The only good things about this place was it was off the 40 on my way home and that the room was a good size and it had a bed. Other then that terrible! The place was loud. A LOT of seedy people. This was the worst hotel I stayed at. It was so bad a couldn't get comfortable because I did not feel safe! The day we checked out we heard a gun shot. The police were looking at the field next to the hotel, then I seen them talking to a few people from the hotel. If I had more time to search for hotels and look at the reviews I would have never picked this place, but it was last minute. It wasn't even the cheapest, I thought it would be good because the name, I had heard Days Inn were good. Nope not this one guys....

The gentleman in the office was very nice It was very scary. It was rundown there were homeless, right next-door people hanging out.

The pictures of this location were not true to what we stayed in, there was cars racing at 3am, homeless people sleeping next door, it felt unsafe. I should have known, when the guy at the front desk offered me the key to "check" the room first before he finished the transaction. He was friendly and nice, but this hotel is run down and we only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep before getting back on the road to home.

We felt unsafe here. Two men kept walking by and looking into our car through the windows. There were trash bags in the corridor. People where just hanging around outside and looked thin and unsafe. They did return our money and we left.

Then decided it was too dangerous to stay. We returned keys and left. I don't think we should be charged for this room. Your description online was nothing like this mess we walked into. There was urine in the toilet, crumbs on the bed, mold on the shower curtain curtains. When the front staff was approached to rectify the issues, he was very hostile about the situation.

The toilet water was out, and the tank ran dry. The room is nasty.

Absolutely disgusting. Smells like an ashtray. Staff will not authorize a refund and hotels.com is trying to only give me credit to use on their site for a future booking. Hotels.com should be held liable for partnering with such a place, and willingly sending unsuspecting customers into a place that poses a health and safety hazard, Days Inn should revoke your franchise license and the manager shoild be held liable for the abhorrent condition of the establishment .

I guess "you get what you pay for" sums it up. Room was not clean. TV didnt work. A staff member did get it working, but it quit again after 2 hours. Continental breakfast was very minimal. Noisy at night with people coming and going all night. Homeless peolle on the edge of the property. Staff was hard to understand. But, it was cheap!

As a diabetic there was nothing but an apple that I could eat. I’ve traveled in 39 countries worldwide and I would rate this with some of the worst I’ve stayed in third world lands.

There was no stopper on bath tub. Water was very low pressure and took several minutes to heat up for shower. Not happy.

The room was very dirty. My fiance had to use my tweezers to pull hair out of the shower drain since it was backing up. The floor in the bathroom was dirty in all corners. We didn't expect great amenities bc of the price, or anything above and beyond, but the room was extremely dirty. We didn't complain bc we were desperate for a room next to the parking since my fiance is in a leg brace and needed easy access.

Felt neglected

I appreciate the main guy there help me book a room for my son over the phone. He told me exactly how to get it done online. Also the lady at the desk who is helping to make sure he gets his mail that’s delivered while he stays there. Housekeeping is really nice also. As the price reflects, It is not a luxury hotel but it is clean, and the staff is nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and uber rides are easy to set up from there if needed.

The room was unfortunately unsatisfactorily. We only investigated other reviews once we arrived and saw the quality of facilities. We have stayed at DaysInn before. No facility ever looked like this one. We are shocked.

Didn’t bathe because tub had large cracks in fiberglass/enamel that made me afraid of cutting my feet. Tub drain full of hair. Non smoking room had cigarette burns on bedspread and chair, smelled strongly of smoke. Sheets had noticeable holes. However gentleman who checked me in was kind and helpful.

Quite a bit run down large crowds of noisy people, my door wasn't sealed and cold and noise came in. I killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom. the toilet seat was too low for a man. Breakfast was not very good. I don't want to stay again.

The beds were comfortable. The plumbing, heating, and TV worked. We didn't have a coffee maker. The floor had been vacuumed, but it need to be mopped. There was gunk along the floorboards and spots on the floor. We paid a special price of $47 for the night.

