There was a wall lamp hanging off the wall. Another lamp shade had been burned with a lighter. The room was a nonsmoking room but smelled like fresh cigarettes. At 915am some one from the staff walked into the room then walked back out. Unannounced. I had the door locked and the latch on the door. The desk clerk said she knew about the lamps and would have to talk to her supervisor about getting compensation for the bad experience. Haven't heard anything and no one will answer the phone. Won't be back.

The floor in the room was sticky, the bathroom remodel wasn’t completed, the staff were never around, the breakfast was Nutrigrain bars, fruit, or muffins. I don’t know if the coffee maker worked because I don’t drink coffee. If you do I hope black is okay. There was no cream or even milk. No cereal, hot food, breads…all the things you would expect from breakfast. The remodel was botched since the hot and cold water were mixed up and the pool was empty during the last week of May in Huntsville where most pools open in April. We and all our family and friends will never stay here again.

Location BREAKFAST WAS POOR ONLY COFFE AND MUFFINS. SOME ORANGES AND APPLES. no juice or toast. RUGS WERE DIRTYBAND SMELLED.

The room was clean and smelt clean. No complaints on the room. Half the vending machines didn’t work. Those that did work were coins only. The halls smelt like marijuana. The staff were friendly enough. There was definitely some updating and maintenance needed on the property. In all, I was satisfied with my stay and would book again.

Location was perfect for where we needed to be while staying there. The hotel was quiet, and staff was nice. The pillows were comfortable. The bed was hard as a rock. The remote was sticky. The chair in the room had definitely seen better days, and the air conditioner really needs an update.

The staff was friendly and inviting and the room was cozy. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the hair dryer nozzle was melted. The location was far from where we were going to be during the weekend. There were not many selections to the continental breakfast and the coffee wasn't great.
