Really close to Lake Sammamish. Such a beautiful area. If you don’t mind a little longer drive, take the much prettier Sunset Drive route from SEA.

The restaurant was especially good - low key, not a huge menu but very good food and incredibly thoughtful service. We just ate there two nights and one lunch for simplicity and ease since it was so good.

Pretty solid hotel. Pool is nice and clean, kids had fun. I do wish that breakfast was complimentary, but it is nice to not have to pay for parking.

Nice, quite, well maintained property. We stayed only one night but enjoyed the pool and the restaurant/bar. We had a very nice dinner...Ceasar salad was crisp and fresh, the fish and chips were wonderful, sliders too! Staff was friendly and efficient. I'd stay here again and recommend to others.

A great hotel: the check in is easy, rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable!

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bar/restraunt made it perfect.! The staff was courteous and offered the amenities upon check in. There usually is hand lotion offered in the room but we had 2 giant bottles of hand soap attached to the wall. It was odd to find the towl rack with the clean towels mounted to the inside shower wall. So. If you closed the curtain it is in the shower with you. Customarily you find it mounted outside the shower/tub.

* One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite my objections went around the bed my wife was in and went to look out the window before leaving. Totally unacceptable stay.

Great place to stay after a long day of travel. They had 24 hr staff at the front desk to check us in at midnight. Complementary water bottles in the room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Delicious breakfast options, although a bit pricey. Overall a great pick.

The breakfast you pay for is the same as the one served at other properties for free. The shower water pressure is minimal. However, the pool was clean, the rooms were pretty quiet, and the property made the team feel safe!

Upon initial check in, the room I was given had a sugar ant infestation in the bathroom. I was immediately given a new room that did not have ants. The hotel was great other than the ants. Spacious out door area for a large group. The bar area was big enough for our group and we could play cards.

Quick stay for work. Got in late and just went to sleep. Comfortable room no complaints there. Next morning opened the window and noticed how dirty the room was. Not typical for this chain and may have been a fluke. Notified desk at check out and staff was very apologetic.

The best part was the bed was comfy. All in all, the location was great, it was clean enough and sleepable but not a great value for the cost of it. I asked for a room close to the pool. The positive, it was very close to the pool. The negative, it was next to the pool equipment room and the noise bled through the walls. The shower did not have very hot water and the sink had very little water-pressure. The hot tub in the pool area was warmer than the shower but it was hit or miss if the jets were going to operate. The room was clean. The bathtub grout at the base was discolored.

Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail.

The staff were very accommodating. I reserved to have a non connecting room and they were fast and friendly to fix it. The next room given to me had an issue with the thermostat. Employee took initiative to help check it and try to fix it. He then moved to another room. He thanked me for being a nice and easy person to work with. He was a nice guy and gave me another room that was a very nice one. The due diligence of staff promptly wanting to find a solution for my stay to be pleasant was commendable. Customer service was the high standard Hilton organization would be proud of at this location

Very clean, fairly new, and quiet. A little disappointed in the $16/person breakfast buffet. Expensive for what you get.

The friendliness of the staff is top notch. Christian was the guy working in the restaurant and his customer service was impeccable. I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary though. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Nice accommodations, though showing a little wear and tear in a couple spots. Fair rate (for a change) in Issaquah, a town we would stay in more often if the rates weren't nuts most of the time.

The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. It only went 2ninches down the side. Either someone ordered the wrong sized mattress or the wrong sized fired sheets. I was in room 441. Also the refrigerator makes quite a loud noise when trying to maintain temperature. It’s very distracting during a quiet night’s sleep. I stay there often and hope to see this improve.

We stayed here for 2 weeks visiting our daughter who lives in Issaquah and all our needs were met. The staff was wonderful and very helpful … we look forward to our future stay again in October !!! Thank you

Had a nice, quiet room. This thing of comforters on beds in summertime though is a bit overdone. Too hot and because the AC unit had a bad rattle, it was not possible to make the room cold enough to justify a comforter. I mean, it’s late dog days of summer. Why not just a light weight blanket?! Otherwise, nice hotel, well kept, good area for walking safely.

Room was very clean and right across the street from the training I was there for.

We needed a place to stay that allowed our dog for a couple of nights (while we were putting hardwoods in our home). The stay was super convenient and turnkey... nice property and great staff!

Less than 30 minutes to Seatac airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool not so clean so we decided not to use it but the restaurant was convenient and delicious and the breakfast buffet was great, as was the made to order breakfast!!

Friendly staff, clean room. The only downside, which I tolerated for the night, was a mini-fridge that was humming loudly. I would suggest replacing it (room 329). Other than that, everything was very pleasant about the property, room and staff.

The hotel is in close proximity to Marymoor Park, where concerts are held each summer. The staff is professional. The hotel has ample parking and it is in good shape. Those wishing to dine there, have options in the hotel and also in Issaquah.

We had been to seatle for a my son Cricket tournment for 3 days. And stay was very pleasanton.

This property is showing its age. There was paint chips or paint coming off in various places in the room. The bathtub shower did not drain properly due to a broken drain stopper. The blackout curtain mechanism to lower or raise the curtains have been ripped out of the wall and was just hanging there. It could still be operated. For the cost of the room per night, I would’ve expected less problems.

Restaurant and hot tub were great. The room had a great view of the courtyard and was very comfortable.

It was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Short drive to restaurants and stores.

I was sick and they were running cables through the hallway ceiling all day long.

We came into town to stay closer to the hospital for a procedure the next morning. All night long someone's car alarm would go off every hour. Nothing was done by the motel to stop it. Needless to say, i was not rested for my procedure. The motel personnel did not seem very concerned about and no compensation.

The two things that I would say is the they need to update their pillows? The other concern I have is if you have allergies to perfume smells or if you’re asthmatic, this is not the place to stay because it’s too perfume me. overall, the place is clean too much chemical or perfume smells

Stayed here when attending a memorial service. Breakfast was top notch. Had a nice bar where we were able to gather with friends. Hotel was within a couple of miles of restaurants.

Thought it was tacky the the bottled water was exclusevly for "club members" or $2 each. Also, the property cheaped out on the coffee pods. Go to costco and at least get Kirkland or SF Bay pods. Green Mountain is sub par at best. The pool was dissappointing. That isn't a swimming pool, it is a glorified kiddie pool. It is not big enough to actually swim in. A 2 to 4 lane lap pool would be more practical. Did not even entertain the food as breakfast was not included. I expected better for $181.00

Staff were nice, but parking was very limited and I had to drive much further than I prefer to walk through dark parking lots to get back. Breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey for the basic items offered.

The basics were covered. The hotel is getting older but they seem to be keeping it up. It was a work trip so I mostly just needed a clean room with bed and fridge, and it delivered.

Breakfast is extra ($16 pp) but I had it included in reservation for a lower amount. They opened every day late by 15-20min. (officially 6am weekdays, otherwise 7am). They operated as if they were a restaurant, but the breakfast room is still like the open buffet breakfast area when it was still free. They had limited (cheap) bread options and limited choice for drinks and not all always available. I stayed twice at this hotel and for some reason twice I experienced a fire alarm each time in the middle of night where all had to evacuate (no direction from staff or explanation). Fire dept. came 15min. later and slowly turned it off again so I assume this happens more often. We wanted to use the mini-fridge but the constant noise was too loud (it was attached to the cabinet causing lots of vibration). Asked about this and they said all rooms have this issue. We ended up turning it off completely.