The room wasn't clean. The floor was sticky and unswepy. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There were "stains" on the pillow. We only stayed because it was so late we couldn't find another place. The breakfast area wasn't clean either. The cereal dispensers were dusty. The tables were wobbly and dirty. Disgusting!!!!

When checking in, the male behind the desk was very rude. He refused to allow us a room downstairs. The room was dirty and extremely hot. The refrigerator has no freezer. Not enough soap or shampoo for two people. The air conditioner vents were filthy. We cleaned them hoping to cool the room down. My husband ran two hookers off the property hanging around our motorcycle. There is construction in the front of the building so it doesn’t look open. I do not recommend this location!!!

Homeless people sleeping on the property and next door. Duct taped door locks, urine on toilet, dirty sheets were the highlights. This place should truly have been torn down a dozen years ago.

Chose at last minute..check-in was easy+Rico at desk was friendly & professional..motel shows it's age but was clean and price was very reasonable.

The room was nasty, ac not working, no hot water, unbearable order, very unsafe environment. People were just wondering around the property looking in cars and windows.

Apparently, the pool has been out of service for 10 years according to the staff... Neighborhood was a bit rough for a single mom traveling with 2 young kiddos. There was all sorts of traffic in and out of the parking lot waking me up at all hours of the night and early morning. The room smelled bad. We had been driving for 8hrs and were desperate for a place to spend the night.

Property was ill kept. Nonsmoking rooms had obviously been smoked in. Both rooms had marked up mirrors and one bathroom had tile coming off behind the toilet. Showers were dirty and gross. Choose to leave and go to another hotel.

AC was not on and bad and bathroom smells bad.

The room was spartan, with a clean comfortable bed an clean bath room. There were no amenities. Not even a writing pad. Some inexpensive framed art prints would liven up the space.

The front desk person was very nice and very helpful. The hotel room smelled like stale urine and the towels had yellow spots on them.

Nice receptionist then when I get to my room , it was ok when I opened the door but as the night progressed the cable was static, the tub was very disgusting. The towels was hanging and had visible dirt. I went to use a wash rag and it was dirty and filled with shampoo or soap someone used prior to me getting there just dried and unwashed. I then became paranoid of how filthy the room really was .

Room was very worn out with limited furnishings. Bed was hard as rock and pillows were as flat as a pancake. Using a black lite showed bacteria all over bathroom and sink area. Staff was very professional though.

were okay. TOWELS WERE DINGY WITH SPOTS. Walls and doors were peeling and crumbling. Couldn't open the bathroom door very far since it stuck on the floor. Very uncomfortable feeling being in the room although the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Yucky, everything about this pit stop screams...pit. I always travel with a sheet, pillow & alcohol, particularly glad I had those essentials with me after booking this nonrefundable accommodations. I cant wait to get home so I can completely disinfect.

There was literally dirt and dead bugs on the floor. We used a towel to wipe it into a pile large enough that it needed a dust pan. We had prepaid for the room and there weren’t any others available. Sigh

Have stayed at Days Inn many times. The last two stays have been disappointing. It seems like the hotel is run down, there is no improvements being made to the hotel.

Probably will not stay here again, the facility was really dirty and dilapidated. There were holes in the walls, stains on the towels, and tears in the sheets. Tub and bathroom area looked like it was never cleaned.

Showers were gross. Tile flooring had brown dirt all around the room and doorways. Ironing board was filthy and rusted. No way to wash or clean your hands in the breakfast area. Water leaking in lobby and the canopy to the front foot was taped off, falling in , and needed repaired. This place needs a much needed remodel. Old doors, old windows, dirty parking lot. Lot next to it was an empty building, homeless people, and a bunch of trash. Would not go here ever again.

