Japan has many older hotels from the 80s/90s with the usual wear and tear. This one does a good job keeping up standards though there is some aging. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Room was great with fresh tatami and plenty of bedding. Free bikes for wandering. Laundry dryers were very effective. Would stay again. No complaints

The room was clean and easy to access, The staff was very friendly, and breakfast tickets were provided free of cost. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. There were only enough amenities for 1 person even though it was booked for 2 people. We requested extra amenities and they brought them to our rooms.

The breakfast is all Japanese-style. The room I stayed is tatami inside. I felt good.

Room was big, public bath was nice, excellent food selection at breakfast, close to supermarkets, staff were awesome. Not the hotels issue but I find the futon mattresses uncomfortable. I booked it, I live with it. We had a vehicle and you really need one to get around.
