Staff were very friendly and helpful. The art is the highlight of the hotel.

Great property with helpful staff.

Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!
-
Room, staff all very good No restaurant is a big miss as wrong side of town if you dont want to go out. Breakfast pretty poor choice if want a healthy non sugery breakfast!. Parking charges pretty high, adding 25% to paying car park direct is a bit much!

My first time staying at...

We had a great night. The bar was so fun and the staff was great!
-
Convenient to my venue. Phone careers in the room did not work properly. Shower head was reported to staff as not functioning properly, air condition unit blows directly on the person in bed. Construction and chemicals ruined my overall stay. Fans and string smelling chemicals on floor three, staff used fans to blow the air from the glue on the baseboards.

A great staff!

The hotel was clean and nice. It was within walking distance of Gainbridge. The check in staff wasn’t very friendly and they didn’t disclose how much the incidental fee was when they charged my card. The bed was a little too firm.

Check in wasn't until 6 pm, even though we had called ahead and were assured we would get a room at 4, no apology given. Everything about the room is mediocre. Its a basic room with pretty wall paper. House keeping barged into my room at 830 in the morning. No knock. Thankfully I was already awake. I will never stay again. I would recommend everyone else to look elsewhere.

This place blew me away. The art in the hotel, the modern room, restaurants on site and within walking distance, Staff was overly friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Indianapolis. We walked to our concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Somewhat pricey, as all area hotels were jacked up due to events going on but this one wasn't as high as others and I know it was the better hotel. We just fell in love with it! There was nothing. It was great!

We didn't register for a handicap accessible room, however that is what we received. It was "not" my first preference to have this type of room. It is VERY frustrating that we I use any of the online websites to book hotel rooms we are ALWAYS placed in these types of rooms at the same rate as those that have a standard room. This was the only issue that I had. I wish there was a way to make sure we were NOT GIVEN this type of room.

Perfect location

Very clean. Staff were excellent! Very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to some good eateries as well as Lucas Oil Stadium.
-
We were only there for one night and didn’t get to explore the hotel or use any amenities. The rooms were clean and updated and the beds were very comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the bar/restaurant.. Just the fact that it seemed higher in price because we were in town for a concert.

The coffee in the lobby was excellent, beds were comfortable and felt luxurious, dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The service was a bit slow, but the food was wonderful

The whole staff is very attentive, very friendly when you stay you have to spend time in the bar (Plat 99) as the drinks and staff are great!