If want shower head only sprays at wall you have put body up next to wall new style now called wall shower

Most of the electrical outlets in our room didn't work, some were coming out of the wall. They didn't restock the breakfast items, by 8:00 everything was almost gone.

Tried to stay here after going to pick up a puppy. This room was filthy. The room itself was in terrible condition. Holes and mold in walls. Broken trim pieces. Outside yard was filled with dog poop and flies. Rotting bird carcasses in the yard, no idea why. Area looked terrible. Drug users walking around not even trying to hide it. Sat in the room about five minutes then just decided to leave and drive home. Never again obviously.

- Electrical outlets did not work - Toilet did not flush - Light fixture over sink went out - Ice machine did not work - Microwave did not work - TV had very limited viewing (okay if you like Woody Woodpecker)

When I reserved the room I stayed there would be 4 people in the room but they refused to give us 4 towels for showers. The paint was peeling off the walls. I would not recommend staying here

This is NOT at all what is advertised. The pool is closed and has been for 5 years. The rooms were so dirty and there were hookers walking by, we ended up cancelling and leaving. What a waste of time!!!

Didn't expect Days Inn brand was suboptimal quality. Floor was dirty, TV was full of statics, toilet was uneven, no drain stops in the sink nor the bathtub, and the place was out of ice on a 100 degree hot and humid day....thank God the AC was working and bed is decent

The accommodations are not great. Doors are outside. That was hard to tell with the pictures. The floor was laminate and had not been cleaned and was sticky. I cleaned the floor, and the paper towels came up dark brown from and of the dirt and grime on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t close for privacy. Felt like lower conditions than a motel 6.

This place was nasty, was shown 3 diffrent rooms all were the dame way floors not moped bathroom filthy and the towels and wash clothes had pubic hair all over them.

Property was not kept, building not kept up, no coffee pot in in the room. Just not worth the money, thought Wyndham was a better class hotel. hotel pictures must be quite old.

I wanted to take a ‘me’ trip, so I didn’t think I needed anything fancy. However, this place was like an abandoned jailhouse from a horror movie! I booked a king bed and I was told when I got there that they didn’t have any. They gave me a room with two twin beds. The door wouldn’t lock with the manual lock. There was what looked like feces splattered all over the back of the door. There was mold along the bottom of the outside of the tub and what could have been blood splatter by the sink! The entire room reminded me of a jail cell. The frame for the door was a metal bar and the connecting door was metal on a painted brick wall. A recently released convict would feel right at home. There was no trash can in the room. You could hear everything from the outside and the room was right next to the Taco Bell drive through. It was so horrible that I just went home and did not stay!

Would not recommend, rooms were dirty. Lots of screaming happening around the hotel and in the hotel. Was suppose to stay 2 nights, but we left after the first night because of how terrible it was. Didn't get any money back but honestly did not matter as long as I didn't stay another night

This hotel is old. Ants in the room. We opted to not use the shower. Nearly had to call for help once to get out of the bathroom. The knob got stuck and I was locked in. The bed was hard as a rock. The bright spot was the gentleman at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly

Two staff members I me were great. The owners of the property obviously don’t care about quality.

Staff was extremely rude and unreasonable. First room our toilet didnt work so we got a different one and the air conditioner was messed up in the second one and they told me they wouldnt move us again. Was not as clean as it should have been.

It seemed like a very good looking Lobby in the ad the hotel promoted. When I went to check in the first thing, I noticed is the fancy chairs and carpet in the lobby. We’re not there. It was an old table with two old chairs, and the lobby floor was dirty. Everything at the counter, went smooth to get the key once we went to the room And my wife, we noticed a lot of bums sitting around the hotel. Once we open the door to the room, one of the lights did not work there was holes in the bed covers, and it seemed like the bathroom was being worked on but not complete. The bathtub seem to be getting a finish put on it that did not work. The bathtub was filthy. The shower curtain was broken off the wall, and the floors were not installed correctly. It was probably the worst hotel room I ever had to stand, and to tap it off at night. There was drag racing, going down to main strip for at least an hour before the police showed up blaring all the sirens, this lasted from two to 4 o’clock in the morning. I finally slept one hour from 5 to 6 AM. I would not recommend this hotel.

