Nothing I booked online and got a confirmation email. When I called, nobody picked. Someone was rejecting the call and when they called me back, the lady said they were fully booked

They cancelled my booking on arrival when I was very tired on 12hours trip from abroad without informing me. They gave out the room and claimed they were fully booked. The staff looked untrained and unprofessional. I can allow my enemies to book such places . Staff looked untrained and unprofessional.

Its a pleasant and quiet location. No disturbance whatsoever its you and your time in there. However it can be better in terms of cleanliness ; the bathroom tiles would be better off scrubbed. Other than that i had a good stay. i had a minor accident while climbing the stairs, it gave me a cut. I requested for a first aid box if they had so i could administer some first aid to my wound. Unfortunately they dint have. It would be great to have a first aid box in such a place. On a final note, i feel the facility view their custormer from the lens of some of their unruly customers. I requested for a glass cup but they said they cant give me one and instead gave me a disposable red cup. I inquired why and they said because customers end up breaking them. Other than these few limitations , i had a pleasant stay.

The location is nice Close to a lot of things One of the staff constantly kept asking me for money to the point that she called my room at 7am asking if she could come to collect money. The food was also bad! I ordered pepper soup and the salt was so much. They also kept having rolling black outs, their gen kept having issues, there were hours without light. The bathroom sink needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
