The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were serviced every day and exceeded my expectations.

Property advertised it had a restaurant and it does not. Also a bar which was not open because they lost their bartender. Also promised a late check out when I made the reservation but would not honor the 1pm request (waiting for medical procedure)

Breakfast was not great.

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was recently renovated. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We stayed for three nights while visiting family. The stay was quite enjoyable. The only negative thing was that they only make up the room every other day. I didn’t get a discount for the day they didn’t make up the room so I really wish they had mentioned it at check in so I could have requested it. Apparently, it was mentioned on a small card I was given at check in with the WiFi info. We did request new towels, though, so it worked out. Overall we were pleased with our choice of hotels.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I was second in line. They said they didn't have a room, then said they did but couldn't find it, then found one. They charged me full price for it when they were allegedly placing an incidental hold, even though the reservation was prepaid. They said it was because of a new computer system, but the lack of training and lack of communication was unacceptable. I went down the next morning to check on the charges because the night desk worker didn't know, and the morning person couldn't answer either and told me I needed to come back after the manager got out of a meeting. I would never stay here again, new computer system or not

The property was very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were the best that I have ever had at a hotel chain. Lots of options and variety changed everyday. Good quality of healthy items too!

Had breakfast on my last morning there. With the exception of "Turkey" sausage, it was good. Overall property was clean and inviting, the staff I interacted with were friendly. Parking was easy, and accessible.

Miss booked for the wrong week, via app and showed up a week early. Books on site still stayed, for the same days. Management was supper hard next to impossible to get too. Expedia was willing to refund but hotel never answered to issie a refund

The hotel was fine and people working there were very nice. The only issue we had was minor the sink in the bathroom didn't drain correctly. We asked twice for it to be repaired but still drained poorly.

Front staff encouraged us to go to the “bar” area. One male staff in there who was very rude to everyone how came in. He was super rude about making food. Then we he brought it out one at a time said it was worse than school lunch. He was right. My adult children ordered chicken strip/ fries and a chicken quesadilla. Quesadilla was microwaved so long it was scalding hot. Then when they went to their room he came running out and telling these other people that they left with out paying. I overheard and questioned what he said. He repeated it to me. I said you mean the two that paid for their meal and my $3 mini can of soda? He then remembered they paid. Front desk made a big deal about breakfast in the morning. It was garbage and not edible. Very disappointing.

My stay was the first time stay and I would love to come back there again definitely great service staff was amazing. The bartender was great very personable and can make a really mean drink. The rooms are very nice clean. Everything was top-notch. I will gladly come back and stay again

The hotel is located right next to the I-90 exit, just 30 steps from PCC, where you can get a good coffee in the morning and then go for a walk in the park. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the parking lot; it was very quiet, and we slept through breakfast. The room was clean, the girls at the reception were nice, and overall we really liked it.

We were almost immediately impressed by the cleanliness of both our room and the facility overall. Welcoming lobby, very kind-but-irritatingly slow clerk, nice room with pillow options. Easily above average breakfast in a bright and surprisingly spacious common area/evening bar area. Relatively convenient for us as a weekend of Issaquah Salmon Days, Snoqualmie Falls hike, and, fortunately for us as it turns out, Snoqualmie Casino. FIVE STARS for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Issaquah, Washington.

While the hotel was clean, the price was very expensive in comparison to the quality of this particular hotel. This was more Super 8 quality with a Marriott price tag. I wanted it to be nicer, however, it was not.

Stayed because it was close to the surgery center. Overall was “ok”. Disappointed we asked for 45 minutes extra (11:45) checkout due to having no where to go before the appointment and they said no. Weren’t nice about it. Also, to turn the water on in the shower, the valve was located under the shower head that had to be accessed through the flow of the shower as the entry was on the opposite side. Who doesn’t think of this????

My trip was great, but the room left a little to be desired. No soap tray, so the soap just lathers up the vanity top. Seems so little, but an irritant, nonetheless. Not really up to Marriot standards in my opinion. Every other day room cleaning, should mean every other day, but it didn't happen until day 3 and they took the old towels and didn't leave new, didn't make the beds, and basically did nothing in the way of cleaning. Sub-par, but the front desk staff was great and courteous, which was a plus.

The hotel is clean, quiet and has a nice breakfast available. It is also an easy walk to some shopping if you need anything.

I leave the following as feedback more than criticism. No one should be in trouble for this. Minor things that had a big impact for me just due to a long stressful day with a loved one in the hospital I had leading up to this. If you have mobility issues, be warned that depending on where your room is, you may need to do a LOT of walking. Check in clerk was unclear about elevator location. I was instructed to go to the end of a very long hallway and turn right to get to the elevator. As it turns out, the elevator is very close to the check in desk, so I had to back track all the way to the front of the building. Then once up the only elevator, go all the way down two long hallways again. My room happened to be at the very farthest end of these hallways (I was a very late check in) which would have been fine, but the clerk wrote a room number on my key that didn’t exist. So I had to back track to the front desk again to clear up that misunderstanding (sloppy penmanship made a 1 look like a 7). There is a fence around the property so you have to walk all the way around it to go across the street to the store. There was only decaf in my room which I’m pretty sure of a capital offense in Seattle, but mistakes happen. Again, partially a ‘me’ issue.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the rooms were mostly clean but the carpet had nasty stains and the bathroom floor was so dirty the floor towel was black on the bottom. It wasn’t the worst but for the price you’d expect a little better.

