Elevator wasn't working. Breakfast was terrible. The pool was permanately closed. The tub would flood as soon as you turned on the shower. Overall the experience was awful.

In that room I killed no less than seven roaches. I thought that it was no use trying to get another room because they were all probably just as infested (even though hopefully I am wrong on that) I complained twice to see if they cared and would try to make amends. The best I got was " That is the first time we are getting that complain...". I told her I was not lying and they could check as the dead ones were there. My only solution now is to never go back to that hotel....See pics with four of the exhibits (now dead)

The location was extremely convenient right off the highway, which made getting around very easy. There was plenty of parking, and overall we had a comfortable stay. Our rooms were clean upon arrival. I didn’t realize beforehand that the property was set up more like apartment-style units than a traditional hotel, so finding our rooms was a little confusing at first. Thankfully we were on the first floor, because hauling luggage and kids up stairs would have been difficult. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and the TVs occasionally had issues. While the rooms appeared clean overall, some of the renovation work seemed unfinished or rushed in places — including messy paint lines, missing caulking, and one toilet seat that was missing hardware and had to be handled carefully to keep it in place. Breakfast is not included.

Found this hotel very last minute and glad we did! It was perfect for the 4 of us especially with the kitchen! Breakfast was really good as well. Can’t wait to stay again for our yearly Dallas trip!

get ready to WALK a lot to and from your room... parking is far from most rooms and NO elevators??? sooo its stairs to the 3rd floor?? If you have a lot of luggage or just heavy , get ready to lift it by yourself up many steps EVERYWHERE... I was on the 1st floor and still had 2 huge steps. shady parking area too, not safe.

While the facade is lovely, the photos at the time of booking convey a very different impression from the reality inside. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and lacked smiles, and the buffet was quite limited. The room itself felt neglected: there was a bad odor, the carpet felt dirty, and the air conditioning unit was dusty. The pillows were old and very uncomfortable. I also noticed some insects in the room, which may have been due to the window screens being lifted and in poor condition. Furthermore, I went two days without bath soap, despite having requested it from the staff. It is a pity, as the property has a lot of potential based on its beautiful exterior

Location and everything around it It definitely needs updating. The breakfast was really good better than a lot of hotels I have stayed at. The service front desk service was good.

I've stayed at this location before (one year ago) and had no issues. During this recent visit the decline was very surprising. I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. After waiting several minutes - no one came so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was also the person that was supposed to fix the elevator. I can only guess the place us under different management leading to the decline. I would not recommend

Good location but won’t stay again. To get into the first floor in the back the door was open. Someone stuffed a tissue so it wouldn’t close. I the card reader didn’t work so door is always open. Not safe. Also I was on the 3rd floor and elevator didn’t work. Go up the stairs was horrible. A few steps loose. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Shredded pork was nasty and only 1 waffle maker so had to wait for that. I also tried calling the front desk about the elevator in the evening and got no answer. The property looks like it’s falling apart. Won’t stay here again. Happy it was only one night.

The elevator was out of service for two days, forcing stair use the entire stay.The building is outdated, smells like mold and cigarettes, and there were earwig bugs in the bathroom coming from a hole in the wall. We were also only given one set of towels

The room was bigger than what I expected. The breakfast was really good, just lacked in having no orange juice. I will keep this hotel in mind next time I'm in Dallas. No orange juice for the breakfast during breakfast.

The breakfast menu was quite limited and the food quality could have been better. Overall, the hotel wasn’t the best, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it does the job. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.

When we made the stretch to make it to our room we saw that there were no sheets for the fold out bed. Please make sure that the suites with fills out couches have sheets for them so your guests don’t have to make the journey back to the front desk.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the first room we checked in, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk attendant moved us to another room, but that room wasn’t clean. She finally moved us to another room, after midnight and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. I won’t be staying again.

Homewood suites was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and fully equipped. We were there for a job interview. I appreciated the breakfast and coffee each morning. The one negative was having to carry our luggage down and up again multiple flights of stairs.

Michael texted to see how we were doing but he did not call to discuss the problems that we were experiencing.

I did not realize the facility had no elevator. The place is not equipped for elderly with walking issues. Could not enter building E and thought the key was not working only to learn the door is not working should have put a note. The room itself was nice overall.

Elevator was out and not repaired before I left. Also was bitten by something in my bed on Friday night, bedbugs? Still very itchy and sensitive. Might have to go to urgent care.

