Breakfast is always so good and lots of options. The lady who works the room is so lovely and greets everyone! The coffee options are wide as is the juice selections. Hot food is great and the atmosphere is cute. Great way to start your day!

It was quiet. It only had one way up and down for the stairs and elevator. So if your room is not close Then you have to walk extra if you needed to go downstairs. Also that’s a safety hazard. It should be a way up and down on each end.

The property is a motel, it looks much nicer in the photos. They have what I need for my trip - near LAX, reasonable parking price, comfortable bed, free breakfast, and the jacuzzi is a plus.

Hotel is called Airport Plaza Hotel so we expected it to be closer to the airport & with the airport shuttle. We only wanted a night in LA to catch a plane in the morning. It was far, no shuttle & taxi was expensive.

Too much noise by residents seemingly unpoliced or unbothered to/by management. Management is too passive enforcing noise restraint on residents.

The staff is extremely friendly, especially the young lady who worked in the breakfast area. She always ensure that it was nice and clean and breakfast was replenished as needed overall great area close to a lot of things in LA as well as the airport, cozy clean and friendly.

I like that the room was easy to get to. Not far from the freeway and close to my job. There was a loud couple smoking weed when I arrived. I didn't know if they lived there or if they were just too comfortable in public spaces but I wasn't sure if I would be able to relax at first. Glad they didn't ruin the experience.

Some considerations: 1) It's on a busy street, but the area felt safe. I was in a room that was in the back so didn't hear much of street noise. 2) This isn't a fancy place, but clean and worth a try. 3) There is a charge for parking, but it's much less than every other hotel I've stayed in over the past few years. I would definitely give this Best Western a try if you need a place to stay in the area!

That said, breakfast was disappointing. We went around 8:30–8:45 even though it closed at 9, and most items were empty or not refilled, so it felt like only the bare minimum was provided. The property layout also felt less secure, with open-access corridors rather than a more enclosed hotel setup. The location is not great beyond airport convenience. The blanket was very thin, and the sink being outside the bathroom was odd. Overall, it is okay only if you need a basic airport-area stay at a lower price. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

Convenient for Venice Beach and airport. Breakfast was good too. Small plunge pool… but we’re staying for convenience not swimming.

Omg. Highly recommend. This hotel was a very good unexpected surprise. The room was immaculate. Very clean. Smelled great. Very little noise. Staff was accommodating. I never saw a speck of dust. It was perfect. Within walking distance of anything you may need.

The hotel was very nice and new from the outside and inside the rooms. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Nice distance away from Sofi Stadium ( approx. 10 mins) which is why I booked my rooms here. Also as a bonus it’s down the street from a shopping center.

I needed a room last minute next to the restaurant I was doing an event at. The booking process was easy. I arrived and the girl at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. I ended up having to extend an extra night and she handled it no problem! The room was perfect, bed and pillows so good! The shower had great water pressure and the soaps and hair products were perfect. I didn't expect much as its not the best part of twon but had all I needed in a 5 min walking distance. Thank you! na

We were looking forward to the jacuzzi but unfortunately it was out of commission. We upgraded to the jacuzzi room which was great. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is well kept. Breakfast just get there early for a great variety.

Overall experience was not great but not horrible. It was a calm, quiet hotel which was nice. Lots of stores and food options close by. The room had a funky smell, hard to describe but like an old musty smell. Maybe it was the carpet, it looked dated. Pillows were awful, felt like I was sleeping on a bag of loose cotton balls. Parking spots are small and limited. Besides the smell and pillows, it was an ok experience. It was quiet and we felt safe, so that made it worthwhile. But don’t think I would stay here again.

No place to sit outside unless you wanted to sit in the middle of a parking garage. I've NEVER been to a hotel with no lobby. The lobby was a small room in the garage. No coffee/bathroom...nothing. The rooms are not cozy at all. Quite big, but with cold lighting and basic forniture. Breakfast was terrible. Plastic cutlery and paper plates. Jacuzzi was ok, but with cracked side cover. I could not feel any privacy due to thin walls and not sealed door.

It was great to find a location with 3 queen beds, since our party of four includes two big boys. The room was nice but very cramped because of the 3 beds. Hardly room to walk, and we kept bumping our shins on the bed corners. And it was soooo noisy! From the street noise to the lead-foot upstairs who kept clonking around their room above us, to the mysterious knocking that we think was the result of bad plumbing since it seemed to happen every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet or took a shower. None of us got a restful sleep over our 3 day stay. Breakfast was good if you go very early. Go late and the line is ridiculous; the eggs, sausages and potatoes are swimming in condensation that's collected over a couple hours in the warming pan; milk runs out, as does the pancake/waffle batter. That said, when we went early, everything was tasty and the fresh-made waffles were delish. Hubs really didn't like the Folgers coffee though. The location was decent, very convenient to access main roadways, and walking distance to a lot of food options. And a Starbucks right next door. It wasn't enough to make us want to return though. Sadly, the cons didn't outweigh the pros.

The room appeared clean and comfortable. The beds were especially nice and clean and the mattresses were very clean and no weird stains. The problem came when I went to shower. All the “clean” folded towels had hairs stuck in them. It was gross.

The place was kind of run down. Shower was terrible. Turned it on and water was spraying and leaking from around the rim. I came for a concert anyway so I did NOT report or make a big deal. It was just somewhere to lay my head. But Best Western gives itself a bad name with run down properties. When I want to stay somewhere nice I will always remember how this gave cheap motel vibes.

