We arrived late and didn’t want to have to look for another room since we have a baby and had already unloaded and unpacked so I thought I could get the smell out by opening the door, letting it air out, and spraying the room, we woke up at 3 am coughing with head aches and immediately packed everything up, I called the front desk to ask for a refund and they only offered to put us in another room, a much smaller room, I had purchased Jacuzzi room specifically for the Jacuzzi, in the middle of the night, the entire parking lot smells like mold the front office reeks of mold, there is absolutely no getting away from the smell unless you leave, left with no refund and absolutely no talk of a refund whatsoever. Would not recommend at all, especially if you have children or elderly.

The room smelt horrible, half the lights didn’t work, there were stains all over the beds and so much more, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, the pictures on the website are a lie.

Smells really and was extremely dirty. Burn holes in the bed sheets and holes in the wall. Tv did not work and base board was coming off. Toilet and sink had a really bad stain on them

This place shpuld get negative -10 let me start by saying front desk had quite a attitude i got my check in card and had to go back front desk 3 times because it wasnt working also she had to come out and use her own actual key to open the room and i asled how am i going to comr back well she said i will open your room everytime also it smelled so much like cigar plus the pilllows were stained of blood the bath tub was broken leaking water the towels were soo old and still looked dirty just llain filthy would never ever recommemd this place STAAAAY AWAAAY AND look elsewhere!!!!!

The front desk lady has the nastiest attitude, I cancelled and went to Jackson hotel .

This place was probably the worst place ive been. As soon as we pulled in, it didnt even look like the same place in the pictures. The sign is falling apart and it just looked run down. When i went to check in, the lady was nice so that was the one good thing i suppose. We went in to see our room, and it smelled musty and reeked of cigarette smoke. The paint and trim was busted off the walls. The smoke detector was broken. The outlets were covered in what looked like roach feces. The whole room was filthy, but the bathroom was a nightmare. There was a hole in the ceiling where something had been pulled down. The toilet and tub were disgusting and the shower head was broken. There was what looked like feces on the door and trim. Rat droppings were behind the toilet and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The mattress covers were stained. Also, the pool was covered and not even open. We walked out and i immediately went to ask for a refund. The man asked why and i told him about it being filthy and the pool not even being open and he argued with me that he had told me on the phone it wasnt open. When i told him i never spoke to anyone and i booked online, he was like yeah expedia..i said no..then he got rude and said who then? He offered another room and i looked just to make him happy. It was a little cleaner, but not much and the air conditioner was broken (it was 90+ degrees out) he was very reluctant, but did give my money back.

As far as staffing the office with Miss J is the best and the Mexican cleaning lady is wonderful. She's very helpful and just the nicest of people.

The border around the bottom of the walls are falling off in every room , shower didn't work , tub falling apart. Enjoyed bed and tv

Miss J is always sweet and kind. I was miss charged on my pay and the managers wife over changed me a didn't correct it. I'm very upset right now with management. I don't cause problems or make a scree. My microwave not working, no breakfast and we'll see what today brings

They do not offer breakfast, desk agent said after covid they stopped and owner wont bring it back. The front desk lady was very intrusive in asking me many questions in different ways. Did not feel comfortable there. Would not recommended this place.

I've been staying here a few days because of costs, but it's been perfect and quiet.

I have to say, it has been very good, It's kept clean considering it's not some new place and it's inexpensive. If you need a place in town by the hwy then I have to say yeah.

Splitter on the hot tub suite. There was a 2 ft sinkhole in the room under the carpet. Too dirty to try the tub.

It served my purpose for getting sleep. If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t it. Light didn’t work coming into room and front of bathroom. I just wanted sleep. There is no continental breakfast as advertised? It is a little noisy.

