The employee at the desk was very nice and professional. There was a cockroach sitting on the bedside table when I first walked in, and there were hairs all over the bed and the employee just said “okay” Also online when you reserve it says check out is 11am. At 10:15am the employee starts knocking on the door saying we need to check out at 10am.

It’s clean just the ac wasn’t working and when we would call they would search our rooms telling us what to do with the sheets then starts folding it up in our faces he was just weird

smoke detector was taken out of the ceiling with the chords hanging out and people flashing lights from parking lot into windows and noise in general not very fun

The bed is very uncomfortable, the shower curtain was old with stains and mole, the staff was not friendly and I don't think its worth the price. Will not stay here again.

Have read reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried, but as soon as I got my key went to check the mattress and didn't find any bugs. Room was overall really clean, windows had protections on the outside and was able to get some good rest. Had enough towels, hot water to take a bath and both of the guys that we encounter at the front desk were really helpful and really nice as well. Needed to connect to the WiFi and didn't have any issue. At checkout, they just checked our rooms really quickly and gave us our deposit back with no troubles. Might only ask to clean a little bit behind the bed base, but that's it! No additional comments

Easy check in. The cleanness wasn’t good the tables were oily, beddings smelled like pee and when you would feel the sheets it felt like it was damped I had to ask for a new sets of sheets.

So my car battery died out upon checking out the receptionist was kindly enough to jump start my car. That shows me alot from the hotel. Definitely coming back soon for another family event in the area

I had a pleasant Stay. The room was clean, and the area around the motel isn't that bad. I was thinking about doing it again next month, that is until the guy at the register stiffed me of a large part of my security deposit when I was checking out. In the end they stole $30 Dollars from me, but they also lost a potential customer. I guess they don't care about that. If you're paying in cash make sure you get a receipt of everything you paid. My mistake was in assuming people are honest and decent.

Toilet seats hinges were loose and one of the hinges was off completely, no hot water, the rooms were cramped in little to no legroom and the floor was warped for some reason.

We were so worried about staying here based on the reviews! To be so honest we had a great stay! Showers are SMALL but doable! Room was clean needs more DEEP cleaning but overall the room was great WIFI was fast no glitches on our Laptops tv channels were not great so take your Tablets/ laptops anything to watch! Our view was also great stayed on the second floor. Everything was about 3mins - 10mins shopping centers , foods , grocery stores, restaurants, fast foods. Very convenient!! ALSO they had heat ! We didn’t struggle with no cold ! Would I come back ?? YES

It’s very close to my relatives house. I choose this because it’s just a few blocks away from the place I needed to be I found 3 roaches alive, the biggest one running over the bed. All this in less than 6 minutes after they give me my room keys. They change me to another room but I definitely will never come back here

Small tiendes, but near to CVS and other large stores. Quiet at night, only some fire trucks, no police or other potential "bad neighborhood" expectations. Low income sure, but aafe for a night or two. Regular residents live there too. Check in easy, check out easy. Tv stuck on one channel only, with duplicate movies during the day, "scary" movies at night. Bring a tablet or hdmi/cast. Careful with the power outlets, its a very old building. Bathroom clean but small.

Later I arrived and collected the key. I had seen pictures of the room but in person they look much more dirty. The chair was stained, the bedding was too. The shower was too small and I could barely turn inside it, and I was greeted with condoms on the bed. Next time I’ll pay a little extra for a cleaner place.

I got the single bed and it was comfortable to me smells cheap but hey you get what you pay for it was clean but I did see roaches I hate roaches , they’re service they’re very nice not like other hotel clerks these people where very considerate and helpful over all for the price is very good

Sat outside for 2 hours with my young kids from 7-9:48pm after driving 24 hours from houston just for get rejected, denied and hasseled about my refund. I would NEVER recommend any especially of colored to come here.

Worst customer service I've experienced in my life. They said check out time was at 10am, when I booked it said 11am and they charged me an additional $20. The rooms were smelly and bad looking. They had a lot of mosquitos and flies. They charged me $93 total for a really bad experience.

After checking in and looking around the bathroom looks as if it wasn’t even clean. The sink has smudges all over and the floor still looked dirty. About 5 minutes into checking into my room a bedbug jumped on to my girlfriend’s leg once we were on the bed. I told the manager the room has bedbugs and straight away his response was “no problem, full refund and you could go”. He was direct and quick with this response as if it has happened to him many times. He didn’t even try to fix the issue just offered a refund. Which is kinda dumb because he can’t even authorize the refund himself. I have to contact Hotels .com myself and get my refund from them. Basically don’t check into these rooms unless you plan on exterminating the whole room or just don’t care about bedbugs.

They say that they disinfect the place but it wasn't even the case when I move the bed second charge my phone in the back because it's usually they always have an outlet the other didn't work and there was dirtiness trash behind the bed cookie wrappers I mean crumbs then I open another drawer and there was bottles empty bottles then I opened the bottom drawer and there was somebody shoes there man and then I had the water running the sink and it over it over flew like it over flooded because the sink was clogged the good thing this chick that I met there we smoke some weed in my room and I ended up f****** that's the only good thing she was sexy that is with me my stay worth while

Got to the hotel around 8pm and the receptionist which lives on the property stated that they request a $50 cash only deposit. Don't forget to ask them for the Wi-Fi password because they will not give it to you. Received the key to the room and the room was clean but a roach was in the bathroom. Other than that it was okay.

