    No hair products in the bathroom which is normal practice at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Tried to use the advertised shuttle service to the airport Sunday morning they weren’t running it until 2 pm where their website advertised it running every hour on the hour starting in the morning . Hotel was ok for overnight but would not recommend.

    The staff was patient and helpful. The vending machines were convenient. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a weird lingering smell. Almost like someone ate a lot of asparagus, then peed everywhere. I turned on the AC, and that seemed to mitigate that. We stayed for less than 24 hours, so it wasn't bad enough for me to leave.

    The room was clean and the location is great to get to LAX. However, the environment was noisy due to being next to the freeway and people being disrespectful making noises in the hallway after hours. Didn't get much sleep. It would be nice too have some basic amenities such as shampoo, lotion, coffee and things to make the experience better.

    Make sure when reserving your room that you use your full name that matches your ID. They almost didn’t accept my reservation because I used my appreciated name instead of what on my ID. Security guard tried to have us removed when we questioned signage about alcohol on premises. No one who is not on your reservation is allowed. So my local friend couldn’t visit us at the hotel. I had a reservation there for the following weekend and canceled it and reserved a different hotel. Will not stay there again

    This is probably one of the better Motel 6 properties we’ve stayed at, likely because of its proximity to LAX. The location is excellent about 5 minutes from the airport and around 10 minutes from the Kia Forum. The property felt safe and well managed. Security was more thorough than at most Motel 6 locations, with guests being registered and ID verified, which added to our sense of security. The room was clean and met our expectations for a Motel 6. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a refrigerator and effective air conditioning. Our room also had a lovely view of the freeway… 😂 Parking was spacious and reasonably priced at $20 per night. The outdoor pool looked great, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it before our flight. Most importantly, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone looking for an affordable hotel near LAX.

    Info can be misleading online it states 16.50 but once arrived it was $20. They said it fluctuates depending on the season, for example World Cup season it will be 75 per night. I suggest calling before making the reservation!

    I did not like that the coffee was only available at certain times, one night the power got cut off 10:30-11 and there was no notification or no reimbursements. Also the parking there is unreasonable bc there is no where else to park and you have to pay a fee every night and one night we returned the rental car we had and still had to pay for the parking…

    Nearby airport. Food around. Clean They lie about shuttle. I asked 2 times and they confirmed that shuttle departs to aiport everyday starting at 6 am every hour. So I got ready to depart at 7 am just to find out that on Saturdays they start at 2 pm. In the website it says Free Shuttle” big lie. You have to pay $10 person each way

    The room was dirty and smelled so bad as if the air was recycled only and never had a fresh air circling around at least for a short while to keep the air clean. No breakfast and no coffee. They charge for parking and its a little expensive. Front desk toke a long time to check me in and the place smelled like weed in the hallway and the front entrance. I would never stay there again even if it was for free

    First of all, there’s a cockroach in our room 122. And then the shower water leaks to the whole bathroom floor since it’s disabled room. No drain. Not enough towel. So very dangerous for disabled people. The room has no fridge either. So make sure u know or else u pay extra for that. Parking is $20 per night as well. Terrible experience by far!

    Beware the room is clean amd ok for you to get thru the nite. Lobby area looks like the year i was born and I am 40 plus they really can invest in a better seating area. The ride on thier shuttle is $10.00 per person and you better pay it . And when you check out they charge $5.00 ,per piece of luggage to hold which is insane.     Air conditioner they gad one in room never used temperature was chilly son never had to turn it on don’t know if it worked room was very clean for the price found it was a nice room kind of noisy even with the windows closed but shoved some ears plugs during the night I was ok pool was very clean in my two days that I was there they wood clean the pool even though never saw any activity in the pool because of the weather. Airport is at 15 mins from this place, the have a parking lot in case you rent car but it’s 20$ witch I would of thought because of your stay it would be free other places is free at your stay but at least they have a parking very clean as well.they have a shuttle bus just in case you need one 👍

    our mirror was dirty, still had Fingerprints.The toilet was kind of loose and wobbly when I went to take a hot one the ice machine on the 5th floor and 2nd floor had issues. They only have 1 microwave and a lot of people are waiting early in the morning to use it when We went before the security gate thing to let cars in was working.But this last time, it was not.So maybe anybody can just come in. The staff were pretty helpful , quick in n out service, looks like they take pride in keeping the facility clean the pool water looked pretty clear and clean as well right next to the freeway 405 quick in and out access. We've gone back several times pretty decent

    Of all the motel rooms I've stayed in, the 6th was the dirtiest, the most smoky, the laminate on the floor was blown in, it was even hard to close the front door. The bathtub was covered in cobwebs. The sheets were all in holes, everything was burnt. It was horrible, I never recommend. If I could, I would give it a -0, it's just disgusting. The area smells like urine and there are homeless people walking around.

