The property is located is a hassle and bustle area. Not really much to see but it was ok. When I first arrived on the property there were no towels and blow dryer. We have to go and asked for it at the office. When I left the property to return the key there was no staff on site. I left the blow dryer by the window. The property seems to have a lot of smokers and it was trashy. There was trashes that pile up in every bins with alcohols. There was a few sketchy people too

Nice staff, very friendly. When we arrived (way past check in time) we were directed to our room, which was not clean yet, and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it to be half ready. They did not finish cleaning the room, barely swept and didn’t mop. Our bed had strange stains and the bathroom smelled. The towels in bathroom had a musty smell as well so we ended up using our clothes to dry ourselves.

The place is absolutely disgusting. Hair on the bathroom wall from the previous guest. Room smelled like weed. Desks and tables were sticky and dirty. Towels had stains. The bedding smelled like washed but the room was so nasty we couldn’t trust if the sheets were clean enough so we had to wear out clothes while sleeping. Do not get tricked by their photos on the website.

Some hotel guests took more than one parking spot so I had no choice but to squeeze into a spot where the cars on both sides were parked over their painted lines. Street parking is apparently not possible. The next morning the two passenger side doors of the rental car had been keyed. I had to call the police to report it. As for the interior of the room there was dried blood on the door, the bed sheet had a yellow stain, one slat of the window blinds was broken, the peephole for the door had a piece of brown paper shoved in it and there were dents on the door like someone hit the door with something hard. The second morning I woke up to find a homeless man with his pants pulled down sleeping on the ground under to the sign for the establishment. I didn't see any bugs but I slept with the lights on as a precaution. There was no closet. Just four hangers suspended from 2 hooks. The surrounding neighborhood was super sketch. I didn't see any street walkers but the area certainly gave off that vibe.

We travel as a family of 3 (one child) and we had to wrapped the pillows with clothes so he can sleep calm since he was the one who identified first the stains.

I insisted I get a room with a working lock. I got moved to another room where the lock didn’t work either. Turn the hotel staff “fixed” the lock… but it was not put on right. It was very loose and the door was jiggling due to the lock being so loose. I again insisted on a room with a properly working lock. I finally got moved to another room after about an hour of waiting until it was cleaned.

The room smelled very clean and was a decent place to sleep for the night if you want to go almost as cheap as possible. My door to the outside had a massive gap, about half inch of clear access to the outside preventing any privacy and was a safety concern. On a Sunday night, people were outside banging around and yelling quite literally from check in until we left the next morning. I got NO sleep. The front desk lady was nice. Pros and cons, just depends what you’re looking for.

Some of the pictures are either generated by AI or falsely claimed. Our room doesn’t look anything like that. Also I couldn’t sleep during the night because of the light coming through the window.

The parking was limited. It was difficult to find parking as well as park in a spot due to people’s inability to park in between the lines. Most cars were taking two parking spots. The parking lot could utilize another employee to ensure there is a spot available for each guest.

It was close to the Sofi stadium/youtube theater, so it was great for seeing the concert we went to. The restaurants nearby were also open late. My friends and I got to go swimming before, and it was a relaxing stay. Nothing, everything was great.

However, because the room overlooks a main street, the traffic noise was quite noticeable at night. It turned out to be a bit loud, which might be a concern if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to street sounds.

We stayed at Lyfe on a Tuesday night so that we wouldn't have to drive home from a late concert. We didn't want to spend a bunch of money and they had some decent reviews so we picked it. We got what we expected. Who is going to complain about spending less than $100 to stay 10 minutes away from the Forum? It was clean for the most part, the bed a comfortable enough that I slept well after the concert. The AC worked very well and the hot water in the morning to shower worked. Now will I stay there again, probably not.

Free parking . I understand why the property lights have to be on 247 due to the area however the blinds in the room didn’t block much and the light hits the bed . So dark sleepers might have a issue

The price was very decent considering the area. The lady at the check in window was really nice. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. The cleaning could have been a lot better you can tell they just did a fast wipe through and left it. There was a hairball circling the floor of the room and the shower curtain was very stained (it’s in desperate need of a wash).

I have a disability and no elevator access was challenging to maneuver my luggage from the second floor.

The price, staff, location and free parking. Easy and quick to book. My boyfriend and me have experienced a couple of mattresses that were uncomfortable.

The location is close to the 405 freeway and 5 minutes away from lax airport and solfi stadium the building was very nice and well maintained and staff was outstanding and very helpful couldn’t have asked for anything better cuz the price was amazing There was no dislike only I wish I could have stayed more nights and got to really enjoy my nights. But looking forward to booking again and this time around 2 nights should be the right thing to do and enjoy the pool side with some beverages and a beach chair

The bathrooms was very dirty literally dirt on the walls , you can tell they renovated the rooms & not the bathrooms. The floors were dirty, they don’t mop them. & my rental got keyed in the parking lot & the workers said they couldn’t find the footage. Also people were fighting outside .

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean! The AC worked perfectly too. The WiFi is pretty fast too. I had no issues with parking despite it being a small lot. I would stay again as a solo traveler.

