First time staying at this location but it won’t be our last. The location, staff, restaurant & bar & most importantly, the room itself were all wonderful.

Very nice and comfortable Staff wasn't great relative to similar hotels in area. They were short with explainations. I parked in garage and they added parking into my hotel hill which is fine. However, they didn't inform me to use my room key to exit garage. I held up traffic and had to go back inside for them to say “oh yeah..you need a room key.” First time there, so I wasn't aware.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was great, sone of the best customer service I’ve received in years. Having the FedEx and Starbucks on site was a big pls. The food at Dean’s was awesome

According to Google, the property had a pool & hot tub which we were looking forward to. We found out after arrival, it was no longer there. Big disappointment

Lovely, fresh decor, modern without being minimalistic. Room was clean and very nice. Staff were app nice and helpful and very welcoming. The Lift and Vine has great coffee and snack options! This was a delightful place to stay! Highly recommend!

check in could not originally find my reservation but finally did. using wifi was horrible as i had to call desk to log in. i entered everything correctly but their last name requirement read with a first name as part of the last name. overall not good for a j w. bell men were very good. valet. could not respond to my request as my request on phone got kicked back. bellman had to request.

We paid for deluxe room to have a good night and we couldn’t sleep at all…very bad noise all night like somethings was broken in next room ..
