Room dirty sheets had stains. You had to go upstairs for breakfast. Elevator was broken .Door for room would not close properly. Overall I will possibly not stay in a Quality inn again. Everything.

What i didn't like....Double room only 1 set of towels. Refrigerator North cold., very old. Elevators not working. Outlet not covered,paint peeling,old looking. Not enough tissue. Never again.

Tried booking 3 weeks ago. Go to check in room wasn't ready so canceled. Book again and again room wasn't ready.

Bathroom had no towel racks or toiletpaper dispenser. 8 holes in bathroom wall where rack used to be. Dirt in corners of bathroom walls. Boogers on wall. Every room needed paint, large black scuff marks on inside of entry door. TV remote inoperative

There was no hand soap to wash out hands or shampoo. There were two mini bottles of conditioner, both appeared to have been previously used. There were 3 tissues in the tissue box. Hair was in the drain of the shower. There was no information on wifi connection or a TV guide. The TV remote was barely working. Breakfast was nothing to rave about.

Had no linens in the room when I checked in at 830pm. Asked twice for towels and told them I would be back after eating. Came back still no towels had to ask again and was only given two towels no wash clothes or shower mat. Hallways and office smelt awful. Water fountain on the second floor was clogged with something that had to have been there for weeks. Awful one night stay.

Staff was friendly professional and efficient. The lobby and corridors had a strong odor of what seemed like mildew. The room was ok yet there was a dirty towel still hanging and no wash cloths.

Abonened cars in the parking lot for at least 8 mos, landscaping has not been touched for a long time. Room needed a very serious deep clean with the hvac, toilet and vent - mold and a lot of built up dirt. Ceilings were 2 toned, yellow and white with the walls and trim needing a full repair for holes and fresh paint. Large fridge and furniture in good repair. Mattress was so soft my back completely locked up. Will never stay there again. Property needs serious attention to detail.

I wanted coffee while in my room. But the coffee, coffee maker and ice bucket was located on the bathroom sink. Instead of a table or any place other than the bathroom. I thought that was disgusting. No one wants anything you eat or drink in the area you poop in.

Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. Again, 2 male guests appeared to be going in and out of their room and pacing the hallway while we were trying to get in our room. Door was faulty and would not open adding to our distress. Mold on vent in bathroom, hair in tub, room smelled musty, sheets appear to not have been changed (had tiny wrinkles all on fitted sheet in spots where you lay). Stains all over run down furniture. Door to room did not appear safe at all. You could see light through the crack. We left this hotel.

Room was fairly clean but definitely could use a deep cleaning. Premises on the exterior were dirty and trashy along with exterior doors unsecure with broken locks on the door allowing anyone to enter the building. Needs a total renovation inside and out.

Some of the construction worker residents are noisy and inconsiderate at late hours of the night. The room didn't have a phone, no clock, no bible. The bathroom sink faucet was installed wrong and had poor pressure and was stopped up. The bathroom tub was stopped up. I had to request a room change.

The room still had trash in it. The sheets were off the bed and had not been replaced. The room had not been cleaned. There were no towels or toilet paper. Then we were given a different room which had a shelf falling off the wall.

Nothing! Smelly room! Extremely smelly. Woke up with a bleeding nose because of the carpet smell!!! Without turning the AC on, it is extremely noticeable. DISGUSTING!

They held $100 and told me I would have it back the morning I checked out. I didn’t get it til4 days later. I needed that money for gas to complete my trip. They didn’t explain that it would take several days .

Location Hotel needs serious renovations. Our room smelled like dogs were in there before us. Safety lock on main door was installed backwards. Breakfast was not appetizing and coffee was horrible.

There was no light in the bathroom. There was no TV. There was no refrigerator. There was no microwave. There was no coffee maker. It might as well have been a crack house.

