Absolutely nothing cause there was nothing to like Everything!!! I never stayed here because I requested for early check-in so I can do my work and was gonna be leaving at 5 AM the next morning but they refused early check-in they insisted I made a payment, even when I told him OK I will sit at the lobby and do my work to check in time at three. The manager said I can work on the premises. The Baymont l checked in to at marketplace prior ,allowed an early check in without payment because they understood I had to work. and to top it up, they (front desk and manager Agnes )were not nice about it, very rude and were not trying to be helpful.. so I left and booked another hotel 9 mins away.

Location, easy access from interstate. Price of the room, the courteous receptionist . The breakfast was great and plenty of hot food. The swimming pool water was cold. The hair dryer did not work, the lock on the bathroom door did not work correctly, the entrance switch light did not light up anything, did not understand that. the a/c was noisy.

The room as ok but the floors on the 2nd floor were rotten so they moved under your feet when we walked to the room. No elevator to the 2nd floor. We could smell weed as we walked down the hall. Staff was a little gruff at check in but nice at check out. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for a family.

On the Expedia page the amenity of a hot tub is listed. Unfortunately, it is not at the pool area instead only suites have hot tubs which is not disclosed. I offered to pay more for a suite and was told I could not because I had booked with expedia. Also, the indoor pool is ice cold!

I was driving to move from New Jersey to Texas with my SUV full of important papers and the person working the front desk was able to give me a room where I my windows provided a perfect view to my parked vehicle. Very helpful with my request.

I really like the swimming pool . It is so lovely . The staff were lovely. The bed was too soft. Other than that it was perfect for a stop over .

Worked ok for one night stay while traveling. Clean room, clean bathroom with a nice strong shower. Breakfast was a bit sub par, but anything is a plus at this price point. TV had tons of channels. We were on the first floor and could easily hear the people above us walking around. Indoor pool looked good, but we didn't have time to use it. Good value for a shirt stay.

Tried to book a birthday trip, booking.com did not tell me I had to be 21+ to stay in the hotel (I’m 20) so we had a lot of trouble trying to get it. Pool is very nice but heated and straight up salt water so it wasn’t very enjoyable. Stayed in room 204 and there was a mystery sticky stain on the floor.

The kindest staff you would want to meet 24/7

Everyone on staff was so kind and made my stay away from home while traveling feel like home . The entire staff was great but I want to say a special Thank you to all of the housekeepers you all really went out of your way for me and Happy just to be kind and I will never forget it . I hope I will see you again one day and I’m so sorry I did not get to say bye before you got to work I told the front desk to please let you know how grateful I was .

Smells old and musty...Made my sinuses drain all night...I thought the commode was going to break..the faucet was old an loose...the bed was on springs and made a horrible sound when in and out. Bed was clean though. I booked 3rd party so i was by the exit.

Pathetic system.

Room smelled cleaned when we entered. That was a big factor for me. Pool is salt water treated, so they need a sign for people with high blood pressure. Otherwise pool area was nice and clean and lots of towels for everyone to use. Breakfast area was nice a clean and hot food was serve every morning. Lots of options. Front desk was very helpful with everything we needed. Nice place to stay.

For the price, it is above what I suspected. Relatively clean. And they called me after checkout because I had left something in the room. Only downfall was Pool was closed for the first day were there, but they let me know exactly when problem was solved, and we were then allowed to play in the pool.

Parking is good that customer feels safe. However, room Breakfast doesn't have a good variety, coffee pot is set up away from main BF area. In general it gives a cheap look

When I got there to check in I knew it was a $25 extra fee for early check in only 2 hours but I noticed the pool was closed and they said it was not opening back up so I didn't want to stay here for that reason but I asked for the inconvenience of no pool could I have my $25 waived or be compensated for something well the Indian girl working the front desk was polite and said let me ask the manager and of course here comes an African American woman with a attitude telling her what is the problem what she want we ain't doing all that today so of course I can hear very well she explained to her what I requested and I said if I knew the pool was closed I would have booked somewhere else because my son wants to get in a pool smart mouth African American woman says we can't just post that online because anything can happen so I said well if y'all can't do something for the inconvenience I'm not staying here so I had to leave and find us somewhere else to stay and luckily it was so much better it was actually my first choice but I was trying to save money and their pool was opened and the staff was exceptional and the amenities were phenomenal they saved our mother son trip and even gave us extra services once I explained what I just went through at Baymont therefore I will never go back to Baymont or recommend it to anyone poor customer service skills and amenities not up to par being rude not trying to help for the inconvenience of the place you decide to work at is disgusting!!

