This property will honor your reservations, consecutively, without leaving your room. I went down at 9:00a.m. paid on my second reservation with no problems using Expedia.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell was incredibly strong, like febreez over cigarettes - just leave the cigarette smell, it would’ve been better. There were two tiny towels for the shower, the bed sheets were stained and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed was like a pull out bed, minus the couch. Got itchy just standing in the room, immediately went to check out and cancel the stay. 100% do not recommend.

First of all the mattress has probably been in that hotel since 1976, I could feel the bed springs it was so broke down the pillows were only about 3 in thick at best and they're remodel job was a joke the tub was rusted out on the side crumbling walls I think they picked the very worst room they had to give to me and to make matters worse there was homeless people hanging out outside the place I called about the ones camped out right in front of my room and I was told that those were people who had checked out that morning I felt very unsafe the people finally left after someone came down and talked to them you could see daylight around the doors because there's no weather stripping!

Clean room. Decent bed. Large room, very spacious. Booking.com billed me and motel6 billed me. I'm going to call them both tomorrow. My time calling both of them to resolve will probably be about the $75. ie the cost of the room.

Horrible and rude staffer: The female employee named Nila, or a similar sounding name, yelled at me, threatened to call police and asked me to leave, just because I was using a shortcut back door to get to lobby to get my six luggage items to main lobby, the access to this door had snow but access to main door had even more snow and black ice, and the path was three times longer. I have video footage of ice coverage and locations. Over here I can only attach still pics, so in first pic is the path to door right accrosd my room that employee said I couldn't use, the second pic with red arrows shows the much longer path also covered in snow that the employee wanted me to take and was extremely rude about it. When confronted that the employee could not force me to take a more hazardous path, and when asked for management, the employee refused to provide me contact of any owner or manager. Actually it was hotel's obligation to clear these pathways. I emailed the property with these details and no response. Please email for more details, The management should train this employee for professional and polite behavior or some other necessary action.

I didn't like it. The hotel is very old, the structure is already quite worn by time, I found a cockroach in the bathtub. The air conditioning needs maintenance.

I was stuck at DFW. I just needed somewhere to crash and they had available rooms. Booking rating was 7+, but I don't see how. The guy at the front desk was nice enough. Room was shoddy and there were cockroaches. Everything was outdated and dilapidated. What else do you want to know? It was a bad motel 6.

It was tolerable. I had 2 different rooms and the bed in each one had dips(sink holes) on each side. The pillows are extremly flat and small. I asked for more and never recived them. The ftont desk staff was kind. I reported an issue with my first room and they immediately offered to switch my room. The linen and towrls could be cleaned 100 % better!!!

It’s close to everything and the lady at the front desk is always nice and it’s quiet

The kitchenette was not equipped with any dishes, pots, pans, or utensils. I had to buy everything there, and I wish I had known beforehand. The mattress was horrible, and we could feel the springs in the center of the bed. Did not sleep well at all and experienced back pain. Will not stay there again.

It was quiet for being a busy area. Good if you are on a budget. Would suggest newer pillows and mattresses, but it was good for the value.

Decided to stay an extra night. The front desk wanted me to trade rooms because I had double beds and they wanted it to rent out to families. The new room wasn't as nice as my first room

Kitchenette with no cups,glasses,plates. No shampoo offered. I have never stayed somewhere that did not have complementary shampoo , body wash. A toilet plunger was laying on the ground by the pool. Some rooms were being occupied by people living there. Holes in curtain that light was coming through

The room was dated with minimal furniture and decorations. The door had some holes in it that had tape over to prevent people from looking in from the outside. The bed was ok and the towels were clean. The floor had a good 6 inches of slope between the door and bed but didn’t bother me, I got there late and woke up early to catch a flight.

Was advised today after 30 some odd days here that the way they work their system prevents long-term residents from qualifying for the occupancy tax refund provided by Texas law for long-term hotel guests. I have to give them kudos for finding a way around the system but as a long-term hotel guest, I felt cheated.

I really like this location but beware, they manipulate the paperwork so that even long-term guests are "ineligible" for the hotel occupancy tax refund that normally comes after a 30-day stay.

We entered the room and I knew immediately that I couldn’t stay in the room. We left our card and went and found another hotel. I guess I should have recognized by the price of the room what I was getting into. Never again will I make that mistake!

I am originally from Maryland and had NO IDEA HOW INSANELY HOT a room with NO A/C in TEXAS really can get in the middle of July!!! I have never experienced this intense HEAT INDOORS much less in a hotel. Now to give the hotel and owner, the benefit of the doubt, they did mention their A/C was not properly working. I thought it would be no big deal, I can not tell you what a terrible and mean thing it is to allow people to pay for a room and have them sleep IN THIS INSANE HEAT. This should have seriously been illegal. If there was no A/C they should close the hotel until they have proper A/C for TEXAS. This heat is a different type of heat. Today it was 102 degrees. Definitely not okay and completely immoral.

