    The housekeeping staff were incredibly unprofessional. Front desk staff was yelling at a man checking out. I walked up on a man trying to enter my room, claiming to be staff checking on housekeeping. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.

    The room was nice and had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I waited for the shuttle for an hour and called the hotel and found out you needed to call to be picked up and eventually got there in another hour. Nowhere was it mentioned that you needed to do that. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The staff were hard working and helpful. The price was excellent value for money. It was walking distance from good eating and shopping options. The breakfast was okay too. The corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. The aircon, fridge and bathroom fan were all incredibly noisy.

    Rooms are small, beds have spring mattress. I stayed for 3 nights and there was no room cleaning dueing my stay which was a disappointment. Room also didnt had any microwave or smal fridge. It was very basic. They also dont provide sufficient toiletries. Hotel serves breakfast, its basic but worth the price of rooms. In breakfast, thry had banana, 2 types of breads which can be tosted, muffins, pancakes and coffee/tea. It had onsite parking and there are plenty of space. Hotel also provides airport shuttle.

    Room was very clean and very adequate. Fastest hot water in shower I have ever seen. :) Bed was great. AC great. Breakfast great for the price. Three staff people I interacted with were all excellent--professional, helpful, friendly.

    You get what you pay for. This isn’t some fancy hotel but it did the job. My flight was delayed until the next day so I stayed here. The room was super warm when I walked in thank god as it was -10 outside. Staff extreme friendly. Overall clean and organized. Free breakfast in the morning felt super communal and everyone was polite and nice. 10 min drive from the airport so it wasn’t a long drive. Thanks so much for having me!

    Shopping mall not to far away. Noise from road ways is tolerable but can make light sleepers wake up. Street lights make the property safer but can make it difficult to get to sleep, thankfully they have blackouts curtains.

    I was really surprised about the quality of the service there .Clean rooms, everything working like charm, breakfast was good and extra plus in the front desk was Arthur he was amazing , total dedicated to customers. Arthur put the name of the Hotel and the company in the top. After years of traveling. Different hotels in different countries we only wish that every one have somebody like him.

    Received text to expedite check in but when I arrived, was informed had not had a chance to review it. Seemed like front desk agent was on a personal call instead of reviewing info beforehand. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. No shuttle service after 9pm. I had called to verify and when I arrived to be picked up was informed driver no longer in service. Certainly not booking this hotel in the future.

    Room was clean however window was open when I arrived. It had a screen. Curtains are useless for they’re so thin and the bright lights of the parking lot lit the room up like it’s daylight. No dark curtains. Bed was hard but the worst part was the noise from the street.

    The staff were so amazing and helpful. I stayed here for the connivence of being able to walk to the globe life stadium and it’s only a 12-15 min walk… but the bed was more comfortable then many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. I was alone and I was safe walking alone, the area is clean and I am so glad I stayed because I saved hundreds of dollars staying here than others hotels that also need transportation to get around in.

    When I left for my room, it turned out the whole property smelled to marijuana. When I got into the room, it also smelled, the furniture was worn and torn. Since I felt so uncomfortable I contacted hotels.com and they relocated me to another hotel. It was the worst hotel experience ever but the best one when it came to hotels.com customer service.

    Waiting in line to check in and the front desk phones kept ringing. The only check in guy at the front desk kept answering the phone when it rang every 30 seconds and he kept talking to everyone who called, mostly people asking if rooms available and about the shuttle. No rooms were available and it was too late for the shuttle- so he was dealing with everyone complaining. Meanwhile a long line is forming to check in. He should not have to answer the phone- people checking in should come first. But, he was very polite-professional, and considerate. Room was ok after I was able to get in after going back down to the desk 3 times to get the door key to work. And the 3rd floor smelled of bad cat pee. It was a clean bed to crash in for 5 hours.

    It's an airport area hotel, at a busy interstate crossroads; There are better and worse in the area. On the plus side, plenty of food and a Wal-Mart within easy walking distance, and pretty quiet. The room was quite nice, the price was good for the area. Down side, heavy and tricky traffic patterns, some sketchy types hanging about the entrance and lobby occasionally, indifferent staff. That said, I never felt nervous walking in the area even at night. If you have kids, you can do better. If it's just you overnight or for a few days, it's fine, a bit better than average.

    This property is very out dated and low quality all around. Must have been 20 year old sheets/bedding with a 70s thin spring mattress. Big screen TVs (~48") though and a very patient and helpful staff. I transferred to a motel across the street for my 2nd night and liked it much better overall.

    The room was booked because of the free airport shuttle. The shuttle was not running and I had to pay $49 to get an Uber ride at 11pm. I would recommend to keep the shuttle running later during times of bad weather whereas DFW is backed up and flights are being cancelled. This way people can still get to your rooms without a huge expense.

    Only booked for the free shuttle. My flight was delayed until late and their shuttle didn’t run that late. Paid $50 for an Uber. TV didn’t work, dirty bathroom, someone’s shoes were in the room, gross room. “Breakfast” was a granola bar. Did not get a good sleep at all. Very disappointed.

    I looked up pet friendly and this is where it took me. They didn’t offer me my senior discount didn’t say anything about pets when I walked in. They charged me $102 for one night! Then the next morning someone called and said because I didn’t pay a pet deposit I owed them another $100. If you pay pet deposit in advance it is $20 but no one offered to tell me this. I was willing to pay the $20 but she wouldn’t have that at all she wanted $100. In conclusion they kept my pre authorization of $50. This place sucked I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The lobby was also full at least 12 people in the middle of this pandemic!

    Service was alright. The hotel needs to be updated especially the bathrooms. The bath tub in my room had an unsightly patch. The carpeting was pulling away from the walls, and the overstuffed chair needed a cleaning. The bed was comfortable and clean. So were the towels. I had to move the coffee maker as there wasn’t access to a plug where they had it placed.
