The property is in need of renovation but the onsite breakfast option was good.

It was okay, but there are better choices for the price.Very disappointed there was no breakfast. $12 to 15 for a burrito bowl, and $7 Starbucks coffee is fine if that's your thing. The room and the staff were fine. MDB.

This hotel has seen better days. I expect better conditions in a Marriott property. We were placed in a first floor room with a terribly stained carpet. A strong smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. The room was so humid that the pillows and bed cover felt damp. We finally decided to switch rooms when we realized that our door would not lock. The staff was kind and polite and switched us immediately. The next room on the second floor was much better, but still had an odd cabbagy smell. The upside - the bathrooms were clean.

Close to UAH, shopping, and restaurants

It was memorial weekend and the pool was supposed to be open, but it had algae still in it.

Room was clean!! Price was great!!

My room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly too. The only complaint is the microwave was terrible!
-
I ate elsewhere No microwave or frig and the pillows needed to be discarded!
-
The entrance/parking lot was clean. The room was clean as well. I liked that it was kind of hidden behind another store. Most of the attractions were no more than 5 min away.

Nothing def not what a Marriott usually looks like It was not clean, plugs didn’t work in room, I tried to cancel 48 hrs in advance and no one responded. So I came because we didn’t want to lose money. Shower was not clean a broken piece in our shower. Tape on one the outside doors

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Cons of my stay there are no microwaves in the rooms, the only microwave available is in the lobby and it was pretty dirty. Also breakfast is not complimentary, there is a bistro in the hotel but you have to purchase all meals including coffee, so that was disappointing.

The front receptionist was the only thing nice about this hotel. My first room had not heat. They switched us from a double bed room to a king with a pull out due to them not have any other availability. The new room’s bathroom locked from the outside, allowing someone to be able to lock you in. One of the outlets in the bathroom did not work and it had no iron. Our key card got deactivated a few times which meant a trip back to the front desk. We had a few in our group that their key cards could open all the doors throughout the hotel. It was a poor choice of hotel, but we had to stay there due to the tournament we were playing in was a stay to play. A refund would be nice.

The pool was inexplicably out of commission. We asked for extra blanket and they didn't know where to get one and said they would bring one to the room but never did. The water pressure and heat in shower/sink were terrible. We had cockroaches in the room. The room also smelled bad. There was also a gross derelict restaurant in front of it which was super unappealing.

The check-in was unsatisfactory. The assigned room had not been cleaned and prepared when I arrived. However, the front desk clerk was very efficient in correcting the situation, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory. I was unable to figure how to set the room thermostat to give the desired comfort, but overall, the room temperature was satisfactory.