I cannot believe that such a type of service would exist in this area. I have been at cheap motels, yes it is correct, MOTELS, and the service is better. It should be demoted from hotel to motel. The reception is hostile, there is not accomodation for people with mobility challenges. The stair case is so steep with short steps. The rooms are not clean everyday. The wifi is dial-up type. There is not any service for hospitality. There is no coffee. etc, etc

Upon entering the room, my allergies and breathing suffered severely. I don’t know what it was, but I coughed constantly and could hardly breathe the entire night. Not to mention I found bed bugs and roaches. The room was paid for in advance through Expedia, but there was not way I was going to stay for 6 nights. There was no way around staying there the first night so I laid awake on top of the dank and cigarette burned bed spread until sunrise. The only good thing about this stay was Expedia returning the full refund for unused nights on the reservation.

Upon entering the room, my allergies and breathing suffered severely. I don’t know what it was, but I coughed constantly and could hardly breathe the entire night. Not to mention I found bed bugs and roaches. The room was paid for in advance through Expedia, but there was not way I was going to stay for 6 nights. There was no way around staying there the first night so I laid awake on top of the dank and cigarette burned bed spread until sunrise. The only good thing about this stay was Expedia returning the full refund for unused nights on the reservation.

TRAVELLER BEWARE!!! THIEVES! It took them 3 DAYS to clean my room, and when they finally cleaned it while i was out, THEY TOOK MY CLOTHES AND STUFF! THEN FLAT OUT DENIED IT! There were holes in the ceiling and windows, and the beds were like rocks. All of this would have been fine except for the fact that there were BED BUGS in the beds. Upon returning home, we had to disinfect everything we brought with pesticides that were expensive. Bad.

Building not finished. Dangerous to come in and out of parking. Property could t break a 20 and demands cash deposit. Says $50 and I gave him $60 and he tried to keep the 10 after stating $50.

Where to begin? There’s nothing like hauling all your luggage half a block in dark and scary downtown LA because this place has NO PARKING LOT. There are signs in the hotel informing you that “all cars must leave parking lot by 7am” but there is no PARKING LOT. Just one dirt lot that is under construction but completely inaccessible. When I called and asked about parking the owner shouted at me”you get street parking! Street parking is free!”. Yeah. Also. Right outside my window: 24 hour car wash and vacuum. So good luck getting any sleep.

Ultimately it's just a place to sleep. Bed's are as hard as a rock. Bathroom door didn't shut. Shower was super tiny. Loud car wash next door that people use at all hours of the night. Don't come and make the beds everyday so you come back to the way you left it.

The parking situation should be explained! They have construction so you need to move your car before 7 am :( we didnt even get enough sleep and the person working that day was super rude with zero customer service skills! Not only that but our deposit didnt get returned until 3 days later and only because we called you guys (Orbitz) to complain lol terrible place to stay! Please dont go!

The place had a bad smell, manager rude and insulted me by calling me stupid. He tried to kick me out for no reason but I did not leave. Guy is weird.

At the end of the day this was a great place for the price and location. People will always find something to complain about, if you want 5 star treatment you need 5 star money. But if all you need is a place to sleep and shower this is the best spot!

Lady owner was very rude and was making up false reasons to keep our deposit. Rude to my guests and told me I couldn’t have any visitors. She did not want to show us the hotel guidelines or proof of what she was saying. She did not treat us like customers. Waste of money!!!!

The room was okay for the price and clean when we arrived. We stayed there for 6 nights. Within this time nobody cleaned the room and we didn’t get fresh towels. Furthermore the service was terrible. The owner of the hotel is very unfriendly. During the check in and check out he hardly talked to us and didn’t open the roll-up front.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The locality is fine, there are restaurants and other shops nearby. The hotel though is located on a main street but its name has a poor visibility. its very dimly lit so one could easily miss it and drive past through it. My Uber driver missed it twice. The room size is small but the shower area is terribly small. There was barely any space to move around while taking bath in rooms amazingly small standing shower area. The shower knob responded completely opposite to what it read. I turned it to Hot and it gave me cold water, turned it to Cold and it gave me Hot. When I checked in the room was clean enough but the bathroom wasnt so clean. I could easily see that there was dust all over the sink and tap amd other surfaces. I kept my phone on the sinks surface and I could hear/ feel the dust brushing against the phone surface. I checked in late night at 11 so I didnt care to bother the hotel because I thot that the regular housekeeping should be able to take care of it next day but in the remaining three days of my stay I did not get any housekeeping service. Yeah thats right. For my whole stay I would get out to explore LA in the morning and return at night to find the room same as I left in the morning. The housekeeping did not even enter my room. I noticed the housekeeping cleaning other rooms while I was leaving but those room were not occupied. My guess is that housekeeping chores are not done when a room.is occupied by guest Ha ha.