Breakfast was fine location is a plus .. staff was helpful and nice.. they did go above and messaged asking how the stay was we told them about the tub draining slow and it was fixed promptly and sheets changed quickly I felt it wasn't worth the price for the area.. we had a king suite and it felt very dirty.. the floor against the walls had a good amount of debris and dust from other stays. The pull out couch looked dirty and had a broken spot that the wood was messed up so we didn't even have our kids sleep on it. things in the room were broken or very poorly fixed and rigged and painted over.. we didn't sleep under the sheets because the bed felt dirty and very uncomfortable.. the tub was clogged and the toilet flushed very slow... ( Tub got fixed) There was lots of huge dead roaches outside the doors that sat for days.. there was a BIG gap under our door and you could see the hallway so we stuffed clothes under to make sure roaches wouldn't come in...For the price I felt it was not a good experience at all .. I never complain but It was like i was staying in a cheap apartment complex that was converted to a motel and poorly updated.. im sorry but i would it recommend this place

We went to a Dallas Cowboy game! The hotel was about 20 minutes away from the stadium. Very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included feature was a plus. The room was perfect and met all of our needs!

Very clean and organized. Everything was amazing. We had some difficulty finding the suite, so I would recommend providing clearer directions inside the buildings.

This place has alot of potential the moment i walked in to the hallways it smells like mold. Also when i walked in to the room the chair was torn and the legs were chewed from a dog im guessing. And the carpet was also torn. The shower and tub were flaking from them being painted.

The room’s a/c unit didn't cool down to the set temp for our entire stay. There was an issue with the elevator which caused me to fall resulting in a slight injury to my ankle; as I stepped and it didnt go all the way down to the floor.

Loved everything. Staff was A 1 except for your property Manager. I stayed for 5 day would have loved to stay longer with but she wouldn’t give me a deal on staying longer. Rude about it and it’s August 20th and I still haven’t seen my deposit. Property management

It was okay. The concept is really cool. I liked that it felt like our own apartment with the added plus of house keeping, pool, and complimentary breakfast. However, I allowed my kids to run around the room witjout shoes and their feet were black after playing in the closet area. It just didnt *feel* clean. The staff was very friendly, however we couldnt get the front desk on the phone two nights in a row because the receptionist was outside on their personal device. Breakfast couldnt keep up with the demand but what we could get was good. It wasnt terrible. It was just "okay"

The location is good with respect to my office location. The office staff was very good as I checked in quite late and I needed milk for my child which they don't have inside the kitchen but the lady went all together to a store and buy us milk I wish you paid for it. This place has a lot of stairs. If you have too much luggage you will be carrying them all with you. The breakfast menu is okay they don't have vegetarian and vegan options, the menu is fixed for 7 days a week. The dishwasher was horrible and it did not work and created double work for us to wash the dishes again. The trash poly bags are very worst they can't even handle one pound of weight. In short I was not satisfied with the services as compared to the per day rate I paid for this property.

The room itself was great! I was actually a little nervous about that, as the check-in lobby had that dank hotel scent..... I was pleasantly surprised with the room...given the datedness of the lobby and entry way to elevators. One of the accent chair was visibly worn and tattered. It was in the direct line of sight upon entering. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Several long an short hairs on the wall and tub. Wall next to the commode should be cleaner as well.... my mind did wander to what the "tan streak" on the wall next to the commode was. Other than that....the bed was clean and comfy, as was the lounge and kitchen area.

Terrible. Fire hazards, lady at front was rude, cleaning lady tried grabbing my baby out of my hands during breakfast, ashes in the window sills of “non smoking” rooms, hardly any cleaning done even when we were gone all day.

Great location in Las Colinas a surprisingly pleasant little area near Dallas. The lakes and canals are nice. I liked the property. The rooms are definitely aging, but clean, comfortable and functional.

We had a hugeeee issue with an ant infestation in our suite. The staff was very nice with helping to get a refund but overall the stay was very stressful with the ants crawling on everything in the room from the walls to the beds, counters, night stands.

Absolutely great value for price. It felt like we had our own apartment. Wish the sofa, which was also a bed, was more comfortable when trying to relax. This by far had an amazing buffet breakfast which was included. I will definitely come back

Hotel was clean and cozy, smelled clean. Restroom ceiling seemed to have some water damage and possibly some spots of mold but nothing crazy. Carpet was clean as I walk around barefoot. The pool was dirty but the kids still wanted to use it. :/ Breakfast was hearty and had a good variety to choose from. I enjoyed the option of the little store they had to buy snacks for the kids and wine for me. :)

Our room was on a second floor, in a building behind another, which meant carrying all of our stuff from the parking lot, back to the building, and up two flights of stairs. One of our party is on oxygen, and clearly this was not going to work. Had I known the situation, I would never have booked with this property. This was s surprisingly nice hotel. I tool a chance on this hotel. We have our usual place but this time wanted something a little nicer. Oh man so nice. Like a little apartment. And the breakfast was nice. Cold rainy day but they had firplace going with breakfast which made it nice. Great stay.

