Best Western Airpark Hotel - LAX Airport LA  Stadium

Terrible breakfast options, uncomfortable pillows, trouble sleeping due to the proximity with the street noise and freeway. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The pool area is only open until 9, that is so early. We would have loved to used the jacuzzi.

Stay was great! No issues. If you stay here parking is free and there is a free Buffett breakfast daily which consists of omlettes, waffles, cereals, sausage, potatoes, etc.

I had a late check in and the front desk staff was rude. He didn’t greet me he just looked at me and waited for me to speak. He didn’t tell me where my room was or what time breakfast was or checkout.

I liked the room, the breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and polite. It wasn’t that clean. I could see trash under the sink, walls dirty, a thick hair in a towel. But what bothered me most was the smell(cigarette combined with strong smell of air freshener).

First time I paid parking at Best Western and I didn’t see that on the website. The AC window unit is so loud that will wake up guest once it turns on, that needs service asap. First time I’m in a hotel with no complimentary coffee or tea. The bath tub has no handle that’ll help seniors if they lost balance. It is not a quiet setting since it’s by the main road that drivers tend to rev loud mufflers . Beds are comfortable with extra pillows.

It was cold so I didn’t get in hot tub, breakfast was ok, staff were very sweet and friendly.

Booked this place for one night since my plane was leaving soon. Place was convenient. Parking for us was easy to find since one of us has a disability. Towards the night the parking lot was full for the front only but there’s more parking to the right but it’s just too lonely there at night. This place does come with an elevator for those staying on the higher floors. We booked the king size room. It was spacious for two people with a street view and its mini fridge. Bed was okay in comfort, could be better. The bathroom was kinda small and the light switches make no sense like in all hotels but whatever. Some light didn’t work near the bed since the lightbulb went out. We also kept getting random phone calls with no one on the other end. Showering was also slightly annoying as the water didn’t drain easily

There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallways, which made it difficult to relax and get proper rest. When we reported the cigarette smell, the hotel was unable to accommodate our reservation with another room and instead only offered an odor spray, which did little to help. The pictures online were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel may be older, but the bigger issue is that it did not feel clean or properly maintained. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience.

The room had The room had a strong smell of urine. The air conditioner barely worked, and when it did turn on for a few seconds every few minutes, it gave off a strong urine odor and did not cool the room. The bed and armchairs were torn and dirty. There were stains in the shower and the toilet.

Very close to the Forum and Starbucks across the street. The bed/mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I barely slept because I was so uncomfortable. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were super flat. Luckily, it was just one night. The neighborhood is not good and it was extremely noisy from the street/traffic noise, both of which are no fault of the hotel and out of their control.

Comfortable bed, good tv, shower very good. Fridge, microwave, but no freezer, no coffee maker in room. Very good one night stay.

Dirty parking lot, elevator smelled awful, MOLDY, MUSKY smelling room. The ac smelled like feet and the ventilation was non existent. Dirty walls and shower curtain. I chose this property to stay at because of the star reviews. THEY ARE DECEIVING!! I felt bad for my family. The breakfast was great and the lady who cooks was very kind and helpful. The young man who checked us in was very rude. He did not want to be at work.

We wanted the room closer to elevator due to fact my husband was handicap and it didn't give option on rooms for that and the bathroom door had stains on top corner

This was a wonderful stay! The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is the wifi is terrible. Other than that, the hotel itself, breakfast, staff, the pool/jacuzzi, and the room were all great! Room service daily was also nice! I would stay here again! :)

The property and rooms were clean and nice my only issue is that I requested a room with a hot tub and I couldn't use the hot tub because when I ran the water it smelled like rotten eggs and the water seemed to have some type of grease on it I notified front desk but was not offered anything at all for the inconvenience.

This is a great location and noise from the adjacent freeway was not bad, however intense volume from the old and rickety AC unit coupled with the completely broken down and almost unusable mattress made for a horrific night sleep. Hotels should regularly inspect their mattresses to ensure they are still decent - the mattress we had was so broken down that if you didn’t lie in the absolute center, you slid off the sides and even in the middle it was lumpy and uneven. No one should ever have to sleep on a mattress like that at a hotel.

I like the property. The breakfast was pretty tasteful. The staff was pretty nice right across the street from Roscoe chicken and it’s also a gas station right across the street. I’ll give it a three out of five only thing I didn’t like about it was the room was kind of small

On arrival there was no one to great us to check us in. 3 families had to wait to around a half an hour to just check in. Breakfast food ran out of some items, 2 of the four days we stayed there. Bath towels were not changed during our stay.

The property looks better in the pictures. I understand it’s a Best Western in Inglewood. The area was safe but loud (right off the freeway). There were people hanging out outside if the rooms some cleary didn’t stay there. Housekeeping was great and the room was clean. Didn’t have the breakfast offered. The staff was nice and attentive.

Stayed for a concert, so I didn’t need much from my room. The hotel room was clean and staff were great. However, the door to my hotel room felt a little unsafe and exposed and noise from the street was a bit much but overall got what I needed for my brief trip.

