The Americas Best Value Inn/ in Indianapolis/ Indiana/ is a two story exterior corridor design. Our charming and affordable facility offers 60 spacious guest rooms. We are close to restaurants/ businesses/ and local landmarks. All our guest rooms are furnished with high-speed internet access/ satellite TV/Microwave/Mini-Fridge/ complimentary local calls/ and wakeup service. Iron and ironing boards are available at the front desk upon request. Pets are allowed-charges apply. We also have guest fax and copy facilities. The bed was hard as a rock, the blankets on both beds had stains and burn holes in them. The tub was painted, hiding rust and stains. The toilet paper holder was rusted and falling apart. People were screaming outside of my room in the middle of the night. Not a good place to stay

AC worked amazing especially in this heat. There were burn marks on the sink though, mold on the bathroom ceiling and no fitted sheets on the beds other then that our stay was great! Staff was amazing and efficient, property was well maintained and neighbors kept to themselves.

Most disgusting room I ever booked in my life room had mowed in it. It stunk all on the outside. The parking is horrible is potholes in the parking lot. They didn’t have any refrigerators or microwaves in the room. There was mowed all on the wall. The tub was chipped all up it stink on the outside and the inside zero out of 10 would not recommend.

This hotel is so poorly maintained every thing is old and looks unclean. I didn’t want to take a shower there when I walked in the room in had an old nasty smell to it sheets had cigarette burns on them ugh never again

Bathroom was very dirty, Low water pressure, Not in best neighborhood, Needs lots of upgrades. Beds were comfortable .

Unfortunately, the location needs major upgrades as it’s really aged. Although, they did come fix the lighting and you can tell they are trying, but when you have guests that don’t take care of your property it makes it challenging.

The area is unsafe peopel live in this motel, room was dirty, microwave with gunk, tub dirty worst place ever like third world country why does hotel offer this left the the motel aa soon as I saw room do not room. No refund or anything. Glad airbnb had somsthing available.

Don't stay here. Gave me a room that had never been cleaned after last tenant. Found a drug needle after it was cleaned. Disgusting, filthy, dirty.

Was not as pictured. Ran down and unsafe area to stay. Paint pilling from the building not all doors would close. Random people hanging around outside.

The rooms were filthy . Didn’t have clean towels and wash cloths when I asked for more. Customer service was terrible .. never again!

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Pictures on hotels.com have to be from a different motel.

They staff was friendly, the sign says check in at 4 not 3 as hotels com says. The room was filthy, there were bugs in the room, the sink wasn't connected to the counter top, the toilet wasn't connected to the floor causing dirty water to come out when you flushed it. I left after a few hours and just went to another hotel.

Food from a previous person was left in the fridge. There were also multiple cockroaches present.

The only thing that describes it is (Nasty) i still had to pay. Unbelievable that this happens and i cant get a refund. Never will i use this again
