Parking lot is closer to hotel.

The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available.

The WiFi speed was not very fast.

Key card broke as soon as it was given. WiFi didnt work during the stay. There were no amenities in the room. Breakfast was just oatmeal and few bars.

The hotel was very clean, however very old and needs considerable updating. The lobby and hallways smelled of smoke, however the room did not.

The hotel was overbooked and people who had reservations were being denied. The queen beds werent queen but rather twin xl and when consulted with staff to have either a sofa bed or a room with 2beds in a room they said they were at full capacity and we should be happy that we got our 2 rooms.

Courteous staff. Room was as clean as expected for the price point of the hotels we considered. Shower got hot and water drained well from the tub while we showered which hasn’t always been the case at some places that we’ve stayed. The toilet paper was just single-ply but it was softer than the cheap stuff you usually see in hotels.

Everyone at the front desk and the helpers in the cleaning the rooms they were just very very fantastic thank you so much and we will definitely be back when we come back. God bless.

Washers. I put my clothes in the washer and when they was done there was dark stuff all over my clothes with pet hair on my clothes when I showed the front desk she said there was nothing she could do I had to pay to wash that load again. I’ve also noticed ppl putt there pet bedding in the machines.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The “breakfast” was terrible. Hardly any selection and no hot food at all. Parking was great as they allowed us to park during our put of the country vacation.

Rooms need more thorough cleaning and maybe updated, old feels nasty, modified and updated feels clean!

Remote not much for one night price to high

I booked room on booking late night and booking app automatically changed the date to the next day it was en error. I spoke to staff and the girls nails were so long she refused to go on the computer and adjust the date although the room was paid for already. I asked for refund and sonce it was booked en error and staff refused to adjust the issue. I was contacted by management stating they will refuse to give the credit. This made them seem thirsty for business and unwilling to work with a customers if such mistakes were to happen. I WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR THAT REASON. People make simple mistakes and its a part if life and if you own a business you should not be in the business of having to rob your customers who make a mistake. I was forced to sleep in the car with my grandkids due to rep refusing to help correct the issue.

Rooms are good size. Kitchen area has everything you need to prepare a meal. Daily grab and go (muffins, cereal bars, coffee) breakfast is a nice bonus.

There was no coffee in the morning. The coffee pot was empty the three imes I went for coffee. Staff were chatting at the front desk with no clue that people were looking for breakfast, or that there was no coffee.

The room door wasn’t closing properly without me literally pushing it after it had “closed”, the adult “queen” bed looked like a kid’s bed The reception is awful, it doesn’t have a waiting place for you to wait for your ride (the staffs were nice) Not worth the money and it looked like w very chip motel

Biggest complaint the tv sound shuts off after 1 minute

Front desk full of dust. Not a good starting point. Musty smell throughout due to old dirty carpet and drapes. Appliances in the room old with stains. Smelled like Marijuana inside also. Bed uncomfortable and linen (bed and towels) felt like paper.

Close to local businesses and the highway. “Free breakfast” is coffee and granola bars.

My fridge was full of remaining drinks and foods of the last guest used my room. The reception repeated my private information during the check in in front of other guests. The breakfast wasn’t only poor but is not clean, a small spider welcomed me at the coffee container.

A lot of livein tenants, keeping the side door open a lot. The manager on duty that worked 9/2/24 First shift was nasty. Nasty attitude!!! Otherwise other staff was good.....

The location was great. Easy to get to and not on a crowded thoroughfare. It could definitely use some updating, but the beds were very comfortable. We were definitely disappointed, though, with the "breakfast included." It was not much more than a coffee bar. They did offer tea and hot chocolate. I think there may have been oatmeal packets, but no other food was available. I would not consider the above options, breakfast! We chose this hotel because they offered breakfast. So, disappointed was a bit of an understatement!!

The size of the rooms was impressive and I loved that it felt more like an efficiency apartment rather than a stuffy hotel room

We book this hotel 2 days prior to arrival. When we went to hotel the person at front desk said they are having some maintenance issues because of which he did not allow us to get in at mid night. He said we were supposed to checkin at 3PM which is rubbish, if we reserve the hotel the customer does not necessarily need to checkin exactly at 3PM, it's upto them and I have not heard this from any other hotel in the past or recent times. The guy at front desk is not helpful in fact he was throwing attitude towards customers. Overall it was frustrating and terrible experience I would never recommend this hotel. I am atleast hoping for refund as issue is form hotel side.

The room was so filthy, the air conditioner made a loud sound the moment you turned it on. The light flickered all the time. There were bedbugs, my nephew woke up with bedbug bites. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

Property was good for a 1 night stay. No silverware in kitchen and Wendy's was closed by midnight.

Hotel cleanliness is good. Staff is good There was enough parking but not sure if there was tesla or electric charging. Little far from Chicago downtown but to save money this is better place closer from downtown. Luckily Chicago’s biggest July 4th fireworks is very close to this place so got chance to visit that as well.

Quiet area which was nice. Did not have time to scope the area out but I believe plenty to do within 10min of the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean. No complaints.

We did not like the check in because we wanted to pay with cash (we could have put a deposit on the Master Card) BUT they have a very screwy rule - Credit Card etc. if less than a 7 day stay - CASH is okay if over a 7 day stay. Not that the rant is done - the room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen facilities were good - BUT apparently you are supposed to order the pots, dished etc. before you arrive. It is close to a Walmart for groceries, lots of parking. Other than the "cash issue" it was a very enjoyable stay.

False advertisements about breakfast, people smoking in nonsmoking rooms, the kitchen walls peeling off, and it's just a hole in the wall for a budget.

Needs some updating. Parking is good but entering the building is difficult for disabled. No automatic doors entering and broken automatic door leaving. Breakfast was just packaged muffins, granola bars and packaged oatmeal. Coffee was good. Overall would give a 4 rating out of 10.

Wish the coffee was stronger here, but rooms are what you expect at this Extended Stay. Dirty parking lot with garbage, and noisy hallways. My third stay at this location, seems to have maiintained the property, but residents are the issue here.

Dogs were loud. TV was to small. Lights were flicking at times. Other than that, it was an OK room. I stay a few extra days.

The facility is definitely showing its age. Fridge didn’t work in one room; a microwave in another. The staff were fast, responsive, and friendly.

I called Maintenance regarding the following issues: The refrigerator in the room did not work for 4 out of the 5 days of my stay. The faucet leaked and was never fixed. The Front Desk staff were nice but very slow to answer the phone, if at all, and were always in the back office making the customers wait for several minutes.

The room smelled bad including the bed. The toilet had stains on it. The AC did not work. I booked a queen bed studio and the bed was smaller than a full size. Very disappointing and gross. The staff was nice but nothing is worse than a dirty stay.
