It was no better than any other place that we have stayed. Even though it was more than we were expecting to pay. The bathroom faucet was not stable. The air conditioner was off so we had to wait. No coffee was available and the doors were locked. We didn't see any other customers. We have been there without any problems.

Parking was decent considering a busy festival weekend, staff was very professional and accommodating, air conditioning was amazing kept the room cool the whole time

The room’s hot water did not work, and the staff was very kind when I alerted them about this. There was free drip coffee in the lobby. Convenience to music festival was primary to me - easy 3 mile bike ride was so nice on my last night of the festival instead of camping.

Room was okay, anyway we only had to sleep in for the night as we are on our way to Arizona, the stay was okay, no problems - it was quiet, clean and service was also okay. None.

Room layout was great. Having a fridge and small kitchenette was a bonus. The property is dated.

We visited during the Indian Wells tournament week, so this property offered the best value compared to some of the outrageous prices we saw being charged at others. The room was filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty, there were papers/wrappers behind the side table, and there were blood stains on the shower curtain. We certainly were not expecting a fancy hotel stay, but proving a clean room is the bare minimum.
