Thank you for the lovely stay. Your hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. I liked being close to the center, near restaurants and shops and walking distance to the port as well as the castle, but at the same time, a bit removed from the most touristy areas. The room was spacious and appointed with the right amount of storage; the bed was very firm and comfortable and my garden-facing room was quiet had a pretty view. The fluffy towels, robe and slippers were a nice touch. Everyone on the front desk team was extremely professional and friendly and they provided me with great advice. The crew at breakfast was very kind and accommodating, opening a few minutes early for me twice when I had to catch an early ferry. I only wished that the bar was open during my stay as it is so pretty out in the back terrace area. Grazie mille! Nothing to note.

Beautiful property. Nice, big, clean and comfortable room. All located within walking distance of everything in Ischia Porto. Outside garden area not yet set up for the season. We were a week early.

The staff is truly amazing. I don’t think I have ever been to a place with a better staff. They helped me make my partner’s birthday special and I’m truly grateful

A very nice stylish hotel, very large rooms, very well located making it easy to get around the island. They also serve a very nice breakfast. Although the staff is very nice and tries to be helpful they are not professionally trained. We had a problem with hot water and instead of simply changing our room (they had availability, as they allowed us to shower in another room) they wanted a plumber to fix it at midnight. They fixed it in the morning which enabled us to have a nice stay despite the stress of the previous night.

We have stayed at this beautiful elegant hotel on three yearly visits. The staff is exceptional.. They are so professional but full of fun and helpful. The location in the center of tow.n there are no cars and is filled with stores and restaurants. It's a five mi ute stroll to the beaches.. Absolutely perfect in all ways

Quaint boutique hotel. Staff was kind. We never ran into another guest while we stayed. Breakfast was very nice and the outdoor eating area was lovely. Close walk to Argonnese Castle.

High standard boutique hotel. Large comfortable room, clean and bright. Wonderful breakfast and centrally located. No swimming pool.

The accommodation was stunning, just perfect. And the staff were so helpful and practical. I made a mistake with my booking, entirely my fault but the staff seamlessly sorted this for us, I'm sure it took effort in the background but we didn't notice any issues from our end. It's a luxury hotel with a really wam and homely feel and that is thanks to the caring staff. The breakfast was delicious and a great range.

The location was great, staff was great, breakfast was very good. We booked three rooms - two were newer and had strong AC, the third did not have strong AC and was a problem since it was so hot. The wifi was very bad and we were never able to connect even though they gave us a few networks to try. I brought my dog and they were great about having pets, which was so nice. The staff was very nice and professional and very accommodating. I live in the residences at the Four Seasons so I have high standards and expected (based on the price) that this would be a high quality hotel. Instead, it was just disguised as a high-end hotel. With a closer look, it was not. Even the new deluxe rooms were decorated very cheaply with inexpensive posters, cheap decorative items, and strange concrete tables. There was no swimming pool, which I knew when booking, but still odd for this type of property, and so they had hot tubs on the patios, which we never used. The staff was very nice and professional and very accommodating, but they can't change the fact that they have bad wifi and bad air conditioning in certain rooms. I considered moving my niece into my room where the air conditioning did work, but they said since I booked through booking.com I might not be able to get a refund for the third room.

- Great location, both close to the port and to the small town by the sea with lots of shopping and restaurant options (for a small town) - Room was super spacious and the bathroom was huge with two sinks which made our stay very comfortable - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ramona, Bernardo and Mario helped us with our endless requests and questions from booking restaurants to renting a car and even a boat! They made our stay very special and we’re grateful to all of them. The breakfast spread could be improved. This is a very small point for me because I prefer to have breakfast in a pasticceria when I’m in Italy, and there’s a great pasticceria right next to the hotel.

Very Clean & stylish. Lovely high ceilings Recently refurbished. In a nice area of town. The club /bar downstairs that played thumping music till 1am on a Sunday night. Wouldn’t mind if we had been told . Just make sure before booking you check if there is DJ if you’re not up for partying.

Loved this hotel, so beautiful, common areas and gardens are gorgeous, with amazing breakfast in the garden pavilion. Staff were splendid both on reception and at breakfast. I loved my stay here so much, I would gladly stay here again but in a room facing the garden. I got a much larger room than booked, i booked a garden room for quietness, and to be able to open windows at night, as i don't like aircon. The staff kindnerss was appreciated but aircon didn't really cope with such a huge room, so it was very stuffy, and I couldn't really sleep with open windows, as it faced into the street, and as a result, it was too loud till early hours and through the night, even with earplugs.

The staff is really friendly and helpfull, the breakfast is marvellous... fresh fruits, delicious cakes and tastefull soft bread (a rarity on mainland Italy). The room was spotless and well equipped. Be aware that the shower is see-through. We were very happy with our decision to stay here and will come back when possible.
