No cleaning during all 4 nights of stay No change of towel No water in the morning on 2 separate days (since someone forgot to fill the tank) causing delays in getting ready for office Breakfast is not prepared in the hotel. It’s sourced from outside and someone will serve it in the room whenever it’s available (no fix timing). No breakfast on checkout date since the guy responsible for breakfast was sleeping.

The Location. Staff were good to respond Toilet was totally unclean. Toilet seat was broken. Wall tiles were totally dirty including the tap. Cockroaches are found everywhere in all sizes in the toilet. Windows are very dirty. Bad odour. The sink was also very unclean and dirty. Flow of water was not good

We had a consistently delightful experience. The concierge team was exceptionally prompt and fulfilled our requests on time. The staff was remarkably courteous, especially the front office team, who were always available to assist us. The overall ambience was truly enjoyable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We encountered no noteworthy issues.

It is very good option for the railway traveller. Bus stand is also nearby. A limited parking space but managable. Room is slightly compact but managable for two. Room is equiped with the basic & required amenities. Bed is of Queen size. Breakfast is having limited items but taste good
