badly!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and all was hot.

Initially I was happy with this hotel, Angela checked me in and was very friendly and even upgraded my room for me. It was very hot during the 3 nights I was there and the air conditioning stopped working on the first night after making some very loud noises. I let them know in the morning and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room the next afternoon. The mattress was kinda lumpy and seemed old and the bathroom sink had problems draining and filled up very quickly. Also the pool was pretty small and the breakfast selection was just okay - scrambled eggs looked like from a mix and did not look appetizing. They also had waffles, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. Overall I would say not up to the usual Marriott standards, although it was clean and quiet.

Pool was not clean. Really needs good scrub around tile. I own a pool and this was way to much clorine. Couple of my grandkids got little sick due to clorine level.

My family and I traveled from Saint Louis for our family reunion. The rooms was so big and roomy. My kids was in love when they saw the room. Everyone was friendly. I hate I didn’t get the guy name at the front who works the evening shift he was so nice and helpful. Also the guy who worked sat morning was also nice and helpful. I greatly appreciate the staff that you all have working for your company. We will be back…

Fairfield was exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway

I have stayed here several times. I was very disappointed by the lack of concerned to insure clean towels and room. I stated 3 nights and left 4th day. Room never cleaned and no trash removed. I requested cleaning twice during stay but never received it which meant room was a disaster . At least the kitchen staff were a light and very pleasant .

Room was a bit overpriced. Hotel is nice. There was quite a bit of noise and you can see light through a crack in the door. Gave me a handicapped room but I like a walk in shower. Were prompt to remove the feathered pillows from my room that I have an allergy to.

The desk clerk was kind enough to find us a ground floor room for my disabled husband and myself. He couldn’t have been more professional! Thank you!

My only gripe was the power went out on the TV twice, otherwise it was a great stay.

Overall property is fantastic, however some staff members are in a hurry to be done with you, like it's a problem you are even talking to them. If it wasn't for that I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

We had the suite that offered an extra room. Very nice, except I would recommend a door between bedroom & seating area. Nice & quiet.

Nothing really unique, everything was quite nice. The check in girl was not very happy, was on the phone with someone for quite sometime while I stood there waiting with no indication that she saw me even though I was right in front of her. Then she spoke so fast when checking me in, I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Other then that, everything was great.

I liked the indoor pool but they needed fresh towels in the pool area and also the staff was very friendly but they need to give guests directions on where the gym and exercise and ice machine were located

Unfortunately there was a travel ball group above our room. It was like a stampede until 2am! I was unable to get anyone on the phone when I called the front desk.

No hot water for coffee in lobby. Pillows in room felt like bricks. No hair conditioner in shower.

Most of the staff were pleasant. But when I requested a delayed check out I was told No. I rarely do this but I was never told they couldn’t without some accommodation. Also when I left the hotel was pretty empty and there were no people anxious to check in. They had 3 hours to prepare the room for the next guest and I saw no reason for my request being denied. My grandson just started college in the area and I have used this hotel before and planned to use it for the next four years. But due to this incident I don’t intend to patronize your hotels again.

The place was really nice. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable but we normally sleep on a sleep number so that should be a reasonable expectation. I was mostly disappointed in the ease of use of the television. That is the reason for 4 stars versus 5. The television didn't work well and was beyond frustrating

We set heater to 65 at night. In the morning when we set the heat up there was a HORRIBLE SMELL. We had to turn the heat off it was so bad. Not happy with our stay

The bathroom door was dragging on the floor which made opening and closing the door very difficult. The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged and would not drain our entire stay. There was mold visible on the bottom of the shower door.

My son goes to Lane College there in Jackson, me and my wife have tried a couple of hotels before this one ..all bad experiences...this hotel is the total opposite, friendly staff, clean rooms, overall nice environment...we stay here everytime we come to Jackson now ..a number of restaurants near by and shopping area.. pleasant stay, we drive all the way from Dallas and this is the only hotel we have been satisfied with, no issues thus far . awesome staff

We were happy with how fast they responded to our concern. Our sink was clogged so they switched us to another room in no time, we didn’t even had to go to the desk, they brought us new keys to our room.

Great stay with the family on a road trip. Staff was excellent and very friemdly. It was very quiet. The rooms and linens were clean. We had a little heat wave that day..100 degrees... AC wasn't satisfactory at all. I keep my house on 71 but this room never got below 76, the hallways were a good 80-85 or better....

When I checked in, I was asked for my card, informed staff I had already paid on Expedia, was told was for incidentals. However, I checked my bank account and had debit for room charge from Expedia another room charge from the hotel and a charge for incidentals. Staff at the desk stated Expedia just put my card on file but didn’t charge it, but that I could get with the manager in the morning and they would take care of it. Frustrating.

Stopped here for a quick overnight as part of a long drive. The location was clean, safe, and convenient.

My experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was what I had expected. The place was clean, service was great and there were no surprises. I could have paid less elsewhere. I did not because I enjoy the level of comfort that Marriot always delivers.

Good customer service and clean

Staff and hotel were good. The mattress was not so good. It was firm on the edges but beyond that everything collapsed and rolled to the center. I spoke to the front desk and reported my concern. The staff member said the mattress was probably old. She did not seem concerned beyond that. No "we will check it out" or "sorry to hear that".
