First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could be a really nice property...but boy is it lacking today!

The staff were awesome. We were a bit unimpressed with the breakfast offerings. My husband is in a wheelchair, the accessible room was very disappointing. There was not a walk in/roll in shower. The bed was practically sitting on the floor and the mattress was awful. We both woke up with a backache every morning.

The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I would likely not stay here again.

The refrigerator in 309 is loud and does not cool much and there is a compressor issue I think

Very clean, super comfy bed and pillows. Love the suites! Only thing was the pool was not open, very disappointing and was one of the main reason we chose.

This is a very nice property in a good location. We were there for 4 nights. We had requested a room away from elevators and ice machine but they put us in the room closest to both. Alesha was very helpful and moved us to a much better room on the 4th floor. However we were supposed to get housekeeping refresh after 2 days but never got any housekeeping in our room although we were promised 2 days in a row that they would come. The breakfast was from 6:00 - 9:00 but when we went down at 8:30 there was almost no food left. On our last morning we had to haul our luggage down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out of order. Although we liked the property we will not return.

The breakfast was really good. The mattress and pillows were excellent. I paid ahead of time on hotels.com - I was under the impression it was all paid for. My disappoint came when the front desk said there was a $75 pet fee to be paid upon arrival. I’ve never had to pay that much for my little 10 lb dog. I won’t stay there again because of that.

It was so outdated and needs to be redone. The glass in the cabinet doors were about to fall out. The carpet looked disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain. The staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating. the lady that mopped the floors helped me find my room and help with the luggage cart.

The room smelled like animals was in there and have bugs. I also had a room near main road and it was a lot of noise.

Upon arrival, they made me sign a paper stating that I had to pay for the dog???? It wasn't mentioned anywhere that there was a charge for pets!!! When I protested, they told me that the third party, meaning you, hadn't updated the website!!!! This is pure and simple theft!!!

Not to be nitpicking but there were some construction workers staying at the hotel and they would track in mud which would be vacuumed up in the hallways but not staircases. I stayed for 8 days and stairs were vacuumed once. Another issue was the cleanliness of the utensils and the stovetop. The gym was open 24 hours which was amazing but the temperature was preset and way too warm. I was sweating like crazy just doing non intense workouts. The breakfast was top notch. Avoid first floor as the bugs are clearly visible on the white tiles

Staff was unable to check in until 30 minutes after 4:00 after I requested a non-guaranteed check in for 3:00. It’s understandable to not guarantee early check in, but it’s weird if staff ignores and does not prioritize the single waiting guest. Location was convenient, staff were excellent. Room was clean and well organized. No issues at all with room as far as function. Could use a little touch up but nothing that affected the stay. Cabinets and paint could use repair. Cabinet door under sink was loose and falling when opened to access trash. Paint was chipped and worn in bathrooms on shelves. Would have been nice for breakfast to extend past 9am but Dunkin’ was across the street so we utilized that.

Perfect spot for a quick couple’s getaway! Conveniently close to the zoo. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was just right for the weekend — loved having separate living and sleeping areas. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was a great size. Would definitely stay again.

The location and overall the staff was friendly. The mold in the bathroom (bath tub and yes I have photos), the tub was backed up. The toilet seat wasn't cleaned and we had to do a lot of re-cleaning ourselves. The wifi (free) was terrible! The most important issue was that my boyfriend went to the hotel and didn't have his physical card. The hotel told him to call booking.com to handle the situation. Tried calling booking or contacting booking and it was a nightmare trying to get a real person to handle our concern. We ended up paying for the SAME nights with my debit card. WE are out of 807! I want my money back or someone to contact me. I do have all the information needed.

Instead of them getting help, we were directed to call the technician to fix the tv internet. The pool was DIRTY with green all around the inside and the water was so murky you couldn’t see to the bottom. The water burned our eyes. Overall, this was a lackluster experience to say the least.

Orange juice, apple juice, hot coffee, cold brew, hot tea, hot chocolate. Everything is delicious. Pool was cloudy and you couldn't see your toes in 3 feet shallow end. Seemed ok since none of us had ill effects. Electrical outlets in bedside table didn't work but used wall outlet. Overall very good experience. We would stay there again.

We have stayed in this location several times staying in Columbia. The staff was very friendly the room could have been cleaned better there was sewage smell there was water left in our dish washer.

Front desk manager was not very customer friendly when checking in and when we ask for additional supplies. However, a person cleaning the halls got what we needed.

I ended up with bed nug bites all over my right arm. I thought it was misquote bites bit the doctor said it wasn't. The bites started showing up early Monday which is about the time eesearch said they would. The bites are very itchy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Property was good condition. No covered parking area to unload when raining. We left a computer charger in the room and after numerous calls were told it could not be found? Staff never offered to really go check room carefully. The 10 foot cord could not have "walked off"

When I checked in with my daughter I asked for a 2nd or 3rd floor room since we were not with my husband they did not try to accommodate. After we went to bed I had to use the bathroom when I came back out there were bugs crawling on the bed. It was so late that I work my daughter up and we slept on the sofa not pulled out. The shower had only one setting and when I went to by something at the market place they couldn’t make change

Only 2 complaints, if you will, are the tv was small and positioned in a place where it hurts your neck to watch from bed at night and also, we we're woken up by a call at 7:37am from the front desk asking if we drove a Nissan something or other. It wouldn't have bothered us if we hadn't checked in so late being on this road trip. Still a nice place to stay. Just a little bad luck, I guess.

Location A $70 pet fee, non-refundable, not disclosed prior to booking, for one well behaved 6 pound Yorkie, for one night. Outrageous! The lighting was brutally blinding bright. Our room was in the front of the hotel and the the fire trucks and ambulance siren woke us up several times during the night. We requested a room change and it was problem at all to move to back of hotel where you only heard the ambulance sirens. Breakfast was good not great. Service was very good and friendly.

She told me the charge might be taken off in 3 to 5 days. That is crazy! They should go into your room when you check out to make sure everything is fine. The cleaning lady could break something and charge the guest. We will not be staying at anymore Residence Inn!

The Residence Inn was exactly what I hoped for- big enough (suite), clean, and all the amenities I wanted. Because the inn was so excellent, I could just focus on the enjoyment of the occasion I was celebrating. Thank you for providing such excellence!

Breakfast ended too early so i never got to have any.

The property was clean and looked newer. The staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

Was a nice property, staff seemed nice and polite. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast, past reviews gave high marks and that’s one of the main reasons I chose this location. They put out the exact same options every morning, and they were not even good options. I will not stay here on my next trip to the area.

The property was better than i expected, i was really taken aback as i came into the lobby! I had a studio room and as soon as i walked into the room i felt right at home. I will be returning!!!!!

Exceeded expectations

Perfect stay for family trip for High school graduation . Traveled all the way from Philadelphia PA and this property was 5 star across the board . Beds were comfortable and the daily breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced at any Hotel

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect location. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best inclusive breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel.

Staff was great, property was well kept. Unfortunately there was a white crusty area on the sofa in the room we had to clean upon check in. Other than that it was great.

Typical Residence Inn property. Same layout in room as others. Clean. Easy check in. Nice staff.

Very friendly staff

The kitchen had a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, etc. There was a dinner table for two. Also it has office desk and proper chair. A bed sofa. Nice tv set. Although WiFi was announced and you can connect, it wasn’t functioning.

Our stay has been great. The room was clean and was as expected. We needed to add a day and were able to do so easily without having to move rooms.
