u need to deposit your government ID to use their luggage bell cart, even after u checked in. parking is a bit of walk, but no complaints there. there are on-site spa and sauna services, but cost triple the price. pool has good view, but not clean. full of bugs and leaves on water surface. not sure why they don’t have any net cover the trees or pool to make it a bit less dirty. is ok to those who don’t care about price and love PGA golf. otherwise, will have to find a better one.

The new receptionist was very polite and very helpful. His knee but she sounded like a pro like if he’s been there for a while. Everything was awesome

I’ve stayed there before and this stay was slightly different than the last one. I didn’t have hot water in the shower, it was barely warm enough. Also from this room you could hear the pipes draining, I’m assuming from whenever toilets in the above floors were flushed. Other than that, it’s a nice place and will still book in the future.

There is no room service and the staff at the restaurant were very rude. Also there was no bellman to help with luggage.

I didn't use the spa, Breakfast choices were adequate. I definitely would recommend the Wagu hamburger at Reds restaurant.

The room was gross. There was makeup egg on the mirror, hair all over the floor, and the showerhead was crusty. There was a constant banging from the elevators. The staff came to our room at 9:00am, and when asked to return later as we were just waking up, they never returned. There was two beds, and the second one had black residue on the sheets. We couldn’t sleep due to the A/C clicking all night long and the elevator constantly noisy. I will be asking for a refund. The staff was rude when we asked for some coffee and fresh towels.

Staff were all very friendly and kind. We were checked in right away and given great recommendations! The hotel overall is huge and views of the golf course and cities from our balcony are fantastic! The only downside were the room amenities and the condition of the room. Although very clean, the rooms/building seems to be older. The bathroom drains very slow, there’s cracks on the bathtubs, no microwave available and our fridge was barely cold. So we just spent our days out and about. But the room was overall okay. We would stay here again.

We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway.

The front desk was so nice, and valet also , they even helped get my luggage to my room, only thing is I was out on second floor 😫 all day was hearing the sound of a trash truck! And a cleaning machine they had going right under my room , also the pool cleaning guy was very rude when I went to the pool in the morning, and the waiter from the red restaurant was also vey judgy and rude, so it was a 50/50 while some were so helpful and nice others were a little rude . Over all it was an amazing view , such nice views everywhere u walk, pool , restaurant, garden or simply out of ur balcony. I willl definitely go back, just will be rude back to does workers that seem to hate being there and get bothered by customers

Trash outside around the south door trash containers was not picked up for two days. It blew around and made a big mess.

I have lived in the San Gabriel Valley for over 50 years and i never stayed at the resort. I have golfed dozens of times but never stayed. It was the perfect staycation . Property is well kept and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I will visit again .

On Sunday morning, I went to the Red bar/restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go before heading to the hot tub. A female host approached me, and when I asked for coffee, she directed me to go outside to the golf course snack shack instead of assisting me at the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, another staff member, Rogelio, stepped in and kindly offered to help. When I asked him for a coffee to go, he responded promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service. I appreciate the help from Michael and Rogelio; my experience with other staff members was disappointing and inconsistent with what I expect from a resort of this caliber.

I would recommend if it's in the budget to have coffee in the lobby next to the check in or the water

The room was incredibly dirty. The shower/tub didnt drain properly and the dirty water from the pipes would pool in the tub itself, so you couldnt really shower or take a bath properly. Also, there were bed bug stains on the bed!

The hotel was good. The restaurant was mediocre. The drinks were good, but expensive. The hotel needs a gift shop. The employees at the Snack Shack were not very customer oriented.

The aircon vent making a terrible sound. It was hard to have a restful sleep. This is our second time staying at this place, and we had the same issue. Please fix your AC vent issues or make it known the public before they book.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi. We golfed 2 days and enjoyed the golf course.

Room was very nice. Grounds are nice. Restruant is lovely, but food unimpressive. Chilaquiles are not at all good. Chef should remove from.menu, or visit a mexican place to see what is expected.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. Dante, our server at the Red Restaurant, was attentive, helpful, and consistently ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The Pacific Palms Resort is more than a Hotel and Golf Course. It is an Experience. We kept being surprised and amazed all weekend long by the Room, the Spa, Restaurant, Pool, Hot Tub, Golfing, the Amazing Views, Sunrises, Sunsets and the Excellent Staff. We couldn't ask for a better time. Thanks to Michael, Christian and Justin to name a few.

