This place is an absolute dump. I don’t know that the room was cleaned at all before we checked in. There was peanut butter smeared on the phone cord on the bed side table. The shower was filthy. The bathroom is so small the sink is outside of it and you can’t close and open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. Free breakfast said it was offered but when I went to the desk to ask where breakfast was served he pointed to a small table next to a coffee maker and looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was so stunned by the rudeness I left before even mentioning how disgusting my room was. Staff is unhelpful and rude. While waiting at the desk to ask where breakfast was located another guest was checking in and the woman checking them in accepted a phone call on her cell phone while checking them in. On top of how filthy it was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was old and rock hard with three pillows, an Odd amount for a room that sleeps 2. There was absolutely nothing positive about this stay.

Staff was very nice and patient The hotel had been completely sold out since 10-12 hours before I ever placed my reservation. So I wasn't able to even get a room at this property

Nothing Rude staff. Staff couldn't give you directions how to get to the room. The full size refrigerator room hummed like a freaking jet plane air conditioning was even louder the other tenants were loud room was dirty got for morning for your continental breakfast there was nothing there check out stuff with rude

Was told 267$ for the weekend we rented 2 rooms after we got there and checked in we were told 100$ deposit. When we got ready to leave asked about the refund on rooms 1of the workers said would get money back by end of day. I checked balance the next morning no refund. I called and then they said it takes 5 days for the refund

The room smelled like cat urine and cigarettes, the basin leaked water on the floor when I washed my hands or face. $100 deposit when checking in that was not mentioned at time of booking

That I booked for days they cancelled the reservation so they could charge me full amount . Thinking I was fully paid up was leaving for work lady comes up to me all mad cause it was 230 in afternoon mind u same lady that checked me in saying I didn't pay which I informed her again I told u when I checked in I had reservation for 7 days at this rate threw booking and had already paid for the week. Her response was it was cancelled cause I didn't show up for my reservation. I asked her if I had cancelled then how did I have a room that u yourself checked me into got no response other than how was I gonna take care of the bill basiclly had no choice to pay for the day so I could get to work on time checked out the next day.

It was gross... Couldn't walk on the floor with my shoes off I felt disgusting after I showered didn't feel I got clean because the bottom of the tub felt like it had cleaner and dirt in it. Could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the floors

I was supposed to check in Friday afternoon before a shift at a festival in the area. I had already paid in full for my 2 night stay. Checkin was at 3 and i had to be to work by 2. They would not allow me to check in even an hour early unless i paid a fee of $50. I also asked to use a restroom before i left for work and the person working said there was not one avaliable. No lobby hotel bathroom for paying guests? After work i was locked outside due to keys not working and there was no one at the desk. So i stood outside the office door for ten minutes before the receptionist showed up to help. The room was filthy. Blood splattered on the ceiling, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldnt drain, and the floors were disgusting and clearly not cleaned at all. I am very upset with this hotel and hope that there can be some kind of refund or a future room added to my account. The amount of problems i had with this hotel was absurd.

Parking was easy but not scure. Breakfast was not for you get a muffin and coffee. The place looked run down.

TV HDMI port wasn’t even working. Couldn’t hookup anything to the tv. Roaches beating me to my food. Unclean. Unclean. Lied about the tv. Place was disgusting.
