    The quick time from calling for a shuttle and the actual pick up is ... GREAT especially when your dead on your feet. The breakfast is superb as I've never seen the eggs in a Euro style in the buffet! The front seat staff is great and accommodating. NA

    The room I stayed was good quality for the price. No complaints about the coffee. There is a musty odor that permeates the public areas, starting from the front desk up to the stairways, and walkways, especially on the 4th floor. I started feeling better when I entered my room, but once I go outside of that, everywhere else reeks of mustiness.

    It was a clean place to stay and at a convenient location. The sounds at the hotel drove me crazy. The toilet made a loud whistling sound when flushed. The air conditioning had a high pitched sound and rattled. You had to leave the fan on to get the room to cool off so there was no peace from the sound. The worst part was the bed. I swear I woke up with ribs out of place. It literally hurt to breathe trying to move after sleeping on the bed. Staff was nice but their cards would randomly stop working and they’d say it was because it wasn’t the original card or it was with electronics (we had to get it replaced when it stopped working - and they were not with electronics.)

    Nothing The first room that I got wasn't even done, I got a key walked up to my room and bed is not even done everything is just thrown out on the floor go back to front desk and the employee didn't even know what to do so I asked her for another room gives me a key I go to the next room and then the door is open. I go back downstairs to tell them about it and she tells me that the door doesn't work to make sure that I don't close it without any body been in the room because they don't have a way to get in then my wife goes to take a shower and cuts her foot with the unfinish tile floor. I asked for a manager and just like always never a manager when you need one. I never got a call back from anyone. Worse hotel ever

    That they charged my card $97.80 day of arrival then wanted me to also pay the total hotel bill of $204.96. When I called before arrival they said pay the difference but when I checked in they took the difference out 2 x which I was not told about equaling $107.12 x 2, which is more than the total amount of 2 days stay. I just feel it is deceptive doesn’t matter if they are only authorizations until check out. I have used booking.com for years and never had any one charge more than what was agreed with n booking.com site. And I had plenty of credit on n my card so that is no issue.

    It was clean and the bathrooms were nice and the staff was nice. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we expected a heated indoor pool and it infact was not was ice cold, staff stated heater was broke after having to ask instead of it being stated anywhere, plus they over charge for the incident fee on top of the booking fee.

    The location The mold... The entire facility smelled of mold from the front desk to our room. I have mold allergies and had to leave just after checking in and seeing the room. Could not stay and with the 30 minutes spent in the hotel I had symptoms for days afterwards. Management needs to find all water leaks and have mold remediation completed.

    This was supposed to a non smoking hotel. Room smelled like cigars and weed. Every time I walked in my room and several time during the day and night. Room was needs several upgrades it’s old. When I checked in the desk person charged my card and then said it was declined so I had to use a different card. Had to wait to get to a refund for the first charge. Got charged twice again the next day for two sodas. The manager was cool but the two of desk people need more training. Also the guy working Friday night needs some hygiene training it’s tough trying to check in when you smell like deodorant has never been your friend.

    Everything about these accommodations was terrible! I travel a lot and I have stayed in plenty of countries inn but never one as bad as this one! The rooms were old and outdated it had a smell to it as while. There was a roach in the bathroom and I was too shocked to take a picture! I just killed it. I didn't even sleep.     My kids got stuck at DFW airport during this last ice storm. I live 2 hours away and wasn’t able to leave my driveway to pick them up. Their flight was coming in at 10pm and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to make it to the hotel. I called and spoke with Daniel, who was awesome! He assured us that their shuttle would get them there and I was concerned about late check out, as I wasn’t sure how fast it would thaw out here. He let them have a late check out and took care of them. The hotel is a little old but they felt safe there and well taken care of. It’s not a 5 star hotel but there were no bugs or other concerning things. Thanks Daniel!

    Horrible breakfast quality. Molded bagels. Service was rude asked for pillow for kids that were sleeping on sofa bed and said they were out of pillows. Hotel key card stopped working twice during our stay. No sign or option to not have housekeeping service. Said they were out of shampoo and conditioner as well. Front desk was frustrated for every questions we had. Pool should not be open. The entire hotel should be shutdown by the condition of the pool room alone! Molded chairs, doors completely rusted, broken door handles, old dirty towels in pool towel hamper. Zero ventilation

    This hotel has definitely seen alot of travelers. Several things had been broken but they were nice enough to fix it with duct tape. Breakfast is very small and generic. Coffee was always cold. It was ok for a couple nights for a funeral, but if i was staying 2 weeks on a vacation this wouldn't be the place. Sorry.

    The hotel clearly advertises that it provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. That is the only reason I booked this hotel, but it did not provide the shuttle in either direction. The shuttle driver was “unavailable” both times a ride was needed. The hotel name even mentions the airport. FALSE ADVERTISING! I had to pay for my own transportation. Either provide a free shuttle or take that amenity off of the hotel description. Travelocity should just take it off regardless. When you’re dealing with a cancelled flight, the last thing needed is dealing with a hotel that does not provide the service it advertises. Shameful.

    The airport shuttle is always on time, as a matter of fact, he gets there before to assure arrival at airport is on time. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining or cold, he is there to pick you up. He’s very nice and always helps place bags in the vehicle.

    I loved the 12pm check out. Really helped since we were there for a basketball tournament. I loved the 10:30 breakfast and the different options. Everything was good fresh and hot. Overall 4.5 i would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

    Very much a motel not a hotel. The pull out bed was not usable as the mattress went through the frame and landed on the floor. The room was old and in massive need of updating. The bathroom was very basic and the shower wall dirty. I would not recommend or stay here again.

    This place was dirty and sketchy. I called to talk to someone about possibly setting up shuttle service and the phone just kept ringing off so I called her 800 number. I got through to someone and told him I was trying to contact the front desk so he said he’ll text me the number for the front desk. I said OK thank you. I never got that text so I called the original number back that I was calling before then someone answers the phone hello. HELLO??? What kind of business answers the phone with just hello. So I said hello they said yes. I said is this a hotel they said yes I am like OK. They tell me they don’t have a shuttle service so I said fine and got an uber. Then when I showed up to check in, they asked me what time I would like my shuttle service for the next day. He handed me my key and I said OK we’re room number 403. He says yes. I said OK so where is it upstairs? downstairs? around the corner what? How do you just hand someone a key and then that’s it? Am I just used to a different type of customer service where they usually say OK this is your room number. It’ll be down the hall and up the elevator on this level. I thought that was pretty standard knowledge in the customer experience service business. We get into the room and it’s pretty dingy. My son used the bathroom and says there’s blood on the mat in the shower. I was so creeped out by it that I put our chairs in front of the doors in there.

Also wanted to bring food back up to our room as we have a baby and toddler and there were signs everywhere saying to stay downstairs.     The man at the front desk was very rude. There was also a woman who answered the phone who was rude. Overall the customer service was terrible. Next time I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. They offer a shuttle service but it’s shared with another hotel. If you’re flying out of Terminal A, be prepared for a 45 minute trip before getting to the terminal.

    Very old, outdated and dirty. Desk chair covered in children’s stickers, multiple non functioning lights, multiple water stains and cracks and half patch jobs on the ceiling. Not dusted regularly. Even for a one night stay it’s a gamble.

    Room keys never stayed programmed. The staff is so used to it they don’t even verify your room number. Anyone could probably walk up with a key and give them a random room number. Dirty, unkept property. Never made beds. Place needs some maintenance and a remodel. Wouldn’t recommend ever.
