The time we stay there are kids make too much noise, running at our floor in the afternoon time.

We loved Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Huntington Beach. I was new & clean. It had a nice bar area & loun ge where I could hang out with my family. We were hoping to go up to the outdoor patio but it was cold & windy. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend 👌

Internet was a bit spotty. The sofa pillow needed to be stitched back. The hang out area in the second floor was very nice but it was missing the bags for the corn hole. Kids still were able to enjoy the other amenities

The breakfast looked wonderful unfortunately I did not eat. I did have a yogurt though. But everybody that was there was enjoying it. I can say that. I had breakfast with my family on the two days that I was able to eat breakfast there but the breakfast area was full of people, and they were eating it.

This hotel is conveniently located to nearby shops and restaurants. The breakfast has vast options. It is a newer hotel and is clean and with a modern asthetic.

The front desk rep, Batoul, was extremely helpful in assisting us with ground transportation to Pasadena. Batoul also provided us with extensive information about the businesses around SpringHill Suites. Her customer service was outstanding. We also want to compliment the rest of the staff at SpringHill suites for their customer support as well. The cleaning staff service was also excellent in providing us with extra coffee and all necesseties.

Clean and spacious rooms with plenty of beds for family. Clean bathroom. Fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Multiple outlets + USB. Parking on site is $15 per night. Zuck. Efficient staff and check in and out. Very good breakfast with 4 hot cooked options, especially the popular spinach and Swiss cheese crustless quiche. More expensive than most comparable hotels near by.

This is the best hotel in Huntington Beach.

The front staff was great however I am not sure if room 134 is under the gym but heavy footsteps were heard throughout the night (and day). It was hard to sleep and slightly annoying when you want peace and quiet during the day.

It was clean convenient. I accidentally left a Christmas present in my car. So after I realized it I called the office to inquire about a package that was left. The front office was very quick to say no nothing was left but however as soon as I mentioned that I would provide a cash reward all of the sudden and miraculously the gift appeared and it was available to me. That just struck me as so dishonest. I paid the bribe got my gift and went on my way. I will think twice about staying there again because trust is gone.

The ac unit was making a high pitch noise throughout the night. I had to leave the room and wait a couple of hours for the unit to be changed out. The microwave was not working. While heating up water it smelled like an electrical issue and placed outside the room and had no microwave. The room carpet smelled like an animal or someone peed on the floor. Used an air freshener to stop smell but did not work. The Marriot employee on duty would not switch rooms.

I love Springhill Suites! The desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The only complaint and why I gave only 4 stars is because the shower was awful. They gave me a handicap room and the water didn’t come out very well from the shower head. It was not the regular shower setup. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Just disappointed there was no pool for our kids. I didn’t know when I booked.

While there is PLENTY of sitting space, only ONE CHAIR is comfortable to sit in: the sofa is a back-killing nightmare and the TV can on be viewed from an oblique angle ANYWHERE in the room. They need to re-think their space planning.

Breafas serving are was very claustrophobic. Food options were average at best. Upstairs terrace was run down and outdoor games were actually broken or dysfunctional but left for esthetics. Nice hotel but overpriced for what was delivered

Once arrived at property, was greeted by front desk staff quickly. Room was clean with no complaints. Nice area, conveniently next to shopping centers and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff was very attentive to refilling items that was out. The beds was not comfortable. Very outdated. The pillows are too flat goes flat. Our bathroom had only less then half of toilet paper left. And no refill roll was left in the room.

The room spaces are very great for families. However the carpets in the room could have been cleaned better. Found a big cut toe nail on the floor and it just made the room feel dirty and gross although everything else seemed clean. I would say they shouldn’t skip on vacuuming the rooms. Because of that I give it 4 stars.

The property was EXCEPTIONAL, clean, & The staff was amazing! They went above & beyond to make sure our stay was GREAT!! We will DEFINITELY be booking there again!

