Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, lots of stains were present. 4. No refund received when we complained to the staff about it saying that only the manager can process the refunds. 5. No response when calling them

I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was to my satisfaction. The one thing I did not like was due to the location. There were a handful of loud emergency service driving by. I turned up the fan to lessen the noise. Also, some low rent guest was sitting in his truck around midnight blasting his music... if one can call it that. I guess that is not the property's fault. I hope they charge such people for inconveniencing other responsible guest.

Very close to the airport, just ten minutes drive after picking up the rental car. Free parking on site. Just a slight cleaning smell to one of our rooms but not enough to detract from our stay.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Not like the listing AT ALL!!!! we did not feel safe staying here, stains all over the sheets, chunks of dust on the bathroom door frame. Everything was disgustingly dirty. When spoke to front desk we were promised a 3 nights refund but the hotel only followed through with a two night refund and pocketed the other two night. I do not recommend staying here even if it’s your last resort…. reviews are far from true

Downsides were that the parking lot was consistently littered with garbage, and our hotel room floor was always dirty. I couldn't walk barefoot without my feet ending up smudged with dirt. Decent budget hotel with very nice staff and ample parking. Good for someone just looking for a place to stay on a trip.

Clean convenient I arrived a little early and the receptionist said she would be right back to let me know if I could have a room. She never came back. After 15 minutes I left. I had lunch and returned to check in. She never acknowledged or apologized for not coming back

Parking was easy, but it is very loud at night, facing Imperial Highway... Room was very comfortable and clean. Iron included in the room, which was nice.

The location is great and very accessible. The check in personnel requested for $50 cash for the check in deposit however we were not able to get it back on our check out since we checked out early in the morning. That was mentioned during check in that we will check out early morning

The young guy at the front desk was very rude while taking a shower the water was overflowing

Rooms are large, clean, and bed is very comfortable. The remote for my TV didn’t work. it turned the TV on but none of the buttons worked beyond that. Also, NONE of the four bathroom outlets worked. I pressed the reset buttons but they were all dead. In order to use my hair dryer I had to plug into an outlet in the room that was not near the mirror. Very inconvenient. There is also no full length mirror in the room.

Location-wise was very convenient for concert goers (sofi stadium, intuit dome, kia forum). just needed a place to sleep for the night and check in/check out was quick. just don't pre-pay online, wait to pay in person so you don't get double charged.

The staff was very nice. I accidentally left a bag and they were very easy to communicate with and getting it back. I live pretty far so I was already home by the time I realized I left it so I had to drive three hours back and it was such a quick exchange. A couple things I didn’t like about this property was that the beds only had three pillows so it was very uncomfortable. The pillows were really flat. I called and asked for some extra ones. They said that they would bring it never did the smoke free hotel but I got back in my room smell like weed and I don’t smoke weed. I preferred to stay upstairs. She had told me it’s sold out understandable but the people above us were walking around banging their feet at like three in the morning so it was very annoying a car alarm went off every morning at the same time. housekeeping was nice. They came and checked up on. Asked me if we didn’t need anything.

We came to this hotel after a horrible experience at another. before we checked in we told the gentleman at the desk that our previous hotel had cockroaches and he was nice enough to give us the keys to the room to let us look at it to make sure we wanted to stay there. No complaints the room was clean.

it was ok. i have stayed here 3 different times and i plan on staying again in april ,last 2 times i stayed there i reserved 2 different stays at once , loved the room i got the first night . requested that same room for the next stay and they put it in to the computer , i also mentioned what time i should be expected to arrive because i was going to be flying in late . when i arrive that room wasn't available. i was a bit up set because that room is tucked into a corner and u cant hear much of the noise from the street . the room that was given to me was right n the street . it sucked u could hear all the traffic and parking lot noise even people walking on the street talking . oh well . price is good for the room . food places are near by aswell .

Everything was good ! Room was updated. Bed was good. The pillows were the only bad part of the bed. They need to work on changing those out. The second thing was it was raining before check out and we woke up to a leaking ceiling. It didn’t bother us much because it was in an area that didn’t damage anything but still it needs to be addressed.

-Get to our ADA room, and from first glance , all is fine -Go in the restroom, and there’s literally about 5-6 long black hairs all over the towels. Disgusting. -Shower was clean, but the whole reason we booked an ADA room is bc I need a roll in shower due to disability, & the shower head that was specifically lower so it could reach me didn’t work. -The bedding smelled like bleach so strongly it gave me a headache -In the morning around 9:45 (checkout is 11AM) we get a knock in our door and it’s a worker asking us what time we plan to leave. Confused, my husband said in about an hour (so 10:45). He asked if we could just leave now so they could clean the room. What? We said no bc we still had people who had to shower. He asked if we’d be willling to pack up our stuff and go to another room to finish getting We said no bc we were in the middle of getting ready already. -At checkout, I asked for my deposit back & he asked if I “really wanted it back” What? Yes, I do. -Oh and as we were packing out car to leave, the cleaning guy tried to come in. While we were still in the room with door open actively packing. -Horrible experience

Security is inadequate to be kind, as doors from open public parking to room hallways are broken. Office and staff claimed none of the vast amount of cameras on property were “recording” type only “Live”. If you believe that nonsense.

I’ve stayed here twice, first time the room was better. Room 205 door doesn’t close properly, the tv in the room turns off every hour even though no sleep timer is on. States non-smoking room but room smelled like cigarettes.