    If the water pressure for the shower was fixed the room would be great. The tile floor outside the elevators need rethinking for the amount of people leaving the pool, I slipped out of the elevator and I didn't even use the pool. There should be stairs access so you don't have to wait so long for the elevators

    If you really need a budget stay, this is it. Should have known, by the name alone, but booked anyway. Parking lot had quite a few large cockroaches running around (1st red flag). Lobby and staff were not bad at all. Check in was easy and there was a vending area nearby. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed by a dusky smell and side tables with food bits, bug parts, and so much dust. The corner seating area had what we believe were ketchup splatters as well. After that, we carefully inspected each mattress and included covers. Luckily, those were clean. Bathroom floor looked grimy so we wiped with a towel and it left so much black on the towel. Toilet was clean though. Whole room looked rough. Also found a few large spiders (daddy long legs) in the corner by the window. Only a bar of hand soap was found. You have to go downstairs to ask for shampoo packets fyi. One and done for us…I’ll include pictures if allowed

    Not much. Bed caused me and my partner immense back pain, literal rows of pressure points that almost threw out both our backs, and has caused me tremendous full body pain. Air conditioner in the unit sounded like a revving engine any time it turned on. Keys were deactivated 4x over a 3 night stay. Staff simply blamed us for the NFC keys being demagnetized (not a thing that can happen), shrugged about the ac, and offered nothing about the horrible bed situation. Drain flies throughout unit that we had to open the window to shoo out, squash the rest with flipflops.

    Everything is a charge and over priced, especially when there is a 711 right down the road from the hotel. Don’t try to check in early because they will charge you $ 45 bucks on top of $ 75 bucks for inessentials and then the shuttle is not free. It’s $ 10 bucks per person.

    Very basic, but they do have a fridge and tv. If you want food or water you can buy it in the foyer. I also noticed there was no hair dryer. But if you are just staying a couple of nights before/after a plane trip it is ok. The rooms are clean with air conditioning and there is a pool.

    There was black mold in our shower. I was staying as a makeup for my past visit where there was hair all on our bed sheets. A lot of effort put into making the place look great and secure. However, the quality of the rooms are lacking and continue to do so despite the effort into the looks. I have been staying here since 2022 because it’s affordable. Usually come across an awesome staff member. I just wish they invested more in their rooms and cleanliness of them.

    amazing room and nice staff who let me check in 3 hours early. In addition to the required $75 deposit, I was also charged $40 for checking in early but after traveling 2 and a half hours across LA via public transit from another hotel that was pretty dingy, I was desperate to put my bags down and relax in a nicer hotel so I personally didn’t mind. My room was huge and had a great view of the city, the bed was also very comfortable. Upon check out, I was able to store my bags for the entire day for only $5 a bag, which I picked up after a concert I attended before heading to the airport to fly home. I strongly recommend this hotel and will likely be staying here again when I return to LA.

    When I checked in, I was assigned to room 314. After leaving my things in this room, I went out to eat. When I came back to my room, there were 2 people inside the room since they apparently assigned my already checked-in room to another party. My things could have been stolen or I could have been injured when I opened the door with those 2 persons inside. Luckily I got my luggage out and complained to the front desk and was then assigned to another room. This was a potentially dangerous mistake.

    Incredible value location. I only booked it because it was cheap and near the airport and only paid £79 for it on the day i needed to stay but i got a great view from the 7th floor of the planes landing into LAX and soap towels provided and two king sized beds all for myself staying! Highly recommend. I didn’t get anything from the vending machine but the choice of food looked good!

    Overall, the room itself was decently clean, which I appreciated, but the extra costs and lack of basic amenities were really disappointing. Having to pay an additional $25 for parking on top of already booking the room felt excessive. On top of that, there were no basic utensils provided like many other motels usually offer, which was inconvenient. The vending machine prices were also outrageous — nearly $8 for a bottle of water is completely unreasonable. While the cleanliness was acceptable, the hidden costs and overpriced necessities made the stay feel far less worth it.