We were supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out couch - 3 adults 2 children. When we checked in, we were told by staff ‘sorry we gave your room away, we have a room with 1 king and a trundle’ - Our room was prepaid for almost a year ago! We were told they would ‘comp’ our parking, which was noted in our email was complimentary. And the trundle was extremely uncomfortable and springy, the couch was hard and stiff and the bed was crowded with 1 adult and 2 children. We were very disappointed and will not be back!

Housekeeping service was nonexistent. There was nowhere in the room where you could sit and have enough light to read by. Their free breakfast was mediocre at best.

The staff are all really nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is good. At one point during our trip I had to stay in because I got sick and having the little convenience store downstairs where I could charge things to my room was really nice. I just took the elevator downstairs and grabbed a Gatorade and went back to bed. Super quick and easy.

Welcoming staff and room space

Very nice property and rooms are big and spacious and walking distance to a shopping center. Only thing is my room said it had a queen size pull out bed but it’s not a pull out. The bottom of the couch pulls out a twin mattress that was very uncomfortable and you felt all the wires so we didn’t end up using it but the good thing is the couch itself was wide. I also wished there was better lighting in the room since it’s high ceilings but the lighting isn’t good. I will say all the staff was super nice and friendly!

I love that it is modern with Huntington Beach artwork and decor. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good with a variety of items. It is a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants and our son and daughter-in-law’s house. This was my second stay here and I plan to come back in July when our granddaughter is born!

First, the check-in: Nicholas, the guy behind the desk at check-in, was AMAZING! We booked this hotel because it has free on-site EV Chargers. We didn't have the ChargeAmerica app on our phone) and had no interest in adding it( (since we have no ChargeAmerica Stations near us). Nicholas walked us out, and did the set up for us on his phone--and plugged in the car! This is service that is definitely above and beyond! We requested an "Accessible" Suite and it was (almost) everything one could wish for--big room, plenty of room to move around and a GIGANTIC Bathroom and super-comfy bed! Now for the "down" side. Upon checking in we were informed there would be an "extra fee" for on-site parking (although the amount wasn't mentioned) and I didn't find any mention of it on the Hotels.com web sit or the Htotel''s web site. (Not saying it's not there, but I didn't see it.) The Hotel has an "Edinger" address but the only access is from Parkside Lane--which made our arrival "awkward" to say the least. Breakfast was--adequate (low average). Selections were VERY limited and I could have done without the "oatmeal soup" (more liquid than oatmeal) and both days had items with jalepenos (a big NO for those of us who don't like peppers.) I could have done with unbruised bananas, but that's just a quibble. The coffee here is strong enough to put hair on your chest (so ladies, you've been warned).

Great outdoor area on the second floor. Beds were comfortable room was extremely good quality black out curtains, which I loved. Only complaint is that there were quite a bit of random hairs in the bathroom, other than that I had a great stay!

Property was pretty nice, however the toilets didn’t flush super well. One of our party members had to switch rooms. Ran of of coffee at breakfast. Lovely rooftop terrace where we did yoga and had a team meeting.

The hotel is clean and modern, located in a safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I don't know how this property is rated as 3-star because in reality it is 5. We had a large room with 2 beds, work desk, large TV, small fridge and microwave and good sized bathroom with plenty of counter space and a nice shower. Everything is like brand new. Plus they have a nice gym, lobby, bar and breakfast area, an outdoor lounge and parking. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was great from the physical property to the staff. Similar in quality to other 5-star resorts I often stay at on vacation. Great stay.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament for our son. The rooms were great, and clean. Very blackout window shades allowed to sleep longer when we needed to. The breakfast was great, wide variety of breakfast food for everyone. Each room had a large sofa that one person could sleep on and then a trundle bed that pulled out for another person, so you can technically sleep 4 people in the room. We rented two rooms because we weren’t aware of the sleeping arrangements, but could have easily slept our family of 4 in one room. No bathtubs, and no pool or spa, but a patio with foosball and corn hole helped fill some free time. Good place to stay overall! Recommended!