The headboard was full of dust and stains. There was graffiti on the wall. The nightstands were broken and missing chunks out of them. There was a mole and stains on the shower curtain. We found dead cockroaches as well as three live cockroaches. It was disgusting watching them crawl on our items. Yes we did get refunded for our stay, but we didn’t get any apology. Would never recommend.

An ice machine on the property would be nice. Also in room 108 the toilet seat has a vet rust screw that is shown and have to be careful when u sit to use the toilet. Very uncomfortable or safe at all.

It may not be five star, but parking is free and they have surveillance cameras operating 24 hours a day. I’ve never had an issue. That is more than I can say for some of these so-called high end hotels!

The channels I didn’t have I was able to get on my phone and access through the free Wi-Fi…now, if you’re looking for all the bells and whistles, this is not the place for you, but if you’re looking for someplace to get some rest, be able to take a shower with hot water & encounter a friendly staff. This will be the place for you. I only bring up the hot water because I stayed at what would be considered a more upscale hotel in El Segundo and for whatever reason the water never got hot. It was lukewarm at best and it was actually more expensive per night for my stay.

The wash cloths has some black stuff. The window sill has some dead bugs on it. No iron or ironing board in the room. Just a really basic 2 queen beds and that's it. The area surrounding the Inn felt unsafe due to drug use, catcalling, and lots of people loitering asking for money. I understand that a lot of people are experiencing homelessness and that we need to provide safer conditions for people who are unhoused. As a solo traveller, I felt uncomfortable walking around by myself and stayed in my room for the entire night. There are fast food restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I recommend this spot if you need a quick rest stop that is close to the airport.

I always stay here for work trips. Such a great location if you're attending an event at sofi or intuit! Super close to everything and family owed. I've always felt safe as the parking lot has security cameras.

Property was very clean and front desk person very friendly. Room was clean and did not smell like smoke. It was a little small for the price, but not too bad. Property is located in a very walkable area and close to SoFi. Only problem was the door would not close.

Worn motel that they’re seemingly trying to renovate. Stay here if you’re okay with the bare minimum right before it goes left. As in, if this motel was in any worse condition we would not have stayed. The bottom of the tub was black, they don’t have irons, and the leather was worn off the chair to the desk. Literally the whole top of the chairs leather was worn down to the white cloth. I think they’re trying to make renovations. Maybe they’re new owners but this is a last resort if you’re looking for real comfort.

Tenía lo necesario, la cama estaba cómoda, el cuarto limpio, cerca del aeropierto, el área es tranquila.

Comfy rooms located right by the airport’s rental car return. Convenient onsite parking.

The location was great, but the amount of people that were in the pool. All hours of the day, screaming, yelling was ridiculous. The tv was broken, all the rooms surround the pool, and that's all you hear All Day. Our door didn't shut all the way. There was a gap between the door and the door jam. And all I smelled was marijuana

Door to room was broken, had to have the front desk open for us every time we needed back in. Lighter and other items found on the restroom floor - did they even clean the room properly? Toilet base was leaking every time it was flushed- water leaking had a horrible plumbing smell.

As others have said, this is a one-night, very basic motel if you need a place near LAX or SoFi. A room to sleep and shower. No iron, no closet, no drawer. Cleanliness could have been better. I did not like that the deadbolt did not work, and there was no security lock, so you could not lock the door from the inside. Unsafe!

I stayed here to have quick access to LAX for an early morning flight. The inn is pretty basic when it comes to on-site amenities, although my room had a fridge and microwave, which is always handy. The street it's on is busy at most times of the day and night, so the noise level can be a bit of an issue if you're a light sleeper. On the plus side, though, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room was and how comfortable the bed was. The owners definitely take good care of the property and I felt very relaxed there, so it worked out very well for me.

Super cute place! Easy to find, quiet, felt very safe here too. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, nicely decorated. Cute center pool was apekling and clean.

Much more affordable than other hotels close to the airport, and with free parking on site! Nothing fancy, but a perfectly good place to stay for a night before/after a flight.

Definitely a step up from Motel 6, but not much. The room was large, wish was nice.the bedding was a little lacking.

Excellent renovated two star motel. Close to LAX. Drink machine. Pool. Great for overnight layover at LAX. Pool and parking. I would stay again.

This is a very basic hotel perfect for just needing a place to crash. It was very quiet and the adorable family that lives there could not be kinder. Even though the area can be sketchy, I felt safe there with my 12 year old daughter.

staff was friendly, place was clean, no blackout curtains and very bright outside lights kept me up. Also no bedside lights just very bright very white overhead lights. Fine if you don’t hsve to spend any Time at all in the room

The property look dated and for some weird reason there was no mirrors in the bathroom they look like somebody had broken it and it wasn't replaced and the towels look weathered and old and due to the fact that it's close to LAX the traffic noise was louder than normal which they can't control but the pool area was unkept and it look like they didn't want you to use the pool area how they arrange the chairs and tables on their sides but what do you want for the price the rate was decent and at no time did I feel like you're trying to take advantage of me specially because I am disabled and also there's no elevators therefore if you don't want the bottom floor and they don't have room you may have to be turned away due to the fact that you have to go to flights of stairs to the second floor of the complex I hope this helps have a great day
