Faucets were loose in the shower and sink, smell of dirty body, very dirty floors and walks, noise in halls didn’t stop until after 11pm!

The bed was not very comfortable and the water wasn't very hot for showers. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Not bad for a quick one night trip but not great for a longer stay.

Outdated, the bathroom door knob was broken door wouldn’t stay closed. Toilet wasn’t working properly. Tub/shower wouldn’t turn off fully it dripped. The hotel smelled because of the ability to cook in the rooms not a good ventilation in rooms. Things we did like were the nice size fridge and the kitchen setup. The staff were extremely friendly.

Overall, very good stay at this Candlewood Suites. Staff was exceptional, even got a phone call at 8:45 pm the first night asking if everything was satisfactory. They probably should make those phone calls a little sooner, as that maybe annoying to someone that goes to bed early. Rooms were clean. Only two complaints, the bathtub faucet dripped all the time, and the fire alarm (false) went off the second night. Other than that, very good stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well. However, the WiFi sucked. Also, I checked in on a Friday and there was no maid service until the following Friday. An entire week with no maid service. I will likely not stay there again due to the undependable WiFi.

This is a no frills, extended-stay hotel. No breakfast is provided and there weren't any perks provided (bottled water, etc.) My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The problem I encountered was with the staff, or better said, staffing. When I arrived for my check-in, there was a "Be right back" sign at the desk. Not something you want to see after a long day of travel. When the desk clerk finally returned she was clearly overwhelmed, apparently from multiple guest requests and her being the only employee on site to assist. She was doing it all, and it was very apparent to hotel quests. I'm sorry, but this shouldn't happen. Management needs to have enough employees on site to support guest needs. As for me, I won't stay at this hotel again. There are too many better options in the Indi Greenwood area.

On my last night I slipped and fell in the bathroom, taking down the shower curtain. I informed the front desk and Belinda was nice about it and told me she would credit my account with “a bunch of points “. This never happened. If someone tells me they are going to do something, they should follow up!