I never made it past the front desk. I had 4 kids with me that I promised an indoor pool. I read the other reviews saying the pool was closed alot but I thought maybe the reviews were old. Pulled up and front desk said pool was closed so I had insurance on the trip and cancelled.

The pool was closed. We booked this hotel based on location and pool. We had a long day of driving and wanted to give our children swim time to burn energy. At no point were we notified the pool would have been closed.

I was excited to stay there because it looked cozy! However, my experience started off bad from check in. I told the lady I had already did the online check in through Expedia and paid. It said that I should be able to pick up my keys and go. Well, she made me go through the whole process again. Plus, she said I had to give them $100 in cash for a deposit. I have given deposits before but it’s never had to be in cash. So that felt weird, but once we go to the room. I got an email saying I was charged again. I checked my bank account and I was charged twice for the room and it was different amounts. When I called about it, the lady said she would refund it but it would take 8-10 business days so between the cash deposit and being charged twice, I had almost $400 tied up. I went with this hotel because the price was affordable and ended up unable to use most of my spending money for the trip. Then, at check out, the lady had to check to make sure we cleaned our room completely (which we did!) before she would give us back the $100 cash. It felt like they were trying to find a reason to keep it, but they couldn’t. Also, we were on the 2nd floor and it feels like you are going to fall through the floor walking down the hallway.

I had a couple of issues such as tv and room phone not working but the staff promptly fixed the tv. A deep cleaning would be good. Bed and bathroom facilities were clean. There was NO handicapped access on east side of building even though I asked for accessible room so beware if you use a wheelchair. I use a walker and was able to get up and down sidewalk.

Got snowed in. No salt or shovels to help get out the parking lot.

The floors were dirty, gum was stuck on the carpet, trash on the floor, the pantry liner from a bathing suite or something was stuck on the side table. The parking lot was a hangout. People were being loud out my window through the night.

Room was a little stale. The Hotel was a little aged, but service was good and rooms were clean. The free breakfast was not much to speak of.

What a mess! Clogged shower and couldn’t shower my 2 kids and the hotel refused to help in any way. Also the room has broken sharp tiles right in the walkway. Very messy and unprofessional when checking out in the morning with multiple personal laptops, makeup and cell phone just sitting out covering the desk blocking the actual hotels computer . They even offered partial refund in person and then refused to approve it then lied saying the manager wasn’t there….after personally talking to her. Terrible place run by liars Look out!

If I could do zero I would. These reviews and pictures LIIIIIIED to me. It’s like a run down motel more than a hotel….with that being said first room I got had black mold alllll over the fridge and in the toilet, second room was a room that I chain smoker had stayed in because it REAKED of cigarette smoke and I have three young kids, third room was just as bad, the door didn’t lock, the ac unit had black mold and food and built of dust all over it with mold going up the wall,the chair had weird stains all over it, the floor and ceiling falling apart, I could’ve saved my money and slept in my car at a rest stop cause heck no! I need to see the rooms that the pictures show and the good reviews are talking about cause I’ve gone through three rooms and have yet to see it….

Listing said there was a whirlpool but none was available. Bike in fitness room didn’t turn on. Dirty dishes left in breakfast room.

Check-in wasn’t overly friendly but was okay, however when we checked out, we felt rushed out the door, even though we were no where close to being past the required check out time. Our room door didn’t latch unless we pushed it forcefully, and the nearby exterior door also didn’t close properly, which made the location not feel secure. Even the TV didn’t work at first, so my husband had to fix it himself, and our shower leaked, which was annoying but not overly horrible. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However with all of these things happening at once and within one stay: the poor maintenance, misleading amenities, and lack of hospitality made this a disappointing stop. Unfortunately, we would not consider staying here again.