Be very careful which motel 6 you pick in the metroplex, some are terrible including the one on Forest Lane. Some are fantastic, including this one and the one in Farmers Branch. You can't trust the ratings (except this one) and you can't trust the cost to tell you anything about the motel 6 but you can trust this recommendation

The room smelt so bad of cleaner it was making my eye water. I asked the front desk and was told I could open the door and air the room out! I checked in about 11pm I was not going to leave the door open at 11 pm! I ended up leaving around 3 am. I could take it anymore. I went up the street to a different hotel. What a waste of time and money!

The air went out and was out for hrs for no reason. After messing with it i finally fixed it myself. The chairs were badly stained and looked as if they came from a dumpster. Smh

The smell of purple fabulouso was so strong on my first night I washed my floors to try to get it out with my towels. I could taste it. I walked to Meijer and bought swifter wipes and Lysol wipes because the towels I used were so brown I was grossed out. I could still smelll it on day three. Use a less pungent cleaner it’s toooo strong.

Kudos to the gentleman working the front desk the afternoon of 6/22/23. I mistakenly made our 1-night reservation for 6/23 - 1 day later than intended. He got us a room for that night and then canceled our erroneous reservation so we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then, after reporting back that our room reeked of pot, he apologized and immediately put us in another room that worked out just fine. Thanks to his efforts, we ended up having a positive stay.

The check in was good, room looked really cleaned , the only downside was the bed as soon as we sat on the bed it completely went down, we noticed the support rails under the mattress were all broken off and that’s why the bed would fall and it felt unsafe

The room were not as pictured. I had to kills some pest while I was there. There was a hole in the ceiling from a leak. I was forced to move due to original check in attendant not reading reservation correctly and harassed for their mistake. Not worth the stay. Pets were uncomfortable as well. The furniture had stains on it.

I chose a smoking room because I smoke cigarettes. After checking in I parked, got out and saw some sketchy looking guys scattered about outside their rooms. I smelled weed everywhere. Walked into my room and smelled weed. Bed cover had cigarette burns. Bathroom celing was covered in black mold and I mean covered. Most disgusting motel room I have ever seen in my 51 years. I did not feel safe. Asked for a refund and found a hotel down the road.

The property is well lighted. The grounds are immaculate well manicured. The room was freshly cleaned when I arrived.

I always stay at this motel when I go visit my grandparents, but this time it was nasty. The room they put me in had mold on the ceiling above the shower, the sheets was disgusting.

The place looks like it was recently remodeled, so it’s pretty nice the only thing is that the door in my room seemed to not be leveled and there was a cold breeze coming in, and there was a lot of noice from the rooms above us and next to us. Other than that it was nice place to stay very clean and good for a night or two.

There was a lot of noise going on (slamming doors in the middle of the night) Found a wad of blonde hair in the bathroom by the trash can, like someone cleaned their hairbrush out. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean and not bad though

Why does non smoking room has ashtray and smells like at least 5 people were smoking in one room? I should have paid more to stay in the better motel. And the area it self didn’t feel safe at all.

I had a emergency and called several times to see if I could get my money back and they told me to call back the next day and then told me it was to late get my money back. The manager is not sympathetic on personal things that come up in life. I will not stay there anymore

Room was pretty clean except the tub had some dust/dirt that we had to clean with a hotel towel before using. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and the water shot straight out drenching you and the countertop in the process.

Bed sheets were not the best shape, cigarette mark on duvet, clean but previous stains still visible. Towels also are a bit worn out.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that it seemed like someone was pushing on the door the entire night and looking from inside out it didn’t look like the door was closed fully

This motel is dirty. The staff/management does not care. Typically, the brand "Motel 6" has standards but his property apparently does not follow the standards and Motel 6 is not monitoring. Probably will not stay at any more Motel 6 properties since the brand cannot be counted on to maintain standards. Very disappointed.

When we first arrived to the room we were greeted by a big Cockroach scarred my girls. The room is big and beds comfortable the beds blanket looked dirty but i always carry my own. Location was good food and shopping center close by the freeway also. But over all the stay was ok

My car was almost hit, saw a person get out of a truck then gun shots, did not sleep well

I was so disgusted with this response but was not offered an alternate room or refund to go elsewhere. I was stuck with a room that I could not comfortably sleep in because everything was stained or improperly cleaned. To add insult to injury, I spotted multiple roaches throughout the room and there was a large unknown bug crawling all over the ceiling the entire night. The housekeeping personnel at this property are seriously lacking. I don’t expect much from an airport Motel 6, but this was downright awful.

For a motel that is right up against a very busy highway, the room was quiet. It was clean comfortable and cheap. I was stuck overnight in Dallas after my flight was cancelled and was looking for any room I could get. I was expecting the worst after a tough travel day and was pleasantly surprised.

It was a ran down and dirty facility without amenities. The personnel was rude and unhelpful. The price was too high for the room and hotel accommodations!!

Cleanliness was just ok. Would've been nice to have some toiletries.

Nice staff, beds were super hard, the property could use some upgrades.