The place needs to be shut down and Health inspector brought in to assess the problem

Like a 5 star hotel. They make up for it and uh, friendliness and good attitudes. Always willing to do for the customer. I have stayed there several times over the past month or so, and I've never had a bad experience with this hotel at all. Good things have been better. Sure they always can but had. I let it be knowledgeable to them. I'm sure they would've made it better. But it just didn't seem that they could do I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great compared to other hotels we've been staying at due to loosing our home. I was shocked at the cleanlines. Other places I had to do a full scale clean to be able to stay there but here I literally only cleaned the AC

King bed is very comfortable but cleaned own room towels need upgrade so does furniture and restroom..black mode in bathroom and tub had a thousand cigarettes burns

Property is disgusting, nothing has been wiped down or really cleaned since the place was probably originally opened. Loud and noisy, air conditioning smells like mildew. No ice, drink machines don’t work. Furniture looks like it’s straight from the dumpster. Staff is no help.

I didn't like anything about it mirrors were broke bathroom sink looks like he's been on fire air conditioner falling apart making loud noises trim on the floor and everything was torn off corroded dirty moldy behind it drawers missing out of all the dressers no Bible I mean it was just crazy

The owner was very rude..... The old ckerk is very rude and disrespectful...the housekeeper was very sweet... Been there a week almost 2 and the owner tells me I couldn't pay yesterday me a x my kids had to leave because the night before I was causing problems in the office bc they kept giving my room key to somebody who I repeatedly kept saying not to bc they were trying to assult me and I refused to leave the office bc I had my children and they did not care Bout our lives at all

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My wife and I stopped and got a non smoking room. It was definitely smoked in, had bugs in the shower, floor was broken up and worst of all we got into bed and it had dust mites in the sheetz and we both got rashes from it. We stayed for an hour and decided to just keep driving. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DONT STAY HERE!!

I can clearly hear the traffic noise and the air. I told the night time management and she immediately transferred me to another room. and that room also smell like cigarette smoke. All the rooms that i was shown was not worth the money Ive paid. Im in room now, reeks of cigarette smoke. The vent is missing. Mold is on the ceiling. I WILL NEVER come back here again..Ive paid the same amout at comfort inn and suites. And that room was really nice. Me being an out of towner, I'm stuck here until in the morning. Breakfast will not be served in the morning. The phone dont work. I paid 91.00 for 1 night when should have only be charged 35.00. Im hoping i dont wake up to bed bug's.

We reserved based on pictures. Got there and my husband was given three different room keys to go look and see which rooms we acceptable. He went to all three and was absolutely disgusted. The ladies at the front desk were nice and completely agreed that the rooms were horrible. We left. He said one room had a headboard and no bed! He said the rooms smelled so bad, he wouldn't let a dog stay there! I hope I get my cash points back.

Booked a room at this motel. The staff were nice but did not inform that the motel was infested with bed bugs and lice on a pillow. We had a room that had bed bugs all over lice on a pillow and a brown recluse that was on the bed. Their electrical sockets were hanging out of walls. They had a light that was plugged in by extension cord and their towels were not washed. Their sheets were not washed. They had holes all in the sheets, stains and Burns. The smell was dingy and there was pot smoke smell everywhere. Very noisy location and the walls are really thin so anything can be easily heard. Please do not waste $80 to stay at this motel. It is definitely not worth a penny. Save your money and go elsewhere. I would add photos but the app is acting up when I try to upload.

It was horrible, it was Joe's roach motel! We pulled the cover back and roaches crawled from under the covers. Roaches were crawling on the ceiling and the floor. We bought roach spray and other products and that made their presence worse, we were moved to another room that looked better and smelled better. Some bugs were noticed but their presence was very limited.

This is a slum motel. I'm pretty sure it has an hourly rate. It smelled horrible in the check in office.

My stay was ok the owner deleted his rooms off your site so he can charge what he wanted to charge for his rooms. But other than that it was ok.

The place was horrible there's no ice machine the toilet stopped up the breakers were jacked up but the pool is closed there's no breakfast and no ashtray what else was there no ice machine either

This motel is old and worn out. I don't recommend stopping here UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE! When I stayed here there were a group of residents that I would guess are permanent who played loud music outside and had a neighborhood party until nearly midnight.

The front desk agent was ok. I booked a reservation for a KING bed and was given a double because that’s all they had left which defeats the purpose of making the reservation. Upon entering the room it was an ok space but there was NO HOT WATER that night or the next morning. Cheap price so I guess you get cheap service.

