Breakfast was good people were nice. Eating area appears clean. Our room door didn't close or lock had to wait for them to call someone to fix it. Used a door to the pool and it fell off its hinges. Told the staff and they said they will get it later. One of our pillows smelled like BO.

Limited parking. Had to wait for my room Housekeeping was behind!!! Had to pay another $25.00 for check in fee. Won’t use Expedia again. Will go straight to the hotel website. Not happy with the extra money to spend.

We arrived around 12 and our room wasn't ready which was fine since we didn't do the early check-in. We were just trying to leave our luggage in our room so things wouldn't melt in the car. When we made it back around 10:45 pm there was a baseball team running around the lobby. When I checked in I asked the lady there what floor the washer and dryer where on. She let me know they were on the 2nd floor. When I went down there 30 minutes later there was a sign on the door stating the washer and dryer were out of order. That would have been helpful to know 30 minutes ago when I asked about them. The beds squeaked/made a noise every time we moved and the baseball team was running up and down the hallways at 11:15pm. The lady at the front desk told me when I was checking in that the baseball team was very rowdy so I know she knew that they were causing issues. Then breakfast didn't start until 7 on Sunday and we had to be at the fields by 7 so we didn't get to get anything other than the rotten apple and orange juice. My husband took a drink and little threw up right there when he tried the orange juice. I had the apple juice and spit it out as soon as I tasted it. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites when we travel but this was by far one of the worse experiences we have had at one and we travel A LOT for club soccer!

I arrived late to the hotel (4 am) due to a flight delay. I had already listed late arrival on my initial reservation.

The staff was fabulous but everything seemed to be “out of service”. Elevator was out of service so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, hot tub was out of service the whole week, and the outside door key cards were out of servic so we had to walk around every trip.

We had 2 use the stairs because the elevator was out of order

Staff was amazing! Doordash driver didn't bring me plasticware and the front desk brought me some to my room when I called to ask if they had any! I was super grateful because I was already in my pajamas. Very sweet lady working the breakfast area in the morning that I had a lovely conversation with. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing stay!

nice and clean. would have been nice to know it was behind Home Depot who loads and unloads their trucks early and while they use a forklift you hear the beep beep beep as it backs up. As well as it would have been nice to know you're right by the railroad tracks and can listen to the train go by as it honks it's horn also.

This really is s great little hotel. The first year we stayed I think it was brand new. It’s showing some wear and tear now but they really are trying to stay on top of. We had one year we weren’t happy, not major issues but little things that should have been addressed. We’ve been back twice since then and it’s been great both times.

Plenty of parking, everything was very clean, breakfast hours were 7-10 am which is better than the other hotels I’ve been too because when you are on vacation you want to sleep in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. I highly recommend it. We will be going back as soon as we can, even just for just an overnight stay.

My room was located near the first floor exit, and people were coming in and out all night. The door to the room was not hung properly leaving space around the edges to see into the room. The occupants of the room above mine were extremely noisy all night long. I made numerous calls to the front desk but it made no difference. Upon request, I was finally issued a partial refund for that night's stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Chose this location due to pool and hot tub. Both closed for repairs. None of the USB charging ports in the room worked (there were 6). Day 3, all of the electricity on the headboard side of the room was out. No lights or alarm clock working. Maintenance cant fix it. They cant move me to another room becauae they are full and then deny my request for a refund for that night. $160/nught and I've had better experiences at that motel with a number on the end.

Had this hotel to go to Two Step Inn and it was great! Had to Uber to the nearby venue but location was pretty good, very clean hotel and quiet. Plus offered cookies daily to guests. It was a very nice hotel stay for the price. Would recommend

Overall the stay was good. However, the phone and clock didn’t work in my room. I did let the front desk know about it but nothing ever became of it. The staff was very polite and friendly as well as the housekeeping staff. If ever in the area again, I would stay here, based on the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility.

Hotel was in a nice location, staff was friendly and helpful. The only real issue was the carpet was sticky to the touch on one side of the bed. It left your feet and shoes sticky on the bottom. Not great.

First room we checked in the bathroom smelled like straight Urine. Went to use the phone to call down to the front desk and it didnt work. I went down and she apologized and got us a new room. The carpet need cleaned badly. They were sticky. Our shoes were sticking to the front area when we walked in. Wall plug ins were loose or did not work. The phone in the 2nd room we got moved to i picked up the next day and the whole cord fell out of the phone because the phone jack part was broken. Ice machine down on 3rd floor.

