To make matters worse, there was no microwave in the room, there was no hot water, and basic amenities were lacking. These are fundamental things that guests expect when paying for a hotel room. Overall, this property appears neglected and poorly managed. Between the cleanliness issues, the lack of hot water, and the missing amenities, I cannot recommend staying here. I would not return.

Sheets were stained and when I asked to get clean ones they said none were available. I didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people that were in my room and still wasn’t able to get more. The 2 days I was there I had to sleep on one sheet not able to keep warm. Then was wrongfully charged due to them having dirty floors.

Staff is very rude always has an attitude and she needs customer service skills. The guys seemed little bit better but considering the establishment being old run down always sketchy and very unsafe not a place you want to take your children or lady

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. However, based on my own experience, I feel unsafe during my stay.

Tv didn’t work : ( and then they didn’t give us enough toilet paper . It was 7 am but we didn’t have enough toilet paper because only the cleaning lady knows where it’s at and she got there till 9am .

Was there for one night. My tv didn’t wanna work with the remote they gave me but it was fine and water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Other than that it was quiet and I got some good sleep. Nice quiet place. Didn’t like they took $50 CASH deposits. So please take cash if you plan to stay. You do get it back once you check out

The fridge leaked, the sink leaked, the dresser was shattered into hundreds of pieces and those pieces were shoved into the space where the drawers should be, the shower faucet would turn it on but not control the temperature and the temperature would randomly change from freezing to scalding, and there was moss growing in the ice maker. Oh and we got a single sheet on each bed, no blankets, and the pillows felt like they had marbles in them. Tried to find another hotel while there but couldn't cancel once checked in.

I rented room 225 because it has a kitchen. The burners werent workig. I called the office they told me they had burners there in the cabinnets. Well those werent working either. Fridge wasnt working. Ice was melting. The AC kept going on and off. And they were bed bugs all over the pillow. Not again.

Our hotel specifically had water in the tub from who knows when. We had to clean it out and buy a tub mat for our feet but we still used our crocs while showering. I booked the room but I ended up not even staying. I left within 10 minutes and got a refund when I walked to my room there was a homeless guy with all his stuff under the stairs and the stairway smelled like piss and was nasty and grimy like they should atleast power wash here and there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years the room honestly should be $50 if that and the room itself wasn’t that bad besides the light in the restroom didn’t work the front desk lady was very kind and nice the owners theirselves though should but some money into cleaning the place up it has a lot of potential but definitely needs attention

I would not eat breakfast here. There was a few issues. First of all there was cockroaches and spiders. The remote for tv was broken and tv didn’t turn on. There was no quilt for bed only sheets. The floor was sticky. There was a lot of noise at night that kept waking us up.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolutely filthy. I was given a tv remote missing the back piece.Our room had a white bedsheet tied over the chair (not sure what this was covering) filthy mattresses,holes in the tub ceramic, missing tiles around the tub, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and hanging down, when we opened the mini fridge, the weather stripping was hanging by a thread, the room smelled like a moldy basement. We had a party of 4 but the room had only 2 towels and when I went down to the lobby was told the only way to get more towels would be to catch the maids in the morning when they do their rounds!! What?!?! We did not make it past 3 hours before demanding a refund. Staff informed us that we had to process a refund thru Expedia since thats how we booked it and this would take 72 hours to be fully refunded. This was May 13th. It is now May 24th and Expedia has notified me that the hotel denied the refund after staff told us he understood and we would be refunded once Expedia started the refund process. There were 2 little boys riding their scooters up and down the walkway in front of all the rooms and yelling/screaming on the 2nd floor IN THEIR UNDERWEAR only. The room directly next to me had the front window shattered. This is a no smoking property but the stench of Marijuana was constantly strong and in the air. Worst place I've ever experienced and to think this was only 3 hours.We got charged for 3 nights! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I like that the rooms were cleaned and everyday they had room service. Also I like the that they have a fridge air conditioner and a microwave and soda machine by the office. I didn't like the shower tub its rusty and old and it looks disgusting uncomfortable to shower. I also didn't like that the WiFi only can connect to one phone. I didn't like that the T.V remote volume button did not work. Please fix these issues asap. ｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡

The guy said “its okay! Its still locks from the outside and so i explained that my daughter has autism and is a wanderer and i was to lock up the volt for her safety and ofcourse mine too.. and so he came back and the door lock got stuck and so he tried to fix it but then i said ima end up stuck in here if i lock up and he agreed that it was not to be trusted .. gave me a different room and this room was already not my cup of tea right from the moment i got to the door because this door had electrical tape on the card reader and was missing a part. It was so empty where my daughter thought she could get loud and echo. It didnt have the couch or the coffee table and only one chair. The volume on the tv wouldnt work and so it was a quiet tv time for us. Oh and talk about the people i was next too doing helium with balloons and standing by mydoor just making my night scary and unpredictable.

Nothing Too pricey for the hotel and its conditions, room smelled like urine and the box springs had horrible stains on the sides, toilet seat was so old the white paint was gone, shower water was hard to open. Very disappointing not for family with kids!