I got one of the most expensive rooms they offered, & it was terrible. The phone, A/C, Remote, & lock on the door didn't work. I had to get a key-card re-made 3 times. The adjustments on the jacuzzi didn't work, & it wouldn't hold water!! They people couldn't speak English well, & was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about!

This place might as well be listed as a trap house I watched several drug deals go down in the parking lot and decided not to even bother checking in

The owner was really nice... But his wife just opened the door while I was in the bath tub without knocking for an early checkout.

This place should be closed ! Noisy floor falling thru cobwebs ceiling poured when the people upstairs took a bath it all came into my room soaked toilet paper and everything . We never got a new room or refunded never again will I stay there !

I did not even stay here ! i went in to check in and almost threw up ! it smelled like cats were living in a corner of the lobby. The man was rude, i went to look at the room because i had drove. long way and wanted to sit. I get the the room and the lights will not even come on and the bed liked as if it wasn’t clean at all !! i told the man in the office and he said it’s fine do i want to go to the bedroom with two beds instead for a couple extra dollars. 😡 no because i wanted one bed !!! the site has said something about free connential breakfast and the only thing there was a coffee pot. I absolutely hated this residence i did not stay this was all in 5 minutes that i walked in !! DO NOT STAY HERE !!

For a budget motel you get what you pay for...but clean rooms should be mandatory...I had to clean my self before my daughter came. It was extremely loud the entire night. The plus side was no bugs.

The desk clerk didn't know how to program a key card for the room. It took him 15 minutes to do a 30 second job, which was oddly funny, but also annoying. The AC/Heater unit in the room looked and worked as if it were cobbled together from spare parts. The TV had a big scratch in the screen. The cable TV had a good selection of channels, but the signal was weak and the picture was grainy. The continental breakfast was a cruel joke. You could have anything you wanted, as long as it was dry Fruit Loops cereal. They didn't even have coffee. Fortunately there was a Waffle House right next door. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was fairly clean, and the plumbing worked. Overall, this hotel is not in good repair, the management lacks competence, and they don't honor prices from hotels.com. I would not book this hotel again, and recommend you don't either. A better name for this place would be "donut center", because it's a real hole.

Property was very Filthy. Vanity lights were blown. Ice machine broken. Analog tv only. Beds were very comfy. Close to interstate and eateries. Very affordable.

No one could find our reservation. The desk clerk could barely speak or understand English so we could not communicate well. We called in advance to tell them we would be late and they said no problem yet when we arrived they had no reservation for us and didn't even know what to charge us so they OVERCHARGED me even though they looked at my hotels.com reservation on my app. The room was extremely stale, dirty, spiders in tub, long hairs on side of sink, hairs in the bed. Overall disgusting hotel and should NOT be included on hotels.com ever. This is not the first time this has happened and I am beginning to wonder about using hotels.com any longer. Quality level of hotels has gone WAY down!!

The first room we were assigned to seemed promising, until I drew back the blankets and was getting ready to crawl in. There was a huge wet spot in the middle of the bed that smelled of urine. Assigned to room number two that clearly was not finished even being renovated or put together, but by this point we’re so tired we decided to give it a shot. And proceeded to be annoyed with a beeping fire alarm every few minutes. My husband went to try and make it stop..no battery was in it. It was a very long, tiring night

The room and whole property was nasty. The clerk was rude, the room had roaches, was very nasty looking, the toilet seat came off, the curtains had holes in them. People outside yelling and cussing. Could smell maraijuane. Just overall bad experience

There was no pool! The website showed a beautiful pool, but there was none and two types of cereal for breakfast. this place was a rip off

I was annoyed that Hotels.com told me the taxes and fees were included in my reservation amount, and then when I got to the hotel they collected double the amount of taxes and fees. Then I get an email after checked out saying that my reservation was canceled, and the hotel charged me again.

I never made it to check in! Every time I called the hotel with reservation questions, there was a significant language barrier and the manager was always rude and short. He directed me to Hotels.com instead of helping me with specific hotel questions.