The room was spotless and well supplied. Staff was superb. The breakfast was wonderful. Second time that I have stayed there and I will be back!

Staff was helpful, at check in girl spoke very quickly my husband couldn't keep up but I could. I arrived very tired, had a 15 hour drive to get there. My husband struggled with the stairs which I forgot about when booking the room so that was my fault. We had stayed here twice before and this time was so much cleaner than the last time. Housekeeping is doing a much better job has improved. Breakfast options weren't the best but were okay...waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt and oranges is what I remember.

The pool didn’t look badly from the window, but when we went to get in it, it was disgusting. Their filter wasn’t working or they haven’t treated the pool appropriately. Breakfast consisted of : toast, bagel, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, oranges, and two cereals. Dining area looked clean. Room was clean. Bed was ok. One of the lamps had an issue. Overall, it was fine. Would stay again if price was right.

The front desk clerks were friendly. We were accommodated with a room downstairs as needed. It's nice enough but an older hotel. Rooms are accessible on the inside. It's located right off the freeway of I 40. Plenty to do in the area. Indoor pool looked nice but they closed before we arrived. The beds are set very high.

To rent a jacuzzi room you have to put $100 cash and they have you sign a hand written note saying you paid it, that they also keep. Super sketchy.

We have stayed at other Baymonts before and had good experiences, not so at this one. Looks like they were trying to update but has a way to go. Breakfast was an issue, it said 6am to 9am but then it was they don't replenish after 8am which wS in very small print. We came at 8:30 and there was nothing, they had removed almost everything including the waffle batter and the rude man working there said there was a few little eggs, it was all done at 8am. If you have breakfast from 6 to 9 then that should happen, different from not replenishing then removing it all. We are done with Baymont. It was more of a contractor motel there.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is good if you get there early. Posted hours are 6-9 but they say they stop bringing food at 8:00, which means they stop bringing food about 7:30. I got shouted at when I asked for the eggs to be refilled at 7:45. The fitness center doesn't open until 8:00, and the pool closes early.

The only real complaint was about breakfast. At check-in it was stated by the clerk at least twice that breakfast is until 9am, however the reality is that they stop serving at 8 and leftovers are available until 9 if there are any.

The noise level that you can hear through the walls was unbearable. Their were many insects inside of the room. I was very disturbed when checking out because they claimed that they were unable to locate the tv remote. So therefore they tried to keep our $100 cash deposit. In which I and the clerk together went inside the room and it was hidden underneath the pillow on the bed. For a lack of better words, we will NEVER choose this property EVER again in life.

The employees were very rude. The pool was freezing and way too much chlorine in it. The lady sat on the couch outside the pool area watching. It was just very uncomfortable feeling and very rude. We were there for a birthday party and we had one kid who had come not spend the night just spend the afternoon with us and my friend had to pay an extra $120 for another that we didn't even sleep in for him to be able to swim. It was just ridiculous.

Considering we paid the price for the jacuzzi tub and could not use it would def not book with them again

Beds were comfortable, room and bath were clean. The entrance/exit door was questionable bc it had a large space— I would have left if I didn’t feel secure with the locks. I had 2 granddaughters traveling w/me who were very Leary of the door.

We couldn’t use the air conditioning in our room because it was so full of dust, dirt, hair, and food particles that it sent out a plume of mildewy air that immediately gave me a headache. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the ladies working the desk were friendly-ish and efficient. Breakfast was not great, but no worse than expected.

They sit and watch you the whole time while you are getting your breakfast they don't want you to take anything / food in the room and when I was ready to check out I had to wait for someone to come to the desk almost 15 min.

The room was clean. The employees are nice and friendly. There was plenty of guest coffee in the lobby. The room size is small. The bathroom was small. It is probably what to expect with a lesser priced hotel. We didn't get to check out the pool. We were there to visit family so we were out most of the time. The pool closes early. We were able to get a first floor room, no elevator. The breakfast was okay, the usual for simple free breakfast. There was waffle maker sausage, eggs, biscuits, bagels, fruit, milk cereal and more.

