Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfort, and quietness of the rooms, as well as the beautiful views and friendly staff. Nice golf resort property. Room was nice with a good course view, plenty of room. Refrigerator, abundance of outlets. Dining options are sufficient. Plenty of self parking at $10 a night. Nice spa and pool which we did not have a chance to use, Also a bowling alley! Very nice golf course.
- 4/5
An excellent hotel where you can have a pleasant, relaxing time. The staff was friendly, I really liked the food, and the pool area was clean. I will definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
Eaglewood Resort was amazing. Way bigger than I expected. The resort is beautiful and set on the golf course. Even with the vastness of the resort, there was still privacy. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The room was clean and just what we needed.
- 2/5
Cable TV does not work. No breakfast services. Golf course failed to handle humidity such as no water station throughout the course and lack of Snack Bar for quick meal. Golf management failed on tee time arrangement for big events as agreed. Also, No Hole Map on scorecard and signage. Only good thing is the dinner service was good.
- 3/5
Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place.

Our shower was stained, but other than that it was an exceptional place to stay.

Outdated. My booking wasn’t showing up in their system. I was charged twice for the wrong date and had to pay the actual day I showed up. They won’t refund my money either & made me contact Expedia but still no answers.

The property was really nice overall. I will say a downfall was the spa and pool were on the outside of the property, so one of the days we stayed it was a bit chilly outside and of course t

Our stay got off to a disappointing start at check-in. The front desk employee did not greet our party and immediately informed us that our request for nearby or connecting rooms could not be accommodated without providing an explanation. Thankfully, another front desk employee stepped in, explained the confusion with our room assignments, and provided exceptional service. Throughout our stay, he consistently demonstrated professionalism and hospitality. Later that evening, we stopped at the front desk to ask about checkout time. The employee on duty was focused on an iPad and speaking with another staff member. Despite seeing us waiting, he never acknowledged us. After several minutes, we asked the bellman instead, and he immediately answered our question. This interaction reinforced our concerns about the lack of consistent customer service. Before leaving, however, we did speak with the front desk manager, who was professional and helpful. Housekeeping was also disappointing. All three rooms in our group needed dusting, and the bathtubs were dirty. My bathtub contained body hair left by a previous guest. After showing the issue to a housekeeper, she

Property was very clean. Long walk to our tower but we found a closer park. The bowling alley hours ate very limited, so we did not get a chance to bowl. The pool was awesome! It was big and the hit tub felt really good. We had the breakfast buffett on the last day. It was oretty goid and thete was a nice variety. You can have made to order omelets. I woukd definitely go again.

The good: Outstanding workout rooms Bowling alley, pool table, and bocce ball court Outside fireplace Decent food in the grill The bad The lights is my room were too dim and insufficient for desk use. No water pressure. Every time you turn the shower on, you have to fiddle with the shower head to get a trickle of flow. The fan in my bathroom was hanging off the wall. The fridge has two temperatures: Ice cold or no cold. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The provide chair and ottoman were uncomfortable. The safe did not work. The hallway carpet outside of my room and white specs everywhere. In the hallway it smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. If I could get a better room, I would go back. However I have little faith there’s a substantially better room in this resort.

The Staff was helpful. Our TV wasn't working when we first checked in and the came right away to fix it. However our room phone wasn't working and they couldn't figure that out, so we had no room phone for our entire stay.
- 5/5
this is a super clean lovely place. nice furnishings, good amenities. it is a very large hotel with 2 "towers" and it was a really long walk to my room from the lobby with no "shortcuts" that I could find. This is my only complaint!!

Great hospitality and experience. The staff were very helpful especially Magdy Hanna who had a great smile and went out of his way to show us our room and offered us extra water. Very welcoming.
- 3/5
Very outdated and mediocre facilities
- 1/5
Unreasonable staff, my team was stuck at 3 different airports and had to cancel trip. Hotel refused to work with us and we lost entire cost of hotel even though no fault of ours. Even after we offered first night cost, they refused rest of trip refund.
- 1/5
Room was dirty. A/C did not work in the room which was never addressed. Toilet didn’t flush and dead flies and random bugs in the light fixtures. Very disappointing.
- 4/5
Had a wonderful experience on a weekday night. The staff really care and go out of their way to be hospitable.

