The gentleman checking us in was very helpful, even offering a bandaid for my niece who scraped her knee. They had some issues with the system but allowed us to wait with complimentary water in the breakfast area. Room was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and complementary bottled water, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would definitely stay at the Fairfield in Huntsville again.

Enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good. The 200th birthday of Army was being celebrated in parking lot next to hotel with Army vehicles, helicopter, etc. Had food trucks, vendors from different businesses, crafts and a live band. A fantastic fireworks display all a bonus to our stay. Was told there was a problem with water being dirty due to construction, and that it happens often. We ourselves had a small discoloration but nothing we couldn't complain about.

Very nice room, clean, comfy bed. The staff was especially friendly. The lady managing the dining room for breakfast was very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast. Our favorite was the spinach and cheese egg cups and bacon.