I feel a bit duped by the positive reviews. While the room was spacious and renovated, it was not very clean. The walls were dirty, there was a cigarette burn in the comforter, and there was hair in the shower drain. The neighborhood is not the greatest and it's very noisy between the cars whizzing by on the street outside and sirens.

In the room where we stayed (111) there was rat scratching the wall on the other side, I was afraid that at some point it was going to fall on us! The staff was nice and willing to change us to another room but we had already settled in and we had one more night that we decided to stay in the same room!!

Just a short drive from LAX , easy to find. Room was very big and clean. The air con was pretty noisy but we were so tired it didn't cause us much issues. We drove to a nearby Walmart, took about ten mins.check in was easy and the man at desk very polite and helpful.

Reviews definitely lied. It’s not that bad but you can tell room was not cleaned well. Even spots on curtain, sheets, bathroom. Disappointed excepted better room and odor smells like marijuana. That is frustrating to deal with.

The hotel was very dirty. Walls were dirty with splattered stuff all over them. Holes in the wall horrible smells. Someone was also def smoking in the non smoking rooms. I know it was at a cheaper price s I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but I was afraid to even get in the bed worried about bugs etc.

Had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like cigarette, and the toilet handle was broken. The new room had food in the fridge that smelled real bad. Shower was good, bed was comfortable, pillows were flat though.

First the add is misleading because it calls this a hotel when in reality it’s a motel and a low quality motel. Secondly the restroom has mold everywhere the bedsheets are dirty the walls are dirty the room has strong smell of weed.

The Trend staff was very helpful and attentive. The location was perfect and close to the SoFi stadium. It was a great stay for us to go see the Beyonce concert that week in LA. Also very easy to get to from LAX.

The name of this hotel is misleading - Trend Hotel, you think of a bit of glam. I should have expected what we were met with when I saw the price. It's a motel converted into a hotel. It was a little shocking when we arrived, but check-in was fine and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. However, there were no hooks to hang towels up on and not enough seats or tables in the room. There was no water dispenser except for the hot water and instant coffee dispenser in the little office. You have to go outside to get tea or coffee, which is kind of scary at night in this area. No breakfast and the coffee cups they use are low quality, caps kept falling off and the liquids kept spilling everywhere. The motel is by a road but thankfully the room was relatively well sealed that the road noise didn't bother us. Thankfully the shower was hot and strong, the beds comfy and clean, and the wifi strong enough for us to do work on.

Access food available around the area. Owner was polite and service was quick and efficient.

The stay was comfortable and service was great. Easy check-in/ check-out time.

Roaches, no heat , TV in & out, bad attitude from the overnight boy.He threat to kick me out for asking for towels & toiletries.

Very easy parking! Fast check in/check out. Rooms were clean with housekeeping stopping by everyday to restock towels!

Renovated, but the floors were a bit dirty, there is a leak in the shower, plus the window screen was broken. Extremely loud at night since we're on a busy street.

The staff was friendly and respectful. The surrounding area was quiet. The only problem was that the room wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived, there was leftover food in the mini fridge. Other than that it was fine.

Things were a little more run down than expected and we were unsure how clean the room actually was. Sandals were needed to enter and use the shower.

Friendly staff. Parking in front next to unit. Surrounding area is not bad. Many hotel chains nearby.

Everything was good overall, nice staff and clean building. Although the desk attendant was kind of rude to me upon check in which I did not like. Was asking me about visitors indicating non overnight which I really feel is none of their business. Also proceeded to try and get me to pay a 50 dollar “cleaning fee” after Expedia told me I paid for everything, including in the bio. Between feeling like my mom checked me in and the extra fee trying to be swindled out of me I’m not sure if I’ll come back despite really liking the place. I’d rather pay a little more somewhere else and not be bombarded with regulations.

We found what I’m 97% sure was blood on the door frame.

I did not receive any service during my 4 days stay. There was a cleaning lady who gave me a set of towels and that’s it for the whole service, not cleaning or anything. I had to take my trash out and set the door. The overall experience is a lot worse than 2023 when I booked the hotel plural times. The owner said I had to talk to him or let him know if I wanted to receive cleaning service. I had meetings from 8am-8pm every day and I don’t have time to bargain for some American standards that’s supposed to be there. The room was not quiet. There were some random noises at 3am, 4am etc. And the bathroom door has a repetitive clicking sound that won’t go off at night.

Stayed for two nights and It was a great and cozy room experience. Bed was comfy, I liked the modern style lighting, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The front desk staff were extremely nice! The only problem I had is that some of my rooms walls could’ve use a wipe down. Other than that i’d recommend!

This is a motel. Very close to SoFi Stadium, but it would not be safe to walk there though. Room was well equipped with tv, refrig, micro. No coffee maker and ice machine not working. Daily housekeeping and free parking. Person who checked us in was friendly and suggested upstairs room. First night there were people yelling in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes. No incidents the next 3 nights.

The tv didn’t work along with the internet. It’s was quite aside of the fire alarm. That was unnecessary.

Not the worst place, staff was nice and room was clean. Get 2nd floor unit. On first floor you will hear every step from people above

In the middle of the night people were yelling and walking in the second floor dragging something will wheels up inthe second floor where i stayed. The room are clean but to much noisy late at night