I asked why the hotel needed to store my address and also pointed out that my provided ID was in fact what had been asked for as such but the guy checking me in got mad and told me to stay somewhere else and he cancelled my prepaid booking

The hotel is old and run down. Lots of mold in the bathroom of the first room they put us in. Second room was not as bad for mold but was pretty awful. Tried to check out and move to another hotel but they said that since we reserved the room thru Hotels. com they would not refund our money. Consequently, we stayed for the entire 5-days but we were happy to not spend anytime in the room.

The room was smelly, the bed felt like a rock, the toilet was loose, wifi wouldn't reach the room, the a/c unit was too loud, the TV was way off of the bed's point of view.

This is not a place to take your family! The room was clean. The bed was terrible! There was loud music played until 3 in the morning and then I was awaken at four with a loud screaming match going on outside

This hotel isn't represented correctly by its photos on your website at all. Pictures make it look very nice and clean. It is not nice and clean. Rooms were furnished with towels and bed linens that were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. Hotel is very run down and not well maintained at all. Staff was friendly enough. However this is definitely not a good hotel and is also in the bad part of town. Would not recommend anyone stay here ...

The worst was yet to come-once I got inside the room, I had to use the bathroom urgently, but when I went in the bathroom, the doorknob was broken out of the door frame just laying in there. The towel bar was ripped off the wall, and the bathtub had rusted out on the exterior!!! Talk about a health hazard. I couldn’t even finish my pee before I was calling the front desk to just leave the property. Apparently, the request happens so frequently the front desk didn’t even try to fight me on staying-they agreed to work with Hotels.com to allow me a refund. STAY IN HOLLADAY, NOT JACKSON.

I didn’t even stay . As soon as I checked in and opened the room door i immediately went and asked for refund do to what looked and smelled to be pet urine in the floor it was nasty. They still havnt gotten back with me on the refund . The man at the desk however was very nice and respectful.

I work for a trucking company and booked my drivers , husband and wife team, a room last night. The mattress was COVERED in bedbugs , I have the pics , the pillows were covered in drool and stuck and the bath tub was filthy. I contacted reservations, they told me to have my driver go to the front desk for another room. I told my driver to look at the room before going in and that's when the clerk told my driver to get the "F" out of his motel now!" I am reporting this to the health dept of TN as well .I told the Customer Care people for Windham Properties I want a full refund. Does that come from Expedia or them? Thank you, Nan

Swimming pool was closed. Sink and bath area were terrible . Rail hanging off wall, mirror broken and stained, doorhandle to toilet area hanging off and unusable, bath badly stained around drain, ceiling paint above bath hanging off and stained, and cockroaches around dirty toilet bowl area. Room number117. I will never use Days Inn again, and I am considering ending my use of Expedia for future hotel referrals.

We Never got checked in, nobody came to the front desk at all the place looked not so pleasant and after two attempts to check in to no avail we drove on.

The rooms were misrepresented online via Expedia, showed a very nice pool which in fact was drained not operational! Corridors smelled of urine! People in parking lot very sketchy and loud, profanity! My granddaughter was terrified! Nasty disgusting place, staff not helpful in anyway! Could not even get clean towels! We had to check out and go somewhere else even though we had already paid, was told only Expedia could give us a refund!! Expedia is yet to reply !!

This is the absolute worst property I have ever stayed and I have stayed at some pretty sleepy places around the world. Curtains tattered and torn. Hair in sink and tub. Burn holes in bedding. Stains on sheets and towels. All in all, just nasty. This one should be removed from the Expedia sight as it brings down the overall quality of Expedia.

Sheets are clean. Floors need a scrub and curtains replaced. It’s cheap and they take pets.