But when: no wifi, remote doesnt work, faulty showerhead spraying over the curtain, no bedside lamps, and no one there upon checkout in the morning except a houseless person asleep on the couch in the lounge. Not terrible, but again, I’d be happy to pay about $35 a night, not $100 after taxes/fees.

We have stayed at this place several times. Our most recent stay was not that great. Room was not clean, there were spider webs and bugs on the ceilings. There were also some roaches ! Outside of rooms, there was trash all around the trash bins. Dry weeds, unkept landscaping.

I mean for $86 you get way you pay for. Rooms are cleanish but musky, coach was very sketchy. Bathrooms were moldy and rundown. Spotty WiFi connection. The saving grace was how kind the lady at the front desk was. Sketchy area in general but good access to public transport.

Front desk were sweet and professional! Just be patient with them it’s only one person checking in !! But rooms were not maintained there was 3 cockroaches and FAT flies flying around. You can tell there’s black mold due to the smell of humidity and the look of the restrooms walls and the vent not working! It’s good to stay one night. Air conditioning worked good. Bed was comfortable pillows were small BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW if you like sleeping in a flat surface then your fine.

It was good for the 2 nights we stayed for a concert, but I would not stay there again. The first night we stayed there, we were witness to a police invasion of the motel, then there’s lots of people that smoke and made us sick because of the smell. Even though it was a non-smoking room.

2. during the shower, the hot water was turning cold... and next day, no hot water. I talked with them and they said the boiler is broken and will be fixed soon. It was fixed next day. 3. The room has iron spot but not there that I asked for it and they said they will bring it first thing in the morning and didn't happen. 4. The internet was not working. When I checked in, they gave me the information about the internet access but when I tried, it was declined. I asked the front, the lady said it's complimentary that it may work or it may not. 5. When you check for their information on website, it says free breakfast. There is none. 6. However, the mattress of the bed was very comfortable that I slept well and I thank for that.

This place is horrible dirty smelly i sat on the couch and immediately started itching and got a rash front desk was not very friendly. I would never ever ever book this place. I even had my reservation canceled.

Extrememly unconfortable beds. We were four of us. Not enough towels, blankets. When enquired at the front desk, they anwered very rudely.

I didn’t like that the doors wouldn’t have two locks, and the towels had hairs from others people, and it wasn’t that clean

When we arrive to the property we didn’t know we had to pay a deposit of $50 in cash which we didn’t have in the moment. So our check in was not pleasant. In the receipt they gave me said complimentary breakfast which wasn’t true. Overall I will not come back to this place anymore.

The nicest person there was the maid. It is a very dirty motel and falling apart. The matress was horrible, probably 20 years old. No pool, no food, and you have to pay extra for the ice machine.

the room had cockroaches, the parking spots are very small and when you open your car door you hit the car next to you, also the room key stopped working and when i went to get it re-keyed the guy didn’t not ask for ID and just re-keyed it for the room number i told him. as a single woman that is very unsafe.

The property is in need of upgrading. The rooms smell old and dingy but the beds are comfortable. A deep clean should help a bit with the old odor the rooms have.

Lucky if you get hot water the first night my wife was able to shower with hot water then I wasn’t so lucky I had to shower with cold water, our room smelled like weed, the room needs new furniture what our room had was old. Other than that it was ok I guess. Oh wait the walk way need fixed I thought I was going to fall through that was scary!

Honestly don’t think it’s worth the price ,, the rooms were very low grade the lights barely lit up in the bathrooms ,, there was peeling paint overall it just didn’t have the presentation worth the price

The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty as well, and also the bed made a lot of noise when you sat on it.

Short review, No phone in room, door was loose with no door guard. No blankets on beds either. Tv is way smaller than what looks like on pics. Motel 6 on Rosemead is way better and about the same price.

For the most part it was good a good location and the price was not bad for a weekend that I stayed other than that none of the rooms have microwaves which would have been very convenient

The parking is horrible, the spaces are so small...get ready for your car to be dinged. The beds are squeaky and feel old. I was taller than the shower head and I'm 5'5". No water pressure. A few loud people but the area wasn't horrible.

We arrived at 3:35pm from 4 hours away and our room wasn’t ready. The gal in the front said it wouldn’t be ready for another hour or so. We had an event we had to get to by 4:30pm. In the parking lot, it says in red park at your own risk… She tells us that everything is booked- finally we get a room, the walls were dirty, the blow dryer was melted, no iron or phone in the room, only 2 towels, beds we’re uncomfortable. Wasn’t the best place to stay at.

Staff at front desk was very rude,I was asked for a extra 50 dollars for mattress on the floor. I had requested for a king. It queen on the floor. Ironing broad missing,TV remote broken. Blinds broken, headboard marks up. Elevator has gangs signs all over. Working on vehicles on property. I was told do not do drugs or sell them on property. No breakfast as advertised. Do send no one there and they charge a 100 dollar for that. We left our luggage in the car. I should have stayed in mycar i have been better off.

it was good overall except for the night before and day of check out. there was ants everywhere on the thirdfloor. also saw a bunch of dead ants in the bed!