Everything was great just note that there is no outdoor pool. Just an outdoor sitting area next to the indoor pool.

Great place for a golf getaway or relaxing by the pool, hot tub or outside fire pit. Bocci ball next to bar and restaurant plus many great dining options close by. Balcony overlooking golf course was fantastic also. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. Great buffet breakfast for very reasonable price also. Will definitely be back.

Room 428. The furnace cover was broken and on the bed when we arrived. The AC was not working. 2 service calls. We were told no more rooms available. The curtains were literally shredded. Like from a cat. Refrigerator not cooling well enough. The Toilet seat was falling off. Shower curtain was ripped. A Mile walk to the pool in a separate building. So if you want to go swimming in the winter it’s probably very annoying. The bowling alley was close for a private party. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and nice. When I arrived at Eaglewood Resort and spa, I needed some cough drops, which the store there didn't have, so one of the managers had some personal ones and gave me some. I also had a medical emergency, the staff was very helpful before, during, and after the emergency. The staff treated me like a family member. The room I was in was very quiet, great insulation. I went to the grill and bar for dinner and had a cesar salad. What I got was the best salad I have ever had, and again the staff was great, kind, and friendly. I plan to stay at this place every time I am in Chicago again.

2nd time staying here. And it's a nice hotel with a beautiful golf course. In a nice area with a few nice restaurants a close drive away. Restaurant was under renovation so we never got to try it. They where serving food in main lobby but we never tried it. Pool etc is definitely in nead of a tidy up steam room wasn't working and it just as an old feel to it. Staff where nice. Only downside I have to it is that it felt like the room where being used for social living as well as hotel guest. A lot of people only using the bottom door entrance to get in which was always unlocked. Strong smell of weed in corridors etc. I'm not sure what the set up is in hotel regarding the rooms with social living etc. but you could tell it wasn't people on a weekend trip. We still enjoyed or stay but I'm more reluctant to go back

We arrived around 11 PM to find the heat in our room not working. A technician attempted a fix, but soon after, a loud alarm began sounding from the heating unit cabinet. When we called the front desk, we were told no technicians were available and were asked to go back to the desk to get a new room key late at night, carrying all our luggage. At the front desk, the staff member was dismissive, spoke over us, and handled the situation unprofessionally. When we raised concerns about his tone, he became visibly agitated, even kicking doors. This behavior was shocking and unacceptable. A manager eventually intervened to de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue no heat initially, followed by the same alarm once it was turned on. The only workaround was to either tolerate excessive heat or turn it off completely. By the time this was “resolved,” it was nearly 2:30 AM. We lost most of the night trying to address basic room issues and got less than 3 hours of sleep. For a first-time stay, this experience fell far below expectations. We request a formal response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, lack of professionalism, and failure to provide a functional room.

Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. But the staff was nice. The hot tub was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Being a Spa, I thought that we would get massages or maybe facials. A 1 hour massage was $175. Way too expensive for me. We would have been better off going to a nice hotel vs the fancy spa.

Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. The pool and all other amenities are separate from the hotel. Meaning we'd have to walk across the parking lot with wet hair from swimming outside through the snow and wind to get to and from our room. Same with all other amenities. Going up to the room the hallways are the most narrow hallways I've ever been in (think almost one way traffic) and the layout itself is very confusing, but that's just a side note. Got into the room. Smelled old, the curtains had many visible tears in them, and the bed had about a hand sized brown stain on it. We immediately went downstairs and let the staff know that we would not be staying. There was a little delay in our refund because we were marked as a "no show" so the Expedia team had to fight it that we did indeed show up, check in, then leave. But we did end up getting our money back and that's the only positive experience. Drove 7 hours for nothing. Complete waste of time.

This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is nearby Schaumburg that has plenty to do and that’s where I’ll be staying for any future trips to the area.