I stayed at 5th floor #510. There was heavy noise interrupted me whole night long. It’s the first time I encountered this situation. I guess this room faces to the south! Wonderful time very nice The hot tub Jets weren’t working and the pool is a little bit cooler, but it was a wonderful stay. The staff was terrific and we were there for not such wonderful event, but we stayed there because we were going to a celebration of life and it was just enough time for us to regroup and meditate a golfer so it was a perfect place for my husband and I to be thank you very much

The room had many problems. Only one nightstand. Only one chair. We both got several flea bites. Not enough towels. Put out do not disturb sign yet each morning we got knocks on the door. This has become our family’s go-to hotel for the stunning views, excellent dining, and the relaxing heated pool and jacuzzi. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a hectic work week—we always leave feeling truly refreshed. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the amenities are exactly what we need, including well-stocked toiletries so there’s no need to bring extras. Room service is prompt and efficient, making the stay even more enjoyable. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a mile from the resort. We will definitely be back.

No breakfast to choose when did booking. Since everything was soo outdated and didn't see other guests. We were reluctant to having breakfast at hotel.

The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond for us. They remembered our drink orders, changed out the oil in their frier for our gluten intolerant friends even though she told them they didn't have too, they also delivered food to us by the fire pit when they were off work because the restaurant was completely booked for Thanksgiving. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

They chnaged me to a different room which was next to a loading dock. All i heard was trucks and door slams start at 5am. When i mentioned it at the frokt desk. All they said we apologize. No compensation, whatsoever.

The only issue I had with this hotel is the food. I feel for what they are charging it should be better quality. Other than that this hotel is beautiful.

The sheets were dirty and had red stains & when they were informed they only brought other sheets that smelled horrible. The fridge was not working at all and they brought another that remained hot not once did it cool.

We were there for the races at industry hills speedway and this was the recommended spot. Very close to the track. It’s was clean, staff was wonderful, we had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. We will be staying there again…

Noise on Saturday night until 3:00am

Needed a 2nd night booked because i never got a response about my early check in request. Grounds and location were perfect for our stay. Annoyed that there was an obvious water glood (broken sprinkler or something) in parking lot. We were hoping over puddles of water to get to our car each day. Not to mention the waste of water in general. Beds (2 doubles) could be more comfortable. Rooms need some renovations or face lifts. Overall we still really enjoyed the grandness and se lution of the resorts location considering the rougher neighborhoods that surround it. Staff was good. Valley guy or person at the parking podium could have been a little more attentive and taken initiative to approach me as i pulled up. Really wish you offerred room service. Instead of requiring me to order then go down to pick up my food... we will still be back considering all this. Just feedback.

I mean the room was OK. I mean nothing to write home about. They just had the lawnmower was going early in the morning which woke us up super early like at 4 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday and then again on Monday so it’s just poor management. I guess it would be and then I made two separate reservations which on Friday when I first checked in, they were supposed to put together and I had to go back downstairs and they had to redo my deposit all over again. It was just a big headache

The view from the pool was lovely but there was no WiFi down there, which was a little disappointing - again for the cost and the high standard of this hotel, I would have expected. But overall a really lovely stay and we were wowed by the views!

Room was clean, bathroom had a ring around the tub and it didn’t drain very well when taking a shower. Beds are small more like twin size not doubles or full.

Blow dryer didn’t work and I requested another one which we never got . There was some crazy noise by other tenants the first night that sounded like people were hitting walls and slamming the doors (kinda scary). And our air conditioner in our room was extremely loud every time it came on . The Reds restaurant was very nice !