Stayed to go to Kia forum for concert. Was convenient for Uber pick up and drop off and close to the freeway. Hotel was clean. Room was nice and bed was super comfortable. Shower pressure was good as well. Had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was awesome! Overall would stay here again if another concert comes up!

This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Although not the fault of the hotel, I heard motorcycles and cars all night long. The employee taking care of breakfast, however, was friendly and helpful.

We tried to ignore the smell, but it was simply intolerable. We left. Pissed that any hotel calling itself smoke free would offer something like that.

Great location for Sofi stadium. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was ant night. Overall the property is dated but it was just what we needed for the night.

9/10, the only problem was that the elevator smelled bad on the inside. Everything else was fantastic: kind staff, great condition of room, fast/convenient check in and check out, and good free continental breakfast.

Property itself is not very up to date, but it was clean enough. (I recommend wiping down/sanitizing frequently used surfaces ANYWAY, but everyone is different.) There’s no onsite gym, which is disappointing. Otherwise, if you need to be in close proximity to the airport and the stadiums for a VERY short trip, it works. Also, bed was rock hard, but it makes getting back to your domicile that much more rewarding. Will not return to this property for my next stay, but I did enjoy Inglewood. 🙂

The pictures of the “hotel” and property are very deceiving. It looks gorgeous in the pictures & that is not the case in person. It isn’t a hotel- it’s a motel. We checked in & checked out an hour later. The sheets had stains, the room stunk, and it was overall just very dirty. Very noisy area. We could also smell weed from other guests.

I was on a business trip and needed to get some rest but that wasn’t attained, never again staying at this location

There was a group of 12 of us, very convenient to where we were going and very comfortable.

Nice room. Too much noise from the free way at around 2am, cars speeding noise for about 1hour. Other than that, it’s great.

When I can in lady was rude the fees are ridiculous for what I’m already paying. Not even 5 min after 11 was our room barged after we was trying to leave.

I have stayed at this property numbers of times on my travel and they have always been so courteous and kind. They keep the rooms clean when I’m not there and it makes my stay very comfortable no stress.

when we arrived, the person checking us in was kind of rude. he tried to give me trouble regarding a deposit, because i had a card without a chip. i had no other viable options in the moment. when we got into our room, the table was dirty, and the walls in the bathroom definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while. it was pretty gross, and the room overall was just... meh.

I liked the distance to the airport car rental, having breakfast. I didn't like the smell of the room and the fact it was not clear you have to pay for the parking.

Spent the weekend the breakfast was good just be there before they close in the morning but our room was spacious if you get a room make sure your window is overseeing the freeway tho it can get noisy but we enjoyed the hot tub it was private and romantic

You can tell the building is old but it’s been very well maintained and definitely has some modern additions to complement its character and charm. The room we had was huge, clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast room is small and quaint but great selection for a continental breakfast. Super close to LAX and all the car rental lots which made it very convenient and we surprisingly didn’t find it noisy at all.

Nice property and relatively close to the airport. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy, but not dangerous. Some noise from multiple sirens of emergency vehicles rushing to the nearby freeways, but that's to be expected.

Upon arriving, the location looked decent. Located next to the high way, which was very convenient. The check in receptionist was very courteous and polite, making the check in process smooth. The door layout to the room was very strange. One entrance to 2 doors to 2 separate rooms. You'll understand what i mean when you get there. I didnt like it. The bathroom was very dirty. There were hair in the shower, tooth paste on the wall by the ligh switch, poop stain in the toilet. I highly doubt it was cleaned prior to me checking in. The room itself wasnt the cleanness either. The small wall light next the the bed had a weird stain on it, with particles. Looked like puke that was never cleaned. Overall, i dont think ill ever book here again. 1 star for the check in receptionist, and another star for location.

Mixed feelings about this place. Room smelt like smoke and it was supposed to be non smoke, the toilet didn’t flush well sometimes, if you end up on the side of the freeway, it’s noisy during busy hours of course, not sure about other sections of the hotel. Could have been worse and didn’t want to bother the staff since we were only staying for a night. Overall , it probably depends on the specific room you end up with. The staff are really nice and helpful though, thank you!

Conveniently located to the Forum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in process and check out were easy and fast. Breakfast was plentiful. Doors and elevator open to the outside. When we got off the elevator to leave for a concert, there was a prostitute in a G-string hanging out in the parking lot. Very close to famous Randy’s donuts so stop there for sure. Not a lot of options for takeout, but there is a Domino’s close by that delivers.

Clean and nice hotel

Ideal hotel to stay for one night. We stayed here as it was convenient for the Kia forum and our flight from lax the morning after. We had no car so not convenient if you want to walk out for something to eat as we didn't feel safe. Pool area was locked so we couldn't access. Night staff very rude and just couldn't help bothered.

Everything about the hotel is great, but the clientele around the hotel is a different story. Loud traffic and people outside. It was a great location though for SoFi Stadium.
