Sea Breeze Inn - LAX Airport, Los Angeles

The pictures are very misleading. Though the floors look decent, and the tile in the bathroom is newish, they beautified an old hotel/motel but didn't put any real upgrades. Also, while writing this, I remember I had to fix the toilet on the first night. It works now and should last a long time between the next maintenance cycle. All of the pics make it look better than the surrounding hotels, but honestly, they were probably better.

The convenience overall was fantastic. Very affordable and good value due to recent upgrades to the room and bathroom. Loved to have free on-site parking. It’s about the same quality of Motel6, without the parking fees & ridiculous damage deposits. $40 damage deposit returned immediately within an hour of vacating the room. Due to a cancellation of the charge. Well done. Thank you Seabreeze Inn for that thoughtful consideration! The pillows could be more thicker and more firm. The towels were worn and very thin. They could have better and bigger towels.

I didn't stay because I was told you that it wasn't a booking. My card was charged twice again . I've made 4 or 5 payments and have had to sleep outside. That my card was charged wrongfully, and I never stayed in the hotel.( The Trend) Nor the (Sea breeze. I need all my money back to my card. That's over, $500 that I never stayed in the hotel.

Yes I know it’s Inglewood but there is no excuse for a dirty room and mildew everywhere. AC/Heater wasn’t working and neither was the refrigerator. The refrigerator was damaged and I reported it two the front desk, See Breeze management purchased a brand new fridge the same day and brought it to my room,which was extremely important because I was dehydrated and sick of drinking luke warm beverages. There isn't any complaints parking is a little tight on your way out, other than that great quality service.

No WiFi password was given even though it states that it comes with the room. The soda and ice machine were also out of service

I was very disappointed...woke up yo roaches crawling on headboard, in the bed and in the bathroom..i think i woke up just in time..dressed for work checked out after 5 hours and got my deposit back...

There were at least 2 roaches in the room and one of our face towels likley were not washed because we found a crusted up booger on it. For the money, i would recommend another place to be honest. Also, for the mattress being in the condition its in with stains and such, at least get some quality linen that will keep it covered. Or just get a new mattress.

Thin walls, busy street and directly under the LAX landing glide path made sleeping without earplugs impossibly. Wear socks and see how clean the floors are. The AC units are old and very loud. Very hard bed. Really the only good thing I found was the shower head was high enough for my 6'3" self to use without ducking.

The room smelled strong like cigarettes. The bathroom window had no screen. The tv over the hot tub did not work, was not even set up. The water for the hot tub would not come out hot not even warm it was room temperature at max. Couldn’t use the hot tub jets because it was spraying out side the hot tub such a waste for over $200

As far as our room, the bathroom was far below par. There were multiple stains on multiple towels, the wrappers for the soap/shampoo were sticky & covered in dust/dirty. The bathtub was dirty & looked like there was mold. Made both my partner & I very uncomfortable to use the bathroom amenities.

There was a top sheet on a bare mattress covered in spots and stains with an overused blanket full of holes. After work day 1 we came back to SO many cockroaches everywhere of all sizes. As soon as I walked in I stepped on one. I understand roaches are everywhere but this was unsettling. Every step I took there were small ones running to the floor boards or dead from us stepping on. They were also in the toilet. The shower drain was so slow I stood in water up to my ankles while showering. Very uncomfortable:( we worked 14 hour shifts. We wanted to check out early and find elsewhere but it was late and there’s a strict no refund policy. We tried to sleep and when we did it was with the lights on and decided not to shower… it was honestly so rough my coworker and I couldn’t even work up courage to talk to the staff about it. That’s on us of course but just don’t book this if those things bother you and you need a good night sleep. Also- the first day before we left for work- housekeeping just opened up our door. I wish I could rate 1 star. We didn’t end up staying due to the room being swarmed with roaches. We were offered a second room, but it felt like someone has just been in there, ac broken and smelled as if someone had smoked 10 packs in one day.

We checked in to the family suite and it was filthy. Dead and live bugs everywhere, cigarette burns all over the place and a strong smell of marijuana. I went down and asked for a refund and was given it. That is why I rated the staff as a 4, because they didn't give me any issues with the refund and apologized.

There was someone being loud and yelling from the back of the complex, there were prostitutes and rif raff in the parking lot. The guy at the desk had no customer service and didnt seem to care about anything that was going on at their place of business. We get in the room, turn on the light, and cockroaches scattered. The room smelled like an ashtray!! It was dirty, chair broken and falling apart. AC was so dirty and bathroom had black mold around the window! I think its growing mold and they are covering it with spackle! Anyway this place was scary and disgusting! We checked the hell out and got refunded. I didnt even care that it was 4 am at this point, i would have rather slept in my car

Didn't know need $40 deposit in cash. The room I got was nice it was clean there were few roaches in the bathroom you could tell it was a fixer upper room so it it had a bunch of new repairs fresh paint new floors and okay. bathroom was decent air conditioner was in awkward place to it turn on, kind of over the sink. No closet just a rack to hang your clothes. There was burnt spots like on the table was burned, the bedspreads had cuts in them the parking lot was limited. I didn't know that it was only one parking spot per room renter and then you had to go on a complete circle to exit the lot. I had to leave at like 4:00am to go to work in the morning. and wasn't able to get out because somebody that was renting a room had got dropped off and then the guy had stopped so they were talking. My husband had to let them know to let me out because there was no other way to get out. No other way out so that wasn't nice. The parking lot is very lit up so you can find your parking they have the whole parking area lit with lights and cameras which is nice. I still didn't really feel that safe being there by myself but of course it was the other guest that were renting that made me uncomfortable not so much the building they tried to do their best to make it safe location but definitely would not return to a hotel just because I didn't feel very comfortable with the environment at the hotel which is not a hotel it's actually a motel. Don't know how they even got on hotel.com.