It was a beautiful stay but not where I fell coming out of the registration do to slippery conditions

The comfort of the bed was horrible. It was super firm, I could feel the springs, the pillows were flat and more like throw pillows stuffed in an oversized pillow case. I woke up with stiff neck and no sleep. When I told the front desk, they said we will notify management and I should have called last night, I wasn’t going to move my stuff at 1am in the morning. I went down to get some water for my coffee maker and I was referred to the coffee shack, I asked another staff and they gave me a glass of water. They said upon check in complimentary breakfast starts at 7am, I went down and they said I need a voucher from the front desk. It wasn’t worth me going back up. I had a funeral to attend at 9am. For the $185/night, it wasn’t worth it! I should have booked at the comfort in and saved $100 bucks.

However, the worst part was the security issue. Keys are not required to go up and down to the rooms. On the evening of 9/13 (or morning of 9/14) at 3:00 a.m., I woke up to someone opening our door. We quickly reacted and called the front desk. Security came up and informed us that they didn't know who it would be but that it "might" be maintenance or security. We never got a confirmation. In the morning, when I reported it to the front desk, that receptionist said word for word "Oh, that's weird...". Once I escalated the issue, I was told that I never informed the hotel. This is a HUGE safety issue. Right before they entered our room, I also heard a scream from another room which makes me think that someone else had the same experience.

There was no service or help from staff. I was charged $320 for deposit and an additional $220 for the night stay. Unreal! I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned to my account. I called to ask for help but management will not return my call or just ignore my complaints. Never ever doing this again

The barking dog next door was disruptive to my creative work. Strong marijuana smell in the hallway was problematic, too.

A relaxing / secluded resort in the middle of Los Angeles County. You won’t believe a place like this exists until you’re there. Amenities are fantastic and the service is great. Relax at the pool, play a round of golf, enjoy some great food/drinks at the Red restaurant. Perfect for a getaway. The view of San Gabrielle Valley is exceptional.

Everything was good except my room had mold in the tub area. 2nd they made my guest wait over an hour for check in when they already added her from the previous day. Last, the hot tub has way too much chlorine in it. Took 2-3 showers to completely wash it off. Pet friendly with dogs but you can’t leave your dog alone in the room to dine out. What’s the point of that? It’s better to get a babysitter instead of paying them the pet fee. It was lame on those parts but other than that. It was good!

This place is really nice overall. Staff was really friendly and helpful, very clean, room was very comfortable, the onsight restaurant had good food, and spa was great definitely recommend. Little things that i had issues with was the tv in the room was too small, the jacuzzi in the pool area didnt really work, and the toilet in my room would get stuck and make alot of noise. Was still a great stay and would come back again.

The property is quiet, secluded , reasonable , lush and safe. It’s been there for a while and it’s mature vegetation and landscape is nice. Nice little getaway close!

1. Bathroom Showerhead too less water, can’t stop water from bottom faucet 2. Bed quilt and pillows too simple, unlike luxury bed.

The roims were dated and didnt feel clean.. I expected more.

The beds were very small..it advertised as queen beds but the were in fact full size beds and there is no microwave onsite no where. The down escalator didn't work. The view from my room was gorgeous. The resort itself is very nice. The banquet and ballrooms were very spacious. The staff was very helpful and Friendly

Terrible check-in experience, rude staff and lackadaisical management. Extremely dated hotel, rooms are basic and worn with extremely uncomfortable beds and cheap bedding. There is only one small, shallow pool for over 200 rooms, and two golf courses. Parking was free, thankfully.

I’ve been coming here for years now. I bring my family staycations and for solo getaway. They have redone the pool area and in my humble opinion did not use the space to the best possible capacity. The pool is now only 3ft 6in deep. Total bummer. And they’ve taken away what seems to be at least half of the seating/lounges and tables? We had to sit on our towels laid on top of the concrete. But they did leave the beautiful rock waterfall

The room a bit outdated but the biggest problem I had was the noise in the room. Could barely get to sleep. Every time someone turned a shower you could here it loud running water go through walls. Same with the ac vent. When I tried to check in I was denied even though I was the only person checking in. When I came back later still only person I was given a room that I feel they knew had these issues. I got the feeling this was done because I booked through Expedia and got their rates. Not sure. Nice and safe but staff at reception could be nicer and more accommodating. When I mentioned all the noise no real response.
