On arrival I was told the price changed by Expedia was not right and had to pay double the fee; no lifts, the stairscase handle fell and hit me when climbing the stairs. The staff not enthusiastic at all and food was not great

We'd also had a booking at another Presken in VI just in case, and they couldn't even find that booking despite the fact that it was done directly on their site not a third party site. When they eventually found it, they called to say they had no rooms available! I wanted to try and give the Presken hotels 1 more try, thinking maybe a different facility would be better but it's like every one of their hotels has the same training in incompetence! The actual previous stays I had at Presken Waters and Presken Signature were equally bad. - Only 1 towel given but you have 2 people in the roo

They had no room to give me when I arrived at the hotel even when the booking has been confirmed and paid for

The hotel was clean. Spmeone kept door on my door asking if I ordered for food up to three times for different request. Looks like they are confused or on aware who is ordered from who's home. First the was not aware if l worked and if payment as been made. After repeating confirmation reception. I to my card payment before we offered the room.