The location was the only positive. This is not a resort. This is a dirty moldy dated property. The restaurant was closed. The golf simulator was closed. However, the staff does not hold any accountability for their guests. During the first few days, there was a lot of loud music, yelling, and smoke on my floor. The smoke smelled so bad that I had to open my patio door just to sleep at night. It eventually stopped on my last night; however, I was ready to leave at that point. I tried to bring it up during checkout; however, there wasn’t really a front desk person I could speak to. Unfortunately, unless they reach out to me, I will probably look elsewhere next time I travel in the area.

I haven’t been here in over 16 years and I still love this place. One thing that needs to be worked on is the access to the pool, and spa. By now, I would have hoped that there’s an underground or underpass so that you don’t have to walk in the cold from the pool back to the towers.

Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there.
- 3.5/5
I liked the fireplace in the lobby. The room was a nice size and shape. We were able to use the pool which was large enough to swim laps in. My husband used the sauna. The showers were ok. The employees were very friendly. The shower rooms in the pool were out of soap and shampoo. The rooms are a bit of a hike away from the lobby. There is breakfast for 21.99 per person. But it is driving distance to other affordable options. The bowling alley is why we booked but it was not available to us because it is only open Friday night Saturday and early Sunday and we arrived past the 1300 closing time Sunday so did not get to use it. The resort must be near an airport because we constantly heard airplanes now as if landing soon. There is a fridge but not a microwave. If not for the bowling alley I would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately I found out too late that we would not even be able to use the bowling alley.

Stains all over the carpet. The air vented was caked in dust. Cob webs in the corners, dingy fixture coming off the ground. Little things, booked a room for 2 at a “resort” didn’t even have two bathrobes. Put the do not disturb sign up and still got woken up by the cleaning person knocking.

Things could be better. We had 3 rooms booked and the toilet ran in two of the rooms and there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom of one of the rooms. The front desk informed us that the bowling hall closed at 5:30p, I thought that was strange being as though checkin is at 3/4pm.

Spacious and clean Penthouse had no elevator access. Had to carry our luggage and other stuff up narrow stairs. Also pool and bowling were in separate building not connected to main building. Was very chilly walking wet thru parking lot in a snowstorm
- 0.5/5
I was very disappointed with the transparency of this hotel. First, I was charged an additional $21 for utilities that was not disclosed upfront when I booked. Second, I paid a $50 security deposit at check-in which has still not been refunded [number of days] days later, despite there being no issues with the room. I have tried contacting them but have had no luck. I would recommend staying elsewhere to avoid these extra costs.
- 5/5
The accommodations were excellent!! From a lovely room to a delicious breakfast it was a wonderful stay even in winter!
- 0.5/5
Room Was dirty Top of the room was stained Headboard was dirty with oil stains from the previous visitors
- 3.5/5
Loved that it had a large pool & our room had a balcony. The foyer was large and magical looking. 1. The hotel and the pool/bowling alley/ spa are NOT attached. 2. Our neighbors were clearly part of some sort of convention or party/gathering that was being held & they were incredibly loud & awful. 3. Breakfast was not included in the price 4. Parking lot was awful. How there are only two ways to get inside the hotel is beyond me. Need more entrances, closer to the rooms. 5. The bellhop man forgot my husband and I
- 5/5
Property was pretty and well kept. We liked all of it.
- 5/5
The front desk staff is wonderful as well as the cafe. They make my stays extra lovely.
- 5/5
I love the coffee cafe with fresh breakfast in-the-go sandwiches. There’s a spinach n egg on a English muffin with a red pepper aioli i highly recommend. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I stay here often. Brisa and Damiano at the front desk are great.
- 4/5
Didn’t eat restaurant closed
- 3/5
No room service or food delvery was definitely a major inconvenience when staying in a tower
- 5/5
This was my first experience here and the staff was so friendly and help with all my needs, the rooms are spacious and very clean with everything to keep your stay comfortable
- 5/5
Great bar tender, friendly staff, great food
- 5/5
I am a big fan of the resort. I love the ambiance and amenities. And, the staff is very friendly. I will continue to make it my resort of choice when in the area!
- 5/5
Bar and band was great to have
- 4/5
Nice little gem hidden behind the golf courses. Common areas clean, room comfortable and quiet, bar staff very friendly and attentive. Love the size of the pool.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, quite and comfortable environment
- 5/5
Beautiful lobby bar. So festive. This is my favorite place to stay in Chicago suburbs
- 5/5
I love the coffee shop. I got the yummy spinach egg sandwich and a cafe mocha to go back to my room.
- 5/5
Damiano, Erica & Brisa are always so incredibly accommodating. That is why i always choose this hotel. The Christmas tree in the lobby looked great!
- 5/5
Love this hotel… the room is so cozy and I love the view every time I’ve stayed.

