Good hotel close to LAX and two stadiums (Clippers and NFL). Easy uber from airport. Area ok and opposite some food options. Busy road though. Decent breakfast included. Will depend how much you pay though.

A little bit further down from LAX than some of the more premier places, but overall it was an excellent hotel and included a good free breakfast. The price was good too. There is a lovely little Mexican restaurant just down the street that serves up amazing food and has been operating since 1970. A taxi charges around $25 to LAX, so you can just grab one of the many scooters on the sidewalk and take it in for about $10 to $15. The area itself was a little further away, but the price compensated for that.

The biggest advantage is the location. It's very close to LAX, making it extremely convenient for returning a rental car and getting to the airport. However, if most of your activities are elsewhere in Los Angeles, be prepared for a long commute. The parking garage entrance is very tight, but parking was cheaper than at many nearby hotels. The spaces are somewhat narrow, but there were plenty of spots available and I never had trouble finding one. The room was spacious but looked more dated than the photos suggested. The pillows were uncomfortable, and there was no dedicated hand soap. Only a bar labeled for facial use. After using it to wash my hands, my skin became very dry. The biggest issue was housekeeping. One of the bath towels had a significant amount of hair stuck to it, and I had to visit the front desk to get a replacement before showering. The key cards were also unreliable. Both of mine stopped working during my stay and had to be reactivated. The front desk staff told me this was a known issue. AC was pretty loud. Since the hotel is on a busy road, all the car noises might keep you up.

It was so loud. The window was basically cracked open, unable to be closed, so we could hear all of the street activity. The parking situation was also not fun. The room was spacious though and clean. We also did not the VIP perk of free self parking and were told we could get a 15% discount instead, which is basically nothing.

We needed a place to stay near the airport for the night, and it served its purpose. I don’t think parking should be charged separately.

The front desk person, Ritz, handled it gracefully and made us feel welcome nonetheless. We will return when we're in the area again.

We stayed for one night at Best Western Plus Suites Hotel - LAX Airport LA Stadium mainly because we wanted to be close both to the airport and to the rental car return location before our flight, and for that purpose the hotel was very convenient. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and even a sitting area with a couch overlooking the pool. One nice detail was being able to watch airplanes taking off, which gave the stay a classic Los Angeles airport-area feeling. Breakfast was good and very fair for the price, and Juan in particular was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. The hotel also has a pool, and although we unfortunately did not have enough time to use it, it was definitely an extra positive feature that adds value to the stay. Overall, we would still definitely recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a practical and comfortable stay close to LAX airport. The only negative point for us was the parking policy. The hotel advertises private parking, but charging an additional $27 separately felt a bit excessive considering the room price already paid. In our opinion, this cost could either be absorbed by the hotel or simply integrated into the room rate instead of appearing as an extra charge. Of course, since the hotel is close to the airport and located on a central road, there is noticeable noise from traffic and airplanes. However, this is something you more or less expect when staying in this type of location.

Everything was clean and pretty, we got a king room with the hot tub inside and it was wonderful. We loved it ! I was disappointed we had to pay $25 per night for parking. That seems excessive.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Juan in the kitchen area. He was very attentive, friendly and positive. He explained everything about how to make the waffles and what buttons to press. Really appreciated his help and attitude. Nothing major. Everything was good overall.

I am considering taking legal action against Best Western and Booking.com I have already spoken to 4 representatives at Booking.com with zero satisfaction. My wife and I arrived at the property via taxi and found that the property was pitch dark - blackout (no lights). The taxi left us in the driveway, and I called the hotel. The hotel did not answer the call. I then called Booking.com and explained the situation. They called, and again no one answered the phone at the property. I had to call to arrange another hotel (it was now 9 p.m. in a dangerous neighborhood). I booked another hotel, and the taxi took us there. The property was still blacked out when we left. The property subsequently sent an email to your company - they lied and stated that we were in the hotel when the lights were on and then walked out. I will contact Best Western Corporate to let them know. Please refund my $99.64 booking wallet credit and $36.81 charged to my Booking.com Genius Rewards Visa. If you do not satisfy this request, I will have to post the most negative reviews for Booking.com, the Visa Card, and this Best Western Property. I expect a reply from you within 24 hours before I take the aforementioned action.

Location was perfect for Concert at Kia Forum. Hotel has their own transportation connections if rides are needed to and from events. First driver was great and pickup driver was a jerk. So hit and miss I guess. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and overall we would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this Best Western Plus in LA. The location is incredibly convenient, especially when travelling through Los Angeles the airport is right nearby. I also booked a tour during my stay, and the tour office being directly across the street made everything so easy. The room was comfortable and the bed was especially cozy I had a great sleep after a long 14.5-hour flight. You could hear some noise from the hallway, but it didn’t bother me at all as I was so tired and able to block it out. Breakfast in the morning was really good, and the gentleman working in the breakfast area was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I truly appreciated his hospitality and service (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). Overall, the staff were fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

There are no drinking glasses and coffee cups inside the room. The styro and plastic cups do not match the hotel's good facilities.

