Great stay and perfect location!"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff was incredibly professional. I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it. An earlier check-in option would be a nice addition, but I was still very happy with my overall experience.

I loved the location and the kindness of the staff. I also liked that it was breakfast included. I didn’t like the fact that the property didn’t disclose on the website that the pool isn’t up and running yet and won’t be until after Memorial Day. I had to find a local pool and pay for the day so my family could enjoy a nice swim; which is something that’s a deal breaker for me when booking any room if it’s not available. I also don’t like that breakfast was repetitive everyday: none of which consisted of bacon on the menu. However, the that was served was fresh. The juice machine had to be turned on by another customer, we thought it was broken. The room could have been cleaner: the drawers were dusty and the bed frame had some type of beverage spilled on the base that was easily noticeable with a quick look over. A lot of the towel were dingy as if the laundry isn’t being done correctly- my nephew says he had a few fresh towels that had hair on them sent up…. I had a double queen room and the bathroom was tight with the sink at the front door/ outside of the bathroom: unfortunately I don’t catch that detail when booking. It’s an inconvenience to go from one area to the next just to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Easy to access on the main road. Friendly staff, clean facilities and spacious. Gym available and fast WiFi. This was my second stay and I will return.

My room was clean. It was so noisy. There were people bumping into the walls keeping us awake. Throughout the night we just could hear door slamming all the time. It was terrible. The mattress thin and uncomfortable. This was definitely the worst Best Western Western stay I've ever had.