This place is a dump. Toilet seat held on by one bolt, tub/shower was clogged and filled up rapidly during my shower. You can hear every step the upstairs person takes. Avoid at ALL cost.

This property was terrible…never again we were there for Christmas 6 different families and we all had some type of issues…this is and was the last for us! Never again! I will be also filing a claim because the light fixture over the toilet fell down and hit me and the ceiling started leaking where the light fixture was.So now you have water dripping on you while on the toilet. Called the front desk and no one ever came!!! Don’t go to this property don’t care if it’s your last option stay in your car if that’s the case!!

The bathroom was dirty and the common area didn't smell very good. The furniture was dingy and beat up. I had prepaid for the three night stay which was a mistake on my part. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I certainly won't be staying there again.

Mice droppings on couch, human fluids on walls. Just ew! I was out at the crack of dawn.

Shower would not drain. I tried to clear the clog, no success. Gross wading ankle deep in my own soap and dirty water after trying to get clean. Bathtub overflow plate has huge amount of white caulking on the top half - I have never seen caulk used in this application, it's not even smoothed out to be noticable, and it looked so out-of-place, sketchy, and cheap. The room clock was off by plus 30 minutes; I have no explanation.The metal on the bottom of the exterior entry door at the stairwell gets stuck into the concrete when the door opens and is gouging a hole in the ground. I nearly had a heart attack with the sound and sudden stop, almost ran into the door the first time and thought I had broken it. A guest at the lobby breakfast was snapped at by staff for making repeated requests for whip cream at the waffle station "we're working on it!!" No I'm sorry it is taking so long, no I'll bring it right to you... I expected a lot more class overall from a hotel under the Hilton umbrella. Beautiful neighborhood however.

Even after Expedia did everything they could to screw up the reservation the staff here was more than accommodating and helped fix expedias mess. Would love to stay here again!

Check In was not great

The first room we were placed in had a bad smell so we asked to be moved. The staff was very accomodating, so thank you. The problem is that it seems like the whole property is in terrible need or renovation. Both units were just 'beat up' and it seemed like there had at one time been a flood maybe on the ground floor. All the doors seemed like they had been in water at the bottom. The kitchen cabinets were just beat up. The property is just not in good shape. It needs so many repairs. Then we discovered, almost on our last day, that one of the windows was not secured. It would not close all the way so it could be locked and we were on the ground floor. Not a safe situation. Just a bad experience all around

Normaly our stay at this hotel is really good, besides the beds. Their "Queen" feels more like a full size bed. This time we got the King and although it was bigger, it was not more comfortable. The pillows feel flat. So bring more than one pillow if you likr haven pillows. This time the room wasnt as clean as always. Their were dirty Q tips behind the tv stand on a board on the wall. The restroom still had hair on the floor and one of the night stand plug in had a ringing nose the whole stay. We ask several times for towls and they were always out, so we had to wait. The best part was breakfast. Again, I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times, and will be back. This time things were not good. But we will be back to give it one more try.

Expedia would not provide me with a receipt for the hotel expense and so I am having trouble getting reimbursed at work. I will not be using Expedia again.

The room was more than we wanted, so cute, modern, with everything we needed. Breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel, wide variety with lots of protein choice.

Very nice spacious rooms! Only draw backs was the walk from car to room had alot of stairs and was a good distance from parking lot. Also breakfast needs improvement.

Our stay was great, room was clean nice environment.The only complaint we had was there was a water bug crawling across our bed..you may wanna take care of that issue

This was fine for a one night stay but the property is in dire need of updates and could stand to be cleaner.

Quiet area in walking distance to restaurants and entertainment- the Toyota Music Factory an easy 1 mile walk which can take you past the mandalay canal. Above average hot breakfast. Some repair was needed in our room but did not affect our stay.

Quiet clean area near the Mandalay Canal and mustangs of Las Colinas. Restaurants are within walking distance but no shopping. Good breakfast with a taco option.

Probably the time of the year, but it was quiet and had a very nice area to walk after breakfast:)

We liked the space and the kitchen option. A full roll of paper towels or a back up with out needing to ask would have been helpful we did not request one. We loved the location, the efficiency of the staff and the breakfast options were wonderful.

Great size. Friendly staff. Love the happy hour and breakfast. Bathroom is dated. Missing sheets for pullout bed. Missing remote control for tv. Toilet kept flushing all night.

Run down for a Hilton

The rooms are great and huge. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that my shower had a couple of hairs in it and there was smeared toothpaste on the counter. It was clear it had been wiped but not good enough to get it off so I was a little iffy about the general cleanliness after that.

The front desk attendant, Christen McQuitter, was kind enough to send me a suit I mistakenly left behind in the closet. I'd like to thank her so much for doing this.

Loved the Suite for my Hubby and boys! Shower was great and the room was clean and comfortable!!!