This property has been renovated, but it still feels like an older, very basic hotel. It doesn't match the quality expected from a Marriott affiliated hotel. After seeing the room, we decided to find another hotel and didn't stay.

I walked it and found it beautiful. Loved how large it is.

The Fairfield is dark which may be the reason the staff is unfriendly and laconic. The bathroom floor was dirty. There is a very nice outdoor area that is park like. Great for those with a dog. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a mt biking weekend to be near all the trails in Issaquah/North Bend. Couldn't have picked a better spot! Near a grocery store (you could walk to it), quiet, safe, clean. We'll come back!

I checked in just fine. When I went to my room, unlocked the door, but when I went to close the door, the deadbolt remained open, making it so I couldn’t close the door. I went back to the front desk, told them the door wouldn’t close, wanted another room because I was traveling a single woman and my room is now wide open, and they wouldn’t get me another room. You had to jiggle the inside handle to get the deadbolt to go back in the door - apparently I was the stupid one for not knowing that. Then I went to shower late at night, and I had no hot water. Stay anywhere else.

Heater/air not working, very cold. Had to call maintainance. Did't know how to fix.

Rooms were pretty clean. The only thing I would improve on is to have stronger water pressure for your showers. Maybe you can’t control that, but the water pressure was pretty weak. And dinner food at your restaurant could be better.

The Fairfield offers amazing convenience in being located outside the congestion of the Seattle metro concentration. The property is immediately accessible from I-90. This is a fresh iteration of another hotel brand. Rooms are simply furnished, but sparkly clean, functional, and comfortable. There is a spartan modern vibe here. Breakfast and bar were a little understaffed.

The hotel was fine overall for use and cleanliness. The bathroom was awkward in that there was no place to hang towels or set out personal hygiene items, other than a tiny rickety shelf to the side of the bathroom sink. It would be helpful to have a larger, more sturdy shelf unit in the bathroom to have easy access to hygiene items, rather than having to trek to and from the bathroom to the room for each item, one at a time. The grounds were nice, we enjoyed the courtyard area.

It was nestled in a quant corner lot with tons of pine trees.

Our room smelled so strongly of smoke, i called about it, and also stopped by the front desk and although I was told that there would be someone there to check it out - no one came. It smelled like an actual campfire/electrical fire. I couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong. Finally at 2 a.m. I opened the windows and that helped a bit.

Had experienced multiple weather delays and was in travel status from 9:00 am through arrival at hotel at 2:45 am. Hotel desk clerk was training security person. I mentioned that we were absolutely exhausted, thinking desk clerk would take over and get us a room key immediately. I was very disappointed that I had to watch security go through 10 minutes of training to get room key.

Would have appreciated some sort of hand cream/body lotion in the bathroom (there was none). The room phone had some gross pink sticky stuff on it (but you would only know that if you try to use it). I wiped it down myself.

We will not be back and we have been repeat clients. Bartender was the worst we have ever encountered. Review your security tapes from Friday night between 6:30-7. He needs help, he’s sick, 3 people in bar and he would not serve because he was ‘cooking’. Could not get a beer from cooler within reach of his hands while he walked back and forth in the kitchen. Cannot imagine him being able to tend any bar we’ve ever been in. We continually had problems having our room serviced over 4 days, could not get towels refreshed despite repeated attempts at communication. Room stunk of dog. Not surprised occupancy is down, very sad because some staff is stellar and there is so much potential but competition will win here.

The hotel was great, front desk friendly and helpful. Problems: 1) we have trouble walking, hence requested (and got) first floor room. But when I asked if we should bring bags in through front door or park at the the end door, I was told to enter through front door. Our room was at the far end, next to the end door, meaning a long walk with bags 2) keys did not work up until check out, meaning at checkout we had two long walks around to load our car (which had been moved to end door). 3) Despite do not disturb sign placed, housekeeping knocked to clean room. Otherwise, great stay, great accommodation.

Nice outside grassy area for kids to be able to run around, and visually enjoying nature. Our room on front side of building was quiet despite being adjacent to nearby highway offramp.

The fan in the room was intolerably loud. Like deafening. When we called the front desk about it, they were pretty unhelpful and short. Said there was nothing they could do about it and you can’t turn it off. So we shoved a chair and pillows up against it to try to eak out some sleep. Won’t ever be staying there again.