A lot of areas smelled like weed. That might be normal for California though.

Super close to the airport which was great for our late flight arrival. Loved that you have to have a room key to access the elevators, just a great safety precaution. Underground parking was nice. They had a fantastic breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, breakfast cakes, so many options. Juan was working the breakfast and he was fantastic, so polite and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the late checkout time of 11:00 a.m was nice after arriving late. I hate when hotels charge you to park a car there. You pay to stay there, that should absolutely include the fee to park a car in their parking lot, $20 for one night is kind of ridiculous when you already paid $180 for the room.

In addition, we were assigned a very noisy room. Although it was on the third floor, it was located next to a main road, and hundreds of motorcycles passed by throughout the night. The front desk refused to upgrade us to a quieter room, despite other rooms being available. Overall, this was the worst hotel I stayed at during my entire California trip (out of six hotels booked). I highly do not recommend this hotel. It should not be considered a VIP property at all.

They have free breakfast in the morning, I didn't try it but it did smell amazing! My room facing the street so you could road noise, which you are in the city so thats expected, so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs! Once my ear plugs were in though, it was a great night's sleep! As a woman who was traveling alone it felt safe and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The pool wasn’t clean, and guests were smoking cannabis in the pool area, which made the whole environment unpleasant. The room felt muggy and poorly ventilated, and the bathroom smelled like a damp sewer—as if there were cockroaches in the vents. Breakfast was disappointing, and the coffee didn’t even taste like coffee; perhaps the machine or filter needed cleaning. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. In my opinion, this place is overrated by some. Unfortunately.

Obviously I did that!!! And says he will call maintenance, he never did!!! So a hour later I needed to go downstairs for a charger. So I decided to ask again about the tv, because it was a young lady instead of the bald gentleman that didn’t not call the maintenance man. I told the young lady that my tv wasn’t working. She called maintenance for me and by the time I got to my room the maintenance man was there and shortly had the tv working.

Got a microwave in the refrigerator bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing that I’m not happy about is they said it was free parking because that’s what Expedia advertise, but it is not free parking. You definitely have to pay. The shower is a standard shower nothing fancy but if I had to go back, I will definitely book again.

I’ve stayed here twice, both times for concerts at the Forum and it was the perfect location. Not overpriced, parking fee was lowest around the area, breakfast available and the rooms are comfy. I will say the bedding is a little thin so if you run cold or need the weight you might wanna bring an extra blanky or ask for an extra one, but the heater works very well in the room. Also there’s a slight odor I think from the cleaning chems that reminded me of motor oil lol, but it wasn’t unbearable. The staff is wonderful, always nice and willing to help with any questions. I’ll be staying here again I’m sure!

Parking was so easy, close to lots of food to get at, and I can express how nice the breakfast was for my husband, and the beds were so soft!!!

I didn't like that my room was not clean. I called and asked a about the cleaning and I was told cleaning was only done every 3 days. I wish this information was giving at checking.

When we got into our room there was long hair in the bedding of the sleeper sofa. They tried giving us another room but that one the bathroom sink was plugged and really dirty. I asked for a clean room and they said they didn't have any more. We had to stay in the 1st room offered to us and we had to change the bedding ourselves.

Room was great! The jetted bathtub was a dream! Rooms are quiet, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Two elevators that quick. They need more carts. I did ask someone to clean up the smoking area and they never did.

Location is honestly ghetto and parking is tight, BUT close to food and airport and breakfast was a plus! Personally kids thought pool was small, even though the view was a liquor store and el pollo loco it was cool having rooftop pool IMO!

Room was clean. We were upgraded, at no charge, to a room with a hot tub. Didn’t ask for it or use it, but it was a nice gesture. Hotel was contracted with some sort of food delivery service, but it did not come rated very highly. We should have taken them up on it, because a small pizza and wings via Uber Eats ended up costing us over $100!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful breakfast options in the morning. Elevators couldn’t be used without your room key, which was added safety. Overall wonderful stay, would stay there again.

For me the only thing that was a little bit frustrating was listening to the traffic at night otherwise it was a simple but clean hotel.

The front desk person who helped us was very, helpful. The hotel was clean in an unexpected area.. scary at night, but there was enough lighting in the parking garage. Overall experience was good.

4 stars because great location near LAX at more affordable price. Waking up and I’m having short drive to LAX really helped and made it worth it. Breakfast was available and helped with costs. Staff was nice. Directly across street from 7/11, Panda Express, Pollo Loco, and Little Caesars for convenience. Hotel is dated and needs maintenance/updating, our room bathroom lighting was broken. Good night sleep.