When I got here, it seemed like our presence was annoying to the front desk employees, and they didn’t even check in the computer to see if there was early check in (less than 90 mins prior to when check in is) and they said to come right at 3:00 so we went shopping and then came back, again different people at the desk but feel like it was a burden, asked for a rolling cart for our bags, and was told if it was available it would be in the alcove in the front. Of course it wasn’t so in order to not have to make multiple trips up and down with my three year old by myself I end up carrying everything by myself down the hall past the desk where two employees watched an 8 mo pregnant woman (myself) and a toddler struggle to get around, then up the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator for several mins, pushed the elevator call button and a robot answered but never got to speak with anyone, I call the front desk with my phone and no one answered.. ever, somehow it started working again after a loud noise, got to the floor we were supposed to be on for me to notice that the cart was right there with a trash bag on it, like the employees were using it the whole time. Finally get the room and then start cleaning.. 😮‍💨

It was comfortable, the staff was very polite, and professional.

Easy access to all things Hutto, Round Rock, and Austin. Felt like we were away from rush hour but could get to hikes, walks and even downtown Austin without much difficulty.

Why can’t they allow a smart TV connection and we play Netflix, YouTube or Amazon?

Their housekeeping is a joke. Four night stay, one night there did not clean the bathroom. Another they did not service the coffee bar. One day they didn’t even make the bed. They had a known issue with a leak in the dining room. They didn’t mop it or rope it off and my daughter slipped and fell. Luck she wasn’t hurt. The last night the fire alarm in my room started going off at 2:30 in the morning. Place is a joke.

We had a number of issues from the room keys to the electronic panel by the bed. 2 days out of our stay the room was half cleaned

We planned on staying here specifically for the indoor pool, however after checking in we were told the pool is out of service. Thankfully, we were able to cancel our reservation without issue.

Shower had black mold. Sink missing stopper. Satellite TV kept having a card read error and would need to be reset. Carpet stained. Walls damaged. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. Employees very friendly.

I came to Hutto for a sleep study so I really can't comment on the night, but I was able to relax from my drive and had a place to shower the gel out of my hair and have a light breakfast before driving home

Swimming pool was not open! Elevator was broken and were told we should have received an email and never did. However we were given a room on 1st floor which was good. Thanks!! I rated an 8 all because no pool! I will definitely stay again though. It was convenient for where I needed to be. By the way the toilet seat was also broken in our bathroom.

I discovered there is a mini video camera on top of the Tv. This is very uncomfortable to have your privacy invaded. I will call and ask this week the purpose of that video camera

Everything was fine except our TV had to stay on one channel the whole time. The one remote was missing and the blue tooth wouldn’t connect. So that was pretty annoying and they were fully booked so they couldn’t move us.

Hotel was nice and well located for our purposes. Beds comfy, room with everything we needed. The staff was amazing, nice, engaging, and informative. Breakfast was delicious with several options. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staffing

The room I was in was VERY dark and there was some trash from the prior guest that was still there, including an empty sushi container. There was also what sounded like an entire highschool football team partying on my floor that night and their coach started banging on everyone's doors, including mine at 6am yelling for people to wake up.

Check in was extremely easy and the front staff very accomodating and friendly. The room was lovely and exactly as pictured here on Expedia. The free breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've had and I travel a lot for work so I was impressed. They even gave me a free bottle of water when I checked out the next day. I realized I had left my favorite pair of boots there and they said they would hold them for me until I could get back there again for work. If you're traveling to Hutto or just passing through on the way to somewhere else I highly recommend this Holiday In Express & Suites.

We have stayed at this facility several times over the years. For us, it's a good location in an easy to get to place. For the time, we had a complaint. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom plus only 2 tissues were in the dispenser. This will not stop us from staying there again but hopefully in the future it will not happen,

There was a large stain on the bottom sheet, all the bottles of Watkin’s products in the shower were empty or broken. There wasn’t any lotion products, the Kleenex smelled awful, the toilet paper holder was broken and the water pressure was almost non existent in the sink, but a little better in the shower. The eggs at the breakfast were pretty much gone and what was left were brown from being over cooked. It was disappointing for what usually is a great experience…

Pool was unusable as the light was disconnected and floating about. Vacuuming in the corridors well before check out time, doors not properly closing no sound proofing from under the door every conversation outside of room can be heard clearly.