Quiet area. Marriot staff was bit rude when we asked for late checkout. This was usually not a problem with Hilton brands.

This propert is very nice. However, there was a large group of children also staying there who played lacrosse all day and into the night. They hit the window of our room multiple times to the extent we feared they would break it. We informed the property, but it us not clear that they did anything about it. The parents of the lacrosse playing children were sitting at tables watching them but did nothing to control their children. Multiple families were involved and perhaps 40 children were playing.

Family event in town. The hotel is nice, but very understaffed. They ended up being booked solid and had a group of sports team kids running around day and night. When we called to have the running down the halls at night stopped, nothing could be done, because of being understaffed. Parents were over served in the bar and were intoxicated in public areas. So no help. Disappointing. Then the poor breakfast staff of one could not keep up with refilling or maintaining the breakfast area. Each morning and night was like this. The staff was very nice, just not supported for the job load. The other hotels in the area are equally as nice and better managed.

I stayed for one night after seeing a show in Seattle. Hotel is 20-35 minutes from downtown, which was perfect for me. I wanted out of the city to beat the traffic in the morning. Staff was friendly and room/bed was comfortable. I had read the breakfast was good, but left before it opened, so I cant comment on that. I would stay there again.

The location is good and convenient

Nice property, clean, friendly, quiet, however, bathroom is small and there are plug ins by the mirror outside the bathroom so someone could get ready outside the bathroom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00am on Saturday and Sunday. It would have been nice to start at 6:00 or 6:30 to accommodate people that have to be up and out early. Overall, nice hotel.

This has one of the best workout facilities that i have seen in a hotel! I love that they had wipes, towels, waterbottle filler and even headphones!!

While this property is new and has things like a great courtyard for furry family members and also a nice water bottle station, there are other drawbacks. The wifi is very difficult to access with a laptop (probably because of device protections and the pop up browser). Also, there is no way to turn on and enter the shower without dowsing yourself with freezing water first. But by far the biggest issue is this property shouldn’t take third party bookings if they don’t want those clients, just take direct bookings if you’re going to treat these guests as 2nd class.

What we didn’t like was learning that they charged a pet fee of $50. There was no mention of that on their site.

There is not much lighting in room so I can imagine even housekeeping can miss spots cleaning on the floor. The bathrooms are smaller than I expected and feels congested. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall - I wouldn't recommend spending that many dollars for this very old property

The building exterior is older, so we were not expecting much. But the hotel has clearly been recently renovated and updated. The room and lobby area were spotless and comfortable (if somewhat sterile looking). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Hello! I’m never disappointed at a Marriott and this one is awesome as always! There is a marketplace store directly across the street. That’s amazing if you someone who’s into organic and healthy food! No need to order out because of this place! It’s also very safe and very quiet And wealth. I know you’ll enjoy your stay as much as I did!

The property is very basic; not what I was expecting from Marriott . I may be a little biased about my visit, as the lounge was closed during my stay, which I had planned to enjoy.

Bathroom counter space minimal .. Only 1 chair in room.. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Sausages delicious.. no bran muffins. Minimal lighting in room and bathrooms. Used two different rooms. Only 1 bench area for 1 suitcase.. do not have collapsing suitcase stands… couples woukd have 2 suitcases., therefore 1 bag on floor. Staff very approachable and helpful!

This was a great area. Close to I90, but quiet. Easy access to shopping of all kinds. The hotel was clean and well kept. However, the heating system was hard to figure out. The fan kept coming on which made the room cold most of the time.

Microwave cabinet shelf too high making someone getting burned trying to remove items. Worst set up I have ever seen and lawsuit ready to happen. Motel needs remodeling. Had good boys which was a plus.

Friendly staff, nice room, loved the well lit bath- very unusual for hotel rooms! Not the usual free breakfast of scrambled eggs and overcooked sausage- they had croissant sandwiches and quiche.

The staff was my first indication that this was going to be a good stay. They were kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast spread was better than other comparable hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable. Bath towels were large as was the shower. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future.

So LOUD! Was there a change I wasn’t aware of where they chose to hold elementary school throughout the hallways of this property? Better patrolling is in order. Otherwise nice, clean property.

We selected this hotel last minute as we weren’t sure where our travels would put us on the road for bedtime. It was a great pick. The room was very clean, and we had space to keep teenagers from bickering. We pretty much all just crashed into bed as it was late. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I’ve seen, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was on time and ready for our early departure.

We only stayed for maybe 8 hours overnight, but it was wonderful! They’re dog friendly with plenty of open outdoor space for them to walk/go potty. The lobby and room were very clean, the bed was comfy, room was spacious, the area felt safe, and there’s quite a bit of parking available. Also, there’s a few walkable places nearby and plenty of places (gas, food, places to walk) a short drive away.

Fantastic room and property!

Also, when I had to add a night one week before we got there, I called and was put on hold twice for over 11 minutes. I had to end up rebooking my fourth night at a different hotel.