We had a suite which was nice and cosy, but there were a lot of ants on the sofa bed. We complained and they come cleaned it next day. The pool was nice and the breakfast was sufficient with a variety of options. Overall nice stay if not for the ants!

Checking in was a very smooth process. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. My stay was great. The room was nice and clean as well. Breakfast was great - the staff in the morning was very nice too. Great stay - I would come back when I’m in town.

The overalll stay was good staff were very helpful. My only problem was lack of parking. When we arrived we got a parking spot but when we came back from our outing they had no parking for us even though we had already payed for it. I knda wish they would have saved a spot. They did give me my money back for the parking and parked across the street.

I came back to the hotel from a long day at a seminar and was extremely exhausted and wanted to get to my room and rest but the key card was deactivated so I had to go back down to the lobby and talk to the front desk rep to assist.Everything else was great! The hotel is not luxurious but it’s clean and the amenities sufficed for what I was there for.

Building a bit outdated, (could use a remodel specially on carpets), Strange smell from room, maybe musty or from ac units might need maintenance, it could just be my room, not sure. But overall normal experience, I would book a room here again.

I went on vacation and when I woke up to pack my thing in my truck to get the day started with my kids my truck was gone it was stolen from the parking lot!!! There is footage of a construction worker/ taking my truck so that should be alarming it self for the staff to do something but no nothing was done have to end my kids vacation and get a rental to get back home

The breakfast was really good in the hotel staff was really nice and friendly.

I will say I was a little bothered that the parking fee was no where on either Expedia or best western thankfully it’s a small fee. it was very convenient for the concert we went too!

There’s a lot of traffic and not a lot of places to eat around the hotel. Quite a risk when you try to cross the street.

Room has strange smell and the carpets are not vacuumed. Shower wall was also very dirty looked like mucous smeared on the surface. Yuck.

I was very satisfied with the property overall, It was a bit dated but the room was clean and beds were comfortable, Overall service and front office staff were excellent, Unfortunately the included breakfast option was not very good and is in desperate need of HELP! If in the area I would definitely stay again but walk around the corner and get amazing breakfast from Pann’s!

Arriving late from a long flight, we got to the hotel and just checking in took more time than expected. The hotel is in full decay, with pot smell and chipped paint eveywhere. The room was advertised as a 2 queen, but it was a 2 double one, when we complained, they told us they "consider" the beds queen. The AC was loud and, while working, it barely cooled the bedroom, even at night when the outside temp was 64, the bedroom temp would not go lower than 76. I don't even want to speak about the crappy breakfast. We checked-out after that single night, and were not refunded the entire proportional amount of our spend, but alas, not spending another minute in that hotel was enough of a reward.

I stayed here for a concert that was being playing at the KIA Forum. It’s about 10 minutes away. It was the best hotel! Free overnight parking too!!

The inn stay was okay. The room was actually smaller than expected, but clean and met needs. Location of hotel made it somewhat of a challenge to get into due to being street front.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice. Plenty of parking was available (a fee may apply), and the hot tub was relaxing. They had vending machines and a water cooler. There were restaurants and a grocery store near by, yet the alley beside the hotel was very smelly, and the rooms near the street were not quiet as the rooms not facing the street.

I brought my family to stay so that I could take my teenage daughter to a concert she earned with hard work in school with good grades. The hotel location was perfect for being close to food, shopping and the concert venue.

We left the room around 11:30 pm the same night.My family and I wanted to come back home ..Just didn't feel safe..The room had a musky smell , but the room was clean..The pool is tiny..Very tiny..If one person is in it , then it is full..That is how small the pool was..

The wifi is free but it’s poor connection. The room key doesn’t work with the door at times… I had to get new keys for it since the door was refusing to open. Customer Service could improve a little but it wasn’t too terrible. Walls are super thin. The area was a little bit noisey. Not the hotels fault though. The breakfast was good. I wished it closed at 10am instead of 9am. Pillows weren’t the comfy. The ac was great. Mini fridge worked great. I like the self serving water station. Parking is reasonable.

It was great nice staff and clean.

My only one complaint is that it’s very loud because it’s next to a busy road. That’s just because of the location. The check-in attendant tried to find me a quiet room away from the busy road, but since I was there so early, I took a room that was close to the busy, very loud street. Thankfully, I had earplugs. Maybe having earplugs available at check-in would be a good idea. I would stay there again.

Spacious room, clean in general, small but convenient breakfast area... but running out of sausages at 7am on a Sunday...? Safe parking for $10 each night not too bad !!!

Everything went well! The room felt a little musty and humid, but other than the service was excellent and beds were extremely comfortable. Also, this hotel is in a very very busy, noisy area… just a head’s up.

I would like a refund do to the horrible living conditions during our stay. The rooms were full of smoke and we could barely breath. We let the staff know and they switched us to an even more smoked in room.

Wonderful customer service. Luckily was able to do a early check in. So grateful. Room had a a bit of a weird smell, good thing we brought a spray that smelled good to make the room smell better. Breakfast was delicious.

My room was nice and clean, large and comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee. The continental breakfast offered was just so so and the coffee machine didn't work.

The check-in process was very smooth and we were greeted with a smile by Miriam. She also called when we got to the room to make sure everything was in order. The room is very clean with great lighting and very comfortable beds. I needed some herbal tea and they made sure to bring some right to the room. I would highly recommend this property.

The breakfast. So they only give you sausage on Saturday and Sunday. So it is pretty much a high carb breakfast, barely any proteins. During a week they only give you scrambled eggs and potatoes. You can make waffles, oatmeal, cereal or have yogurt.

I liked their continental breakfast.