Brisa at the front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to gistit thw bowling alley this trip. Super fun!
- 4/5
I was told that I didn’t pay for breakfast so I didn’t get to try it
- 5/5
Room is clean, very approachable staff!
- 5/5
I have 5 stars for the front desk and bell man. The room is clean 4. There were multiple parties that were so loud on that Thanksgiving night where we were at and I am pretty sure I smelled something weird and they tried to cover with strong perfume now that is 0 to me but am so glad they weren’t so loud for so long. I forgot the name of the front desk but that guy was super nice… what a welcome and difference it make when the first people greeting u are sincerely good at their job. I wtayed Thanksgiving night 2025 and whoever that front desk and bell man please honor them
- 5/5
The room was very clean and well appointed! The staff were friendly and courteous! Very relaxing stay for a regular road traveler!
- 5/5
Convienient, relaxing. Staff was very friendly and accomodating
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Restaurant onsite was convenient, offering good options and great tasting.
- 3/5
The room was stuffy you had to open the balcony door to get cool air. The TV periodically worked. The carpets were disgusting throughout. It’s a shame what this resort charges and the rooms look like they do. The owner needs to pay attention to the facility. Daniel from Maintenance was great!!!!
- 5/5
The staff were nice and welcoming! Great place for a fun wedding
- 5/5
The rooms are little dated, but clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Food at the downstairs bar was very good & bar staff very friendly as well!!
- 5/5
Came for couples retreat and we will definitely be back. The check in was quick the staff friendly! The accommodations were excellent, quiet plenty to do at the resort as well as in the area. Very quiet romantic much needed get away. Definitely would recommend.
- 5/5
Came for a friends wedding and definitely would love to come back
- 5/5
Really nice pool and fitness room.
- 3/5
Under sheet was not clean and saw a bug in hallway
- 5/5
Large resort but no room service
- 2/5
Staff support was great. But my room had a very high pitched constant noise coming from the AC/heater unit which made it difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
This was an amazing stay. The rook and resort was amazing and perfect ! This was our first time there but it will not be our last we will definitely be back !
- 3/5
Strange you had refrigerator but no microwave in the rooms? Then you're charged $40 bucks per night for something you never used. There should be a better way to charge those that use the pool, fitness center, local calls and 2 bottles of water!!!! These items have never been charged for in any resorts and all hotels I've been too. I've been in classier places. This just didn't make sense.
- 5/5
Perfect, Thanks for a great stay!
- 5/5
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my experience was definitely the stunning view! The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to unwind while enjoying a beautiful view, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and scenery.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort, friendly, fast check-in
- 5/5
The staff at Eaglewood is amazing and very accommodating.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The front desk greeted me, all staff member are always sweet, great hospitality!! accommodated me right away when I requested to stay another night :) On the +side they have the largest patio seething a
- 3/5
Beautiful views of the golf course, quiet and in a nice part of town. Unfortunately, the resort is very dated an worn. Fair price but I will not return until renovation.
- 5/5
I stayed friday-sunday and I had to switch rooms on Saturday due to my tub filling up/backing up as I took a shower but they waived the entire resort fee so I'm still sticking to my word that everything was perfect, rooms were very clean and peaceful, it felt like home away from home and I'll definitely be returning ☺️
- 5/5
Always a relaxing getaway I've been here many times never had 1 issue . Pool and hot tub always clean. Rooms always clean helpful friendly staff. Always beautiful views. Had a few issues non serious issues this time. more just an inconvenience with both rooms with plumbing toilet had keep holding handle a couple times to flush and the tub trickled non stop and the other room tub wouldnt drain and backed up. but they made everything right with both rooms! I know they were swamped with multiple weddings and very very busy so i think just got behind a little with maintenance. Highly recommend a stay here
- 4/5
Only thing did not like was the view from the window. Looked out the window and saw the roof of the next building
- 5/5
I love the amenities!
- 5/5