    We booked a room here just to be able to rest after getting off a cruise and flying home to Australia later that night, as it said that we could pay $40 extra for an early check in. Unfortunately there were no rooms available for early check in as they were booked out the night before. We slept on the sofa in the reception area for a few hours, then went and had a bite to eat up the street (no restaurant on site) when we got back the lovely reception lady upgraded us to another room that was ready as our booked room still wasn’t ready. We were able to have a sleep and shower before heading to the airport for our long night flight home. The motel was clean, friendly staff, our room was very nice and the motel also had an airport shuttle for a small fee. I would recommend this motel for short stays

    The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We stayed at this motel for three nights, and I can’t even explain how bad my back has felt since the first night. On top of that, the noise outside was constant and made it hard to rest. The room didn’t include basic amenities like a small fridge or a hair dryer, which was disappointing. What really didn’t make sense was the parking situation. They charged us $100 in advance for parking, but the gates were left open the entire time we were there.

    The security was on point. The ad on booking.com advertised a free airport shuttle, and they charged us $20 each ride to and from the airport. We waited 40 minutes to get picked up from the airport. The room did not include any shampoo. It only had a bar of soap. The noise from the freeway kept us awake all night. The room smelled like paint. The fire sprinkler was covered over in paint.

    The location is the only thing that I can say was good. The staff was rude when we registered. They couldn't smile, say thank you or anything and made us feel like it was an inconvenience. Our room was the bare minimum...the price definitely reflected it. Had we known it would be this bare, we would not have stayed. There was a pizza box and socks under the bed. NOT OURS! We had booked a second night for our return trip and asked that it be refunded. NOT a surprise but it was denied. I would not recommend this facility to an animal. Yes it was that bad! We booked our return trip hotel at another facility which was fantastic.

They insisted that every member of my party (spouse and daughter) must have a government issued (and federally verifiable) photo ID in order for us all to be able to enter the room. They told me that I could not even enter the lobby after I had gone outside to ask my husband to go in and speak with them. Then I was forced to pay for parking in order to get out of the parking lot so that I could go to another hotel. This horrible incident has completely soured my opinion of Motel 6 where I would usually stay whilst traveling with my little dog. The "issue" was that I had a temporary DL issued by the DMV because I was waiting for my updated Real ID. I did have a photo of my original drivers license (as per the DMVs instructions)on my cell phone to use in conjunction with my paper temporary license. Not cool at all.

    Very clean and very secure, will stay again, it’s really a hotel rather than a motel. Need card key to get to your specific floor which is great. Parking also needs key card to get in/out which is good because Inglewood can be dicey at night. Stayed here after attending a concert at Kia Forum very close/ very easy to get to. Used it as a base to get ready too. Good base for attending concerts, sporting events, and if need to be close to LAX.

    I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very basic and have a strong odor. There's no toiletries offered only one roll of semi new toilet paper. There's a extra 20$ dollars a night charge for parking when having a vehicle. The service is very dry to say the least. And if your going w children everyone is considered an adult when staying here. The worst part for me is the parking I feel like that's a huge rip off unless you arrived in a helicopter smh.

    During my stay in the middle of the night, the ceiling in our room was actively leaking water. it created an unsafe and unsanitary conditions. I promptly reported the problem to management, they sent out a security guard to assess the situation because no one from maintenance was available at 1:40 a.m. to repair the leak, or relocate us to another room. We were left to deal with the issue ourselves. During my check out I was not offered any compensation and I have yet to hear from management.

    Yes. There is a shuttle service. It costs 10 dollars per passenger, and leaves every hour at the hour (I can't remember when service starts). You are very close to the airport, so I would recommend to check Uber first and compare the price/effort, especially if you can split up the cost with others My room was clean visually, but I personally couldn't stand the smell of dirty mop. I am a bit sensitive with smells. So keep that in mind

    We didn’t have physical ID and were turned away, not even able to check in. The front desk lady told us we can only cancel our reservation through the booking company, but when we spoke to them, they said she marked us as checked in. We had to pay multiple fees and weren’t even here. On top of that, I received a notification from the booking company that the return for my deposit from my previous stay from over a month ago was just being processed now. Motel has not responded to any of my messages regarding this shady situation.

    Had an excellent experience on an overnight trip. I had made a reservation in the morning before arriving in L.A. When I arrived (around 7:30pm) the parking area had a security gate, the parking lot was clean, with ample parking for our van. At arriving at the front desk, the was helpful in getting us a parking pass and telling us how to get to our room. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable after a 7hour drive. We left early the next morning (3:30am) and I liked that there was someone attending the front desk. He explained the charges that I was aware of and we were on our way. Great place to stay and friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend this location.

    One staff member was extremely rude and lacked professional communication. Staff were not on the same page and provided conflicting information. Due to this, I was forced to pay twice for parking in one day and when asked if they could provide a concession for this inconvenience, the same rude and unprofessional staff member declined to do so, even though they were the cause for the delay regarding my parking timeframe. The room key did not properly work during the entirety of my stay. This became an extreme inconvenience as I am physically handicapped and I walk with the assistance of a cane. At no point in time were any accommodations proffered to or for me. To add insult to injury, I was placed on the 7th floor. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay at this location ever again.