Amazing stay and amazing property

Good hotel. It was our second time staying here. Bummed to learn on arrival that the patio areas with activites was closed. Breakfast was good except the employees who were working were not very friendly or considerate of guests. The hotel only has one waffle maker and the line for it was long. I highly recommend adding a few more waffle makers. They charge $12 for parking even though on hotels.com it shows they offer free parking. I showed the front desk employee the email I had that stated parking was free and they did not charge me. Front desk employees were nice and pleasant. They greeted us each time we walked past the desk.

The stay was good except for the fact that someone was knocking on the door at 3:30AM for about 15mins, which started out quiet but got louder. It startled us in the room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

New, clean hotel. But the room layout is the weirdest I've ever seen. The room is also very dark. Doors are heavy and squeeky and they slarm hard. Good luck sleeping ifnyou have a lot of neighbors. Will not stay again.

If you need to go to HB, this is your best affordable hotel option. It is a wonderful hotel, and convenient to the freeway and general shopping, but the area is very congested and not at all appealing. Not the fault of the hotel.

No room service or fresh towels. Had to ask for them. Would have like a hot tub to soak in. Room was a funky layout. The game area was nice for our large family to gather.

Liked elevator & fully walk-in shower w handheld shower handle. Most other places had tub/shower combo even in handicap rooms!! That would be difficult for those of us with balance issues to manage climbing over a tub wall. Walk-in made it simple & safe.

Had a great stay with our family of 6 for a quick two night trip. About 15 minutes to the Huntington Beach Pier.

Octoberfest. Everything was amazing. I really liked the location of hotel and the room was great. I do however wish the parking was complementary instead of additional fee of $12 a night. The only concern I had. I may have had an allergic reaction to the detergent the hotel uses because next morning my skin was covered in rash/bumps from the sheets. Front desk was very nice when I contacted them if maybe they had a first aid box with hydrocortisone cream but they did not. Front desk did offer to replace our sheets but I let them know it wasn’t necessary since we were checking out. Great on the location of this hotel. I could get to a nearby store to purchase what I needed.

I didn't like the traffic to cross the street to shopping/eating.

Booked a room with two queen beds they only gave us one queen bed tried to get another room hotel said none available we would have to tell Expedia absolutely no help at hotel. Hotel was very clean but we had to sleep one person on floor with blankets

Didn’t like they don’t have housekeeping you have to stay 3 nights in order to get housekeeping. Didn’t like coming to the room and bed not being made. Guess you can do better!

The hotel and room were comfortable, clean and modern. The front desk staff outgoing and courteous. The food staff could use some coaching in friendliness. They were really quite dreadful as was the breakfast. You have non-working waffle makers and what they served tasted like cardboard. The in-room coffee consisted of a 1 cup coffee maker that filled the cups provided 1/2 way. It's not often you come across a hotel that doesn't have 24 hour coffee of make it available at 5am. They charge $12 a nite for parking which is not disclosed in the online rates. They provide a parking pass that they slip into your paperwork and never tell you to use it. Why have it? It's not a guarded or gated lot so why charge your guests. Street parking is also available. While this hotel was clean and modern, it's not likely a return stay for us.

The property allocating was perfect for our vist. The hotel was newer ,very clean and the staff were great.

Front desk was unattended at 2:00 am when we returned. Gave us an unsafe feeling. Upon checkout we had to wait for staff to return to front desk.

I enjoyed the hotel overall, the breakfast was nice! Room was perfect for the 5 of us! Wish it was closer to the beach, thought it was a 6 minute walk according to the info given while researching hotels which is one reason we booked this hotel! Also wish it had a pool, other than that it was great!

There's a Whole Foods and a mall literally across the street so you have many dining and shopping options.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and shopping nearby, & it’s not far too from the beach.

Only complaint would be the in room refrigerator. It froze everything in it so a lot of our food was ruined.

The satff were awesome, the room was spacious and as described, close to many shops, great location, free wifi, and free parking (but you have to get the package at reservation) The not so good The offered free breakfast was bad!