Another great stay at Eaglewood. Damiano & Esam are always so welcoming at checkin. I love this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing at check out the young lady at 11;20AM on 10/19/25 was so helpful and knowledgeable of the information I injured about! Thank you Guest Service !!!
- 4/5
Shower would all of a sudden turn very hot
- 4/5
Room is spacious, overall clean but a makeup remove wipe was left in the bathroom. Rooms are not sound proof, I can clear hear people talking in the corridor and the room next to me. Service is good, staff are very nice. Water in the pool is clear but the bottom is dirty. Self made waffle in breakfast is the highlight.
- 4/5
The staff here was so friendly and accommodating!! We were not prepared for such a huge campus and found ourselves lost…often as did other guests we ran into. The rooms are fine - a little outdated and could use some updating - but fairly clean and functional! For a stay outside Chicago, we got what we paid for and would consider coming back depending on what we’re doing!
- 5/5
Great view and amenities
- 1/5
No water, the shower water didn’t work, I waited outside of the pool for 30minutes no one apologized or explained the lateness. The pool shower didn’t work the chlorophyll was itching my skin. Get to the room the shower wasn’t working. I used a bottle of water to clean my face and they charged me for it. The coffee shop was out of supplies.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and super efficient. The room was spacious and clean. My only real complaint is it is quite isolated from other sites in Chicago.
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, reasonably priced for an end of season stay.
- 1/5
Me and my fiancé were there just for one night because he took some time from his busy schedule to visit me from Georgia so that we can plan over wedding and that was the reason I booked this specific resort to see if that the perfect place to get over forever started but it was a disaster coz they first gave us room 1106 and it’s was too hot and the cooling system was not working. The maintenance guy did came and fixed it and then told us to wait for 2 hours to let the room get cold but even after waiting for 4 hours it was the same . Then they moved us to room 812 and the room was still not cold enough even at 60 degrees but we still managed because we didn’t want to be rude. In the morning when I took the shower the bathtub wouldn’t drain at all so I call the front desk again and they said they will send someone but no one showed up for half an hour and then when we went for the check out my fiancé explained the whole incident to the receptionist and he just politely asked them to please take care of this kind of situation because it was really bad experience with this resort. And the manager came and started arguing that if we have a problem then talk to me instead for the receptionist but we were just explaining the situation that’s all .. my fiancé was very polite and we didn’t even ask for refund or anything. He just said that they would kind take care of this kind of situation in the future and that’s all. And the manager was just very rude and started arguing
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
This was an amazing stay.
- 3/5
It was okay
- 5/5
Property was clean, quiet, and great place to stay.
- 5/5
Very clean the staff is wonderful.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a wedding.
- 5/5
I was just i looking for, golf course just a few steps of my room
- 5/5
Very friend
- 3/5
Great view. To long of a walk to the room. Entrance to the building had a very steep walkway, nearly fell
- 3/5
Guests have no control over room temperature. Thermostats set at 60°, but our room was always 77°. Hallways were stifling. Also, there should be more hooks or towel bars to hang towels. USB ports- some did not work at all.
- 3/5
It was items left from the previous people and it wasn't clean unacceptable
- 5/5
Front desk was great, room and bed were excellent and the breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Air conditioning unit in hotel room did not work properly the first night. In addition, the personal room fridge did not work properly until after 24 hours of use.
- 2/5
The customer service was not very good and the room are small and too dark
- 1/5
There were mold in the room 160 really strong
- 5/5
The eaglewood was a great place to relax while visiting friends and family in the area. I had the opportunity to visit the spa and meet many guests during meals at both of their restaurants. I would recommend booking ahead and inquire into availability for golf and spa.
- 5/5
Staff was kind, rooms were super clean!
- 5/5
Always a warm welcome from Damiano n the valet when I arrive! This is my favorite suburban Chicago place to stay for a multitude of reasons. Easy, free parking and balconies are a huge plus. Beautiful golf course. Tomorrow Im hoing to check out the pool n spa!
- 5/5