Didn't know need $40 deposit in cash. The room I got was nice it was clean there were few roaches in the bathroom you could tell it was a fixer upper room so it it had a bunch of new repairs fresh paint new floors and okay. bathroom was decent air conditioner was in awkward place to it turn on, kind of over the sink. No closet just a rack to hang your clothes. There was burnt spots like on the table was burned, the bedspreads had cuts in them the parking lot was limited. I didn't know that it was only one parking spot per room renter and then you had to go on a complete circle to exit the lot. I had to leave at like 4:00am to go to work in the morning. and wasn't able to get out because somebody that was renting a room had got dropped off and then the guy had stopped so they were talking. My husband had to let them know to let me out because there was no other way to get out. No other way out so that wasn't nice. The parking lot is very lit up so you can find your parking they have the whole parking area lit with lights and cameras which is nice. So check in was at 2, we got there around 3:30 and they said our room still wasn’t ready, they said about 15-20 minutes. Then when we had our room ready, there wasn’t a refrigerator in there. So we went to go ask for one and the guy basically told us he’ll see what he can do. So we waited in the room for about 10 minutes till we realized he didn’t give an estimated time and we had food that needed to go in the fridge so we went to go ask again, and it was like if it a bother that we were asking. But 5 minutes later a cleaning crew lady ended up bringing it to us at our room, and the rest of the experience was fine but that was definitely annoying.

The bed was ok and the sheets looked ok. There are hand prints all over the paint next to the window in the bathroom. I don’t expect much from a $143 dollar room but this was not good. The guy at the desk in the morning was chill.

We were excited for this last minute couples trip and excited to have found this hotel close enough to Downtown! once we arrived into our room everything look good until we looked in the shower and found MOLD on the shower curtain. It was too late at night by that time to complain as there was no one at the front lobby. We had to suck it up and shower with the curtain open! It was horrible to see and did not feel clean whatsoever. Very disappointed.

The room I received was really good for a last minute choice. Bed was really nice and clean with the ac on. The shower pressure was better than most places I’ve gone to but, some towels did had some stains on them. There is no tv remote and I asked the clerk if I can have one, gave me one and he explained to me that it doesn’t work and you had to change the channels by hand.

It was okay. Didn't feel like the safest neighbourhood. But room was decent and clean, not the best quality but did ok for the night and the price.

Its close to alot of stores

The property is very safe and close to all the best things LA can offer. Many things to do during the day within walking distance. Food, fast food, sit down family friendly places, home style regional cuisine, and date night /I kinda like you against me candle light night out spots. SoFi Stadium, Casino, Cinema, Target, Home Depot, Costco, MickyD's, BurgerKing, JackinDBox, Yoshinoia, and much much more with in block and a half for almost literally all those things. Price is usually in the middle, when compared to others in the area. Safety is its major advantage and draw for me and family like minded people as my friends and close ones can be. At first glance it may at times seem questionable. You are your own best adviser. I found that this property and all the units, people, and costomers, are as safe as I would expect of any family of mine on a vacation stay anywhere away for where i lay my head. I see the not so obvious, but effective steps the management takes to ensure the safety, security and stress-free environment we all can achieve. If you know what the weather is like down here, and like it cool , try the Sea Breeze

This room was NASTY! Wished I had a sleeping bag to put on top of the bed. First indication its a great place is when they issue you a remote for the TV upon check in. Then we opened the door. OMG! I guess if its the last place to sleep, you should book it.

I arrived way past than the check-in time and they said they weren't at all ready. The service in front blamed me for my card keys not working saying it was my cellphone preventing me front going in. Janitorial were the ones that let me in my hotel because even they saw that the card keys weren't working. There was mold in the bathroom really obvious. Floors were dirty in the hotel room. Police department came onsite multiple times because of crime apparently. Trash everywhere on site. I would not return here at all, I only booked it because of how convenient it was close to the sofi stadium.

It took me over 4 hours to check in after I had a confirmation already I had to sit out in front of the property for 4 hours with a 2 year old infant baby it was horrible freezing cold I got to the property at 6:00pm did not let me check in till 10:30pm at night

Apparently, this place doesn't need to clean the rooms or care about the appearance of the property any longer. They can just charge $140 per night no matter what! I should have sprung for a bit more expensive room at another hotel but i guess you get what you pay for...

The rooms appeared to be clean. There were no washcloths. There was no parking. It appeared to be a party hotel. Lots of people and cars.

Room was dirty, like the walls, toilet, sink, light switches. Pillows were pathetic and mattress felt like a box spring. No blanket or comforter on beds, only some type of thin cover. Even for just a place to sleep for a few hours after concert it was pretty gross.

I booked this hotel for the jetted tub, but the water heater is small and runs out quickly. So the tub is cool but there's not enough hot water for it. The bathroom floor was filthy, they could have at least swept before I arrived. The parking is terrible and the neighbors are loud.

I reached out to my Experian customer service to explain the pictures do not match and the experience was horrible. I asked them to wait until we had left due to concerns of the safety of my baby.

2) The water of faucet was so small. The front desk was notified. But, NOBODY showed up to fix it. 3) The refrigerator was not located in the room. The front desk brought one after requesting.

Our stay at the Sea Breeze Inn was restful, easy Freindly check in. Freindly hotel personnel.