    Courtesy shuttle didn’t run on New Years Day. Had to scramble to get an Uber at the last minute to catch my plane. Staff at the desk unaware of the shuttle schedule on the holiday with one telling me the night before to ask fir the first shuttle at 5:00 am, and another on the day of departure telling me the 5:00 am shuttle already left and that I’d have to use the next 6:00 am shuttle only to finally tell me (after he called the manager) the shuttles aren’t running today. And, no complementary coffee.

    This is a great "I need a place to sleep before my early morning flight" motel. There are no frills, no toiletries (just small bar soap), but the location is stellar, the front staff are very kind, there are cameras everywhere - which I guess could be disconcerting, but it's really not, and the rooms are clean! There is a security guard outside, so parking felt safe. The bed is not too comfortable and the mattress was somewhat broken down...but for the price I did not expect a Four Seasons experience and I am happy with what I paid for.

    I have a few issues with the Motel. 1) I booked my stay for 3 days on the second day I asked to get my room cleaned the staff refused and said I had to be there for 3 days. I told them I check out on the third day and the room is dirty, after going back and forth with them they finally decided to clean the room. 2) I came back after the room was cleaned and found blood spots on the sheets and the blanket was also dirty. I informed the staff abt the situation and they did nothing abt it said the sheets were clean smh. 3) the area of the Motel is dirty and ghetto with homeless ppl hanging out around the Motel.     Travel plans aren’t always perfect, but clear communication and basic customer care matter. Lastly, they took over 2 hours to pick us up from the airport with their free shuttle. Although on the hour, in the 1st hour the driver passed by the shuttle pickup from the farthest left lane. He did not even pull up the curb where all the other shuttles were picking people up. I had to call 4x before getting service. On the bright side, Expedia handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with this Motel 6 location was a definite no and its personnel was not helpful nor friendly. Never again. Skip it.

    it was extremely extremely bad especially for solo female travelers. I say to single solo women traveling, stay away from this hotel. The nice FO crew, Jennifer, a latina, booked me in one bed nice bedroom as I requested. Then came the Indian AGM Harman, an East Indian, and transferred me to two bed standard room. That would still be okay. Then he made me come down again and transferred me to another room, this time, a one-bed standard room. In the middle of the night, I found out the bed has not been cleaned. I was itching and started having red spots. When I plucked the blanket out, the bed has still the hairs of the previous occupants with tiny bugs on top of the bed. I called the front office at around 2am, having no sleep the whole night. Thats when the nice white gentleman transferred me to a clean room. Why im mentioning their county or race, its not about race, its about culture. How east Indian lowly treat women and how others treat women with respect.

    The rooms were fine, but one employee named "Chue" was the most kind and generous employee ever, they were really kind and helped me through everything. 5 stars to that employee!!!! I think he works the Night Audit or late night shift

    Motel 6 is my go to place if I need a quick stay near LAX. It appears being renovated over the last couple of years. The staffs are friendly. One of the lady at desk helped me to find a room facing the parking lot and I really appreciated. Motel6 also has its own shuttle to airport, and spacious parking which is gated and safe.

    The room was perfect, clean and spacious, but I wish it had a microwave. I could easily purchase the snacks at the kiosk without bothering the staff at the front desk. Parking was easy, but keep in mind, you have to pay $16.50 per day. I stayed on the 7th floor, and the view was excellent 👍. I haven't used the pool area, but it looked clean. You need your room key to use the elevator, so I felt very secure. The location is close enough to LAX, so it would be perfect if you are traveling and need a room to stay. Overall great for the price!

    If i could rate 0 I would, We dealt with the front desk named KoKo was a very prejudiced person. Making our stay extremely uncomfortable from the very beginning. Throughout the weekend we were eyed and watched. We were eventually told to Check out a day early Unrefunded. Miserable experience.

    The day of check in Early Morning staff was rude and condescending to the customers. Caucasion female with Acne should have called off because she sincerely didnt want to be at work and it showed. She told elderly man to read the forms everything is right in front of you. He asked for some extra assistance and she said you look able-whats so hard cant you read. I needed an early check in and her response was WE NOT CHECKING NOBODY IN RIGHT NOW. I asked if there were any rooms available. Her response was I am not checking you in - come back after 4. Night crew was polite and helpful. Day of checkout - THAT crew was sarcastic and rude. Morning crew needs new jobs like reassign to a non people interaction job. Customer service is horrid. I will not be back here at all