Spacious room with included balcony | Nice restaurant options | Friendly staff
- 5/5
Beautiful venue
- 5/5
Great location for a staycation
- 1/5
not even there. Left Illinois because of how awuful they were. Paid difecrt double the cost. Worth it. Expedia double check your places. I have never and I never want to again
- 5/5
I stay here often. Its my favorite suburban Chicago hotel. Always greeted by your friendly staff member Damiano. Quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
The resort exceeded my expectation's.
- 5/5
Very nice and rhe spa is top tier. Stanley best masseuse amd perla on the mails
- 5/5
The staff always tries their best to find a room for customers even when they are heavily booked. I have stayed in other hotels before and it is very difficult to get exceptional service like you would receive in Eaglewood resort. They are by far the best when it comes to accommodating even for one night stays.
- 5/5
Menu at restaurant was limited
- 3/5
I think the rooms are clean and the balconies are nice room 310 looks like a prison sale is also cement with no light and a patio that has so right to the left which is remotely decent compared to the other rooms. They were nice enough to move us to another room The hot tub was ridiculously filled with foam and the pool like to drab like it could use some treatment. When told to the manager, he asked me if I wanted to check out early. I found that ridiculous for being a resort and spa.
- 5/5
The room size, the bathroom shower pressure and the view.
- 4/5
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to go outside to a separate building for the pool, bowling, spa and billard. There should be a bridge or something connecting the buildings so you don't have to walk outside.
- 5/5
I had a great time. I loved the escort to my suite. My suite was lovely. I rested so well. I can’t wait to return.
- 5/5
Loved the location, room and services provided. The live music was a added bonus, bowling was nice price (15 mins-$30,30 mins-$30), close to mall and food options. Balcony was huge, elevator fast, quick access to highway (about 30-40 mins from downtown Chicago) and beautiful views. Will be staying again in future for such a great price and location.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Another fantastic stay at Eaglewood. Damiano is always so helpful and accommodating at checkin. This is my favorite place to stay in Suburban Chicago. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Ands it’s so quiet.
- 1/5
I didnt receive my 16$ vip voucher. I have stayed here 4 times and this one was bad. Dirty sheets. 2 light bulbs didn't work. It used to be a great hotel
- 4/5
The stay was very good. The family enjoyed their stay at the resort.
- 5/5
Love the swimming area the lady there is awesome
- 5/5
They are very flexible with check in and the manager is very understanding and kind. He goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very nice and reasonably priced hotel.
- 4/5
Noticed 3 tables were empty with dirty dishes sitting on them. No one came out. 5 minutes later we got up to leave and someone came outside. We said it is to late we have been sitting 15 minutes.
- 5/5
Perfect for a night layover from o’hare airport.
- 5/5
Nice location, room was huge with a balcony. Had a large workstation, 2 TVs and sofa. Very quiet location but a 5 minute drive from restaurants and shops
- 5/5
My favorite!
- 5/5
The staff was great coming back again
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Grear rooms with balconies. And great views
- 2/5
Pool was not clean neither was the hot tub
- 5/5
The property is beautiful. The room was beautiful but bed and pillows were much harder than I prefer. The bathroom could use some updating and sink was draining Very slowly
- 3/5
The room was nice but definitely showing some wear and tear. there was a distinctive musty smell throughout the room, and we had to sleep with the balcony door open to help alleviate. the venue overall was nice, beautiful views of the golf course, and the staff was kind. needs some upgrades overall.
- 5/5
Wonderful ❤️
- 5/5
The service feels thoughtful and intuitive—from quick, smooth arrival, to clean, quiet spaces, complimentary parking and a modest price that included some complimentary upgrades. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
- 4/5
Nice rooms golf course view
- 3/5
We wanted a quiet place to sleep and needed to leave early. Room was suitable with comfortable bed and bathroom. Did not have time to eat. On checkout an extra fee of $21.50 that is not advised in the online booking was deducted. When asked what it was for the check out person advised it was a fee for access to the "FREE" parking. They did not seem to realise how ironic that was. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel. A compulsory fee like this should be included in the room cost and not added later.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Very nice place . Comfortable setting