Jacuzzi is massively foamy during operation, pump is not working correctly. Toilet runs wasting water,

Stayed a night after returning from a cruise. I was given the option to check in early for about 45 dollars which was great because I got there around 930am. The space was clean. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was served early enough to catch a bite before heading to the airport. Was able to walk up the road to an ihop but multiple restaurants in the are within walking distance. Transportation was also located outside of the hotel and frequently drive up and down the road. Will definitely stay for a quick stay

Lift was out of order and I was only informed about this the day before my stay. Luckily someone was able to carry my bag to my room for me as it was on the fourth floor, but I had to carry it

Window AC was making lot of noise because of which I was not able to sleep properly. Because of this, I don't want to stay again but if I stay again, ensure that I request for a room with a window AC that doesn't make noise

The room was clean, nicely kept, air-conditioned, and spacious. Unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay, and at the very least, the hotel wait staff helped us carry our heavy luggage upstairs upon check-in. It's also near a real Mexican restaurant which served delicious mole and various fare.

The walls were paper thin—we could clearly hear people talking in the halls well into the night. While this wasn’t completely unbearable, it definitely made it hard to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Worst of all, the smell in our room was so strong and unpleasant that I had to keep my mouth covered for quite a while just to tolerate it. It wasn’t just us either—my husband saw another family in the hallway complaining about the same thing, so clearly this was more than an isolated issue. The smell was marijuana/something of that nature. It never subsided the entire stay- it really was horrible and had we been booked here for another longer I would have asked for a refund (we were only here less than 15 hrs while we waited for another flight) We ended up spending over $40 on an Uber one way and over $15 on the return trip. In the end, the money we saved by booking this hotel wasn’t worth the inconvenience, discomfort, and poor experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

And it was horrible going up and down stairs to the 4th floor with all of our luggage. The staff was great though

The hotel itself was nice—very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. You could tell it had been recently updated, though there were a few minor details that could’ve used more attention, like the bathroom paint job, which wasn’t the best. Still, overall, the condition and cleanliness were solid. The breakfast was great, too. The location felt a little sketchy, with some homeless individuals wandering nearby. One frustrating experience I had was when I went to breakfast and accidentally left my key in the room, only having my phone on me. When I asked the front desk for a replacement key, they refused because I didn’t have my ID—despite the fact that it was the same person who had checked me in the day before. He asked if I had a photo of my ID on my phone, which I didn’t, since it was in my room. I offered a reasonable solution: have someone walk with me to the room, and I’d show them my ID once inside. I also pointed out that they took a copy of my ID at check-in, and I could verify everything on it. He told me they didn’t have a copy on file—which was confusing, since I know they took one. I completely understand the need for security, but I can’t be the first person who’s ever locked themselves out. A little common sense and flexibility would’ve gone a long way. I did eventually get back into my room, but it took way more time and hassle than it should be

The worst experience I’ve ever had.

This is a great place for families to stay. They provide a complete breakfast every morning that’s included in your rate. It’s a comfortable and convenient place with stores and affordable dining, including a family style Mexican restaurant less than a block from the property. Lastly, the property is conveniently located off the 405 and 105 Freeways. Thank you for the hospitality.

The room was clean and it was a great atmosphere. However, the walls are too thin made me wake up through out the night. The morning was horrible! Constantly hearing kids yelling and dogs barking.

My room was outdated with beat up furniture . It smelled moldy and I found a hairball in the shower which had the hot and cold water the wrong way because it was installed backwards . Not exactly a place I’d dream of returning to

The place was nice and clean but no dining and no shuttle or accommodations to help with an airport ride which is usually a big deal hear an airport. Rooms were nice though

My overall stay was okay. There were some initial issues with the room that should have been fixed quickly but took some time (maintenance/front desk did not inform the second shift of the work). The elevator was slow and not always clean. There was no EV charging and no ready recycling outside of small bins in the room.

I have no complaints. There is a shopping center across the street with food options. Its very close to LAX. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Not a great view...i was facing a parking lot and the main street but thats due to the specific room i had. The Wi-Fi connection worked very well also.

Pleasant and Quiet. The included breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruit, waffle makers, sausage, fried and scrambled eggs and a wide assortment of cereals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However there is no airport transfer. Uber and Taxi work well

Our room was large and clean, but things like the window was old and didnt slide well, carpets were old and worn but vacuumed and clean, pop machine in hallway was noisy. Hot tub jets were really loud do i shut them off, Just older stuff. Staff eas freindly.

Quick and easy in and out, nice, clean room, relatively low parking fee, very convenient to the airport.

The hotel was what I expected. My problem is that they charged me $100 more per night than what I booked. When I called to question it, I was told the Manager would call me. That was 3 days ago and no call.

It was great. Great service with kitchen staff during breakfast. I injured my right hand and was wearing a cast, the staff didn’t hesitate to help me with my favor waffles.
