The staff were okay. The room was not clean and too small. The towels wasn't enough. How can a guest be given just one towel. That's terrible.

They have excellent and dedicated staffs who are always willing to help ? and breakfast were great ?. The rooms are like cubicles with old furnishings that needs upgrade. The bathroom smells like mould. The towels are brownish white and wasn't great. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade of facilities.

The breakfast was my best experience ?. The variety of choice available and the helpfulness of the staff was commendable. The room temperature was very comfortable. I noticed that the shower room in room 333 locks one in and can only be opened from the outside. This could be distressing for someone on their own. The telephone contact number on booking.com for the property wasn't operational.

The location is good. Not far from the airport. Well secured. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I was told i had to pay extra 1000 naira for a bottle of water to be delivered to me in the room. I don't see the reason why you should charge 1000 naira for a bottle of 75cl water and then an extra 1000 naira for room service within the same premise. It doesn't make sense.

Breakfast was good The facility is getting old, the walkway to the rooms smell damp and the energy saving automatic lights are not effective.