- 3/5
Na
- 5/5
I will certainly come back again.
- 5/5
It was really nice could use more food options and a dj on Saturday nights
- 2/5
The golf course is amazing. The rest of the property is dated. That is not the worst part. The pool was so cloudy I almost hit a couple while trying to swim wearing googles. I did one lap and got out of the pool and I felt like a biofilm all over myskin. The hot tub was disgusting. It had a dark foam. I didn't dare to jump in there.
- 3/5
Nothing above average, hidden cost of 20usd for resort fee
- 5/5
Beautiful property and easy access to the interstate
- 5/5
This was a great resort in Illinois! We only had to travel 38 minutes from Chicago and it definitely gave you resort feels. Great breakfast buffet, and the swimming pool Jacuzzi area was amazing. I am definitely coming back!
- 5/5
Managed to accommodate us with a few hours notice and the check in staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Nice spa
- 4/5
Great
- 3/5
Not user friendly, no towels for the pool, which closed at 9 but locked at 8:30. And had to walk across the parking lot to the pool center. Not accommodating for those traveling across country
- 4/5
The room was nice and good views.
- 5/5
The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
The pool was incredibly cloudy and dirty
- 5/5
Excellent place and service
- 4/5
The accommodation seems a bit old. However, it was clean, quiet, and nice. Above all, the staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
The price of breakfast is exaggerated. For three people, two adults and a 14-year-old, they charged us 119.45, including twice the resort fees.
- 2/5
Unfortunately this property looks better in photos than in person. The original room we were given had terrible A/C so while the thermostat said 60, it felt like 75 on a 95 degree day. Additionally, they was a roach that I had to kill in the bathroom. We were able to move into a different room but everything is old and outdated. The building also smells old.
- 4/5
We happened to be here for 4th of July, there was an amazing band and we enjoyed fireworks, from our balcony, from a near by club, that were amazing. The staff, is absolutely tops! Attentive, friendly, professional, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable. We enjoyed coffee from The Market each morning. My personal favorite, an iced lavender latte! We often enjoyed it from our balcony or there was always ample room in the beautiful foyer, or outside on a deck area. We enjoyed the pool, golf and bowling. All of our meals were excellent. Great choices and flavorful.
- 5/5
So good service
- 3/5
Biggest issues was with the rooms air which was absolutely terrible
- 4/5
Privacy and outdoor space
- 3/5
Hotel is a bit run down and hallways have a damp smell. Food garbage sat outside of a room for 3 days. A dirty washcloth from a previous guest was left in our bathroom and nightstand and desk were not clean. Only one restaurant was open for dinner. No room service. Long walk from lobby to rooms, and no info given on closer places to park. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and spa was very nice.
- 5/5
Always a wonderful stay! Everything here is first rate.
- 2/5
Staff was not friendly, I asked for bedding change as my sheets had stains on them, they simply brought the sheets to the room but did not change the bed, I had to do this myself. The only staff that was welcoming was the pool staff Arturo and Marilyn, best 2 people on the entire resort! Very disappointed, would never go here again…
- 5/5
1. Spacious, clean room, golf course view with balcony 2. Super friendly staffs. 3. Old style, but well maintained golf course. Wish we had more time to stay longer.
- 5/5
Very comfortable in all aspects.
- 2/5
This was not a “spa and resort”. It felt like any other basic hotel. The rooms were small, nothing special at all, children running thru the hallways at 11:30pm yelling. I have never been to a “spa” or “resort” that is anything like this. Very average, would not consider it a spa whatsoever.
- 5/5
The king room was so spacious! Very clean and an amazing view of the golf course.
- 5/5
Clean property
- 5/5
This place is beautiful. It's kind of a lodge style building. Very comfortable and great fitness facilities.
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
We were locked out of our room twice due to the key pad malfunctioning and had to wait for an extensive amount of time each time.
- 5/5
Check in was great! I love this resort. Im actually headed back tomorrow.
- 4/5
Great golf, great food, wonderful room with the golf view and very kind staff! ...Tub was rusted ...
- 5/5
Good clean resort
- 5/5
Really relaxing great time
- 5/5
Liked the idea that i can call the front desk if i wanted the daily service done during my stay
- 4/5
Everything was great. Beds were on the hard side.