Pool area was beautiful but the water was FREEZING. We had 2 rooms purchased and they were across the hall from each other. One room was bigger and better. The other room was small, smelled bad and had abroken faucet in the shower. TV picture was horrible/fuzzy. The bigger room was a joining room that was unlocked! There was a neighbor that could have went into the room.

Room was clean and comfortable, and good for the price. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The only option was cereal or waffles, and the waffle machine was not cleaned, and we could only use 3 of the 4. They only had sugar free syrup, which changes the taste of the waffle.

Room was 2nd floor lots of steps with a lot of luggage. Kids running and screaming a lot. Parking lot had lots of people around til late at night/early morning (pretty loud) not the safest. Room was average and clean noise from outside was not pleasant.

The property served our purpose, and was decently clean, for the most part. Breakfast was only served until 8:00 on weekends, which I thought seemed a bit early. When I asked for additional wash clothes on our 2nd night I was told I had to return the used ones first. Maybe this is new standard practice, but I'd never encounter this before. The carpet felt a bit icky on bare feet, so I made sure to wear shoes or socks at all times. The bed was a little firm, but that's just not my personal liking. There is no elevator, which made getting to our room on the 2nd floor a bit more work, but we managed. I'm not sure if I remember reading there is no elevator, so that may need to be included in the description, if it's not already.

Our room smelled of smoke, even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. It was also very musty. The hotel was a remodeled older building, so there is only so much that can be done with the situation (lipstick on a pig). Breakfast was very limited with all its options from fruit, breads (no danishes or muffins, bagels only), and hot foods (sausage and egg patties only, but you could make a bagel sandwich with this). For $79/night, it is about what we expected, but it could have been a little cleaner/nicer.

We arrived late, got in fine lady at desk was nice. As soon as we walked into our “suite” it was the size of a normal hotel room (not a big deal although paid for an expected suite), there were bugs on the comforter, stains all over furniture, tub and jacuzzi were not cleaned and grimy. Had to sleep somewhere for the four short hours we were there but tried to get a refund with the pictures of bugs and staining and poor room quality and no help at all whatsoever.

Got the suite, to say it is disappointing is an understatement. It looks like a bad porn set. Plus not to mention that the so called all they charge is what you pay on Expedia is a flat out lie. CASH deposit plus a CC on file. NOT worth the money. Balcony looks like it is for show, overlooks pool with nothing on it. Afraid to even try to go out there. Stay somewhere else that holds itself to a higher standard and doesn't post 500 rules of what you are allowed to do, so if you break them they can steal your deposit that isn't mentioned. All around poor and disappointing stay. Will never stay at another hotel by Wyndham.

They were prompt in responding to an issue with the TV. Yogurt options were limited for breakfast, but hot breakfast seemed sufficient.

I booked the room for me, my daughter and twin grand sons for a Mother's Day gift. As usual I was comfortable and well accommodated. I'll return because of the location, friendly staff and comfort.

There was no elevator for us when put on the 2nd floor with a handicapped guest. The breakfast was seriously lacking. The biscuits were hard and cold. The eggs and sausage were cold. No options for fruit, muffins, cereal, or bread. Worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Both days we stayed most of the breakfast options were out. Would have been nice to have clean towels to shower with on day 2

So I booked a suite and paid around $160.00 and when I went to check in they said I had to pay an additional 100.00 cash deposit which was not listed online or anywhere in the hotel. I didn't have the additional 100 00 so they said the best they could do is give me one of their 80.00 rooms and didn't offer to refund me the difference so I over paid for a basic room and me and my fiance were very disappointed.

Staff was friendly. We had a king suite and was told the jacuzzi overflows and shown the damage at the front of the hotel. The room upon walking in had a coke drink on the wall, stains on the head board, and rose petals in the floor. After going to the front desk with pictures we were given a new room. This one only had coffee stains on the wall and silverfish in the bathroom. The walls are pealing and floors are in need of replacement in some areas. The pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom of it.