I had to cancel due to hotel being nasty and I was having surgery and didn’t want to be miserable. 3 different rooms and all was either nasty or had no lights

Dirty old run down owners are rude and do not treat there employees with an ounce of respect or dignity! Refuses to fix anything and the breakfast was waffle and cereal! Worst quality Inn I been to anywhere in the USA

A little strange! They asked for a cash deposit when we arrived. Room looked like someone had been in there with the very worn furniture moved to block the adjoining room door. Shower was warm at best.

The location The facility is older but that is to be expected. The cleanliness was what the issue was.

The hotel was also not clean, the hallways smelled and there were bad chips in the paint. We had to book a last minute room in another hotel, but the quality inn charged us a no show fee despite being the reason we weren’t allowed in to begin with. This was late at night and we were very lucky a nearby hotel had rooms available. This could’ve been a very dangerous situation. Had to pay a $50 security deposit in case something was damaged. Put me in room 212 and it did not have a toilet seat then moved me to room 216. There was lots of traffic and had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

I wasn't there for the breakfast. I had to be at work before the breakfast started. The tub didn't drain well during my showers.

The pictures online are very misleading., The property is very outdated and the exterior looks worn down. There were guests wandering the halls at odd hours who seemed intoxicated or drugged, which gave the hotel an unsafe feeling at times.

Our room was apparently being worked on. The carpet was pulled up in the corner, the curtains had pieces on the floor and not fully hung, the smoke detector had no battery. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. We arrived late and were staying just overnight we told the front desk staff. They provided sufficient towels and waved their hands in response to the rest of the room saying “Oh don’t worry about it” …….???

My room had not been cleaned except for changing the bedding but im pretty sure there were bed bugs because i had sores on my arms and legs after I lay in it. I called and went down to the front desk to ask them to clean the room and was told they would send someone but I had to ask three more times before anyone would come and even after there was still a dried blood booger on the shower wall food splash on the wall beside the bed, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, ants on the desk/table, and the carpet felt sticky. Also the mirror in the bathroom slid sideways of its hinge and i even let the maintenence guy in on my way to work, but when I came back it was still down. When I went to check out there was a half crushed still living water bug/roach at the desk and staff just walked past it like it was nothing. The arch over the front door was disintegrating. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but the one next door was so much cleaner so why couldnt they be?

My daughter and her mother had a reservation for two nights that I reserved for them. They only stayed a single night and they checked out early due to the conditions of the location. I was notified the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. She also felt unsafe with the amount of people that were loitering around the area. I attempted to get a refund for the one night that they did not send there but was declined.

The hotel smelled horrible. Police came to get some people that were fighting next to our room. Definitely don’t recommend it at all.

Unattended children/teens roaming the halls. The halls of the hotel aren't air conditioned, by the way, so be prepared for 80+ degree walks from your room to the breakfast area or your car. Breakfast was underwhelming as well. Bagels were stale, sausage patties were greasy as hell, and the waffle mix ran out. Don't even get me started on the coffee... Housekeeping came maybe twice during a five day stay; Once on the second day (bed was made and bathroom cleaned). They came again on the second to last day after having to previously ask the front desk for new towels and wash cloths, and took the used towels away and replaced them (bed wasn't made, which I honestly don't care about, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned/reset either. Again, don't really care about that, but fresh towels and wash cloths on a consistent basis is kind of the bare minimum one would expect). Definitely won't be staying here again.

When we arrived I was told the room I requested was unavailable. At booking I called the hotel and requested a ground floor room with a king bed. I was told that wasn't a problem. At check in it became a problem because the person who cleans that room was off .

Stale breads, very salty eggs, few drink options (coffee and juice from a half gallon carton). We towed a trailer and there was sufficient open parking to stay within the lot. The other option offered was street parking. Quiet street, but not what we would have wanted. Not likely to revisit this location, in spite of the reasonable price.

Upon arrival the person at the front desk told me he was going to charge me an extra $50.00 for incidentals. I told him I was only there to sleep and would not be using incidentals. When I went to my room I looked in the refrigerator to see if there were items "incidentals" he was referring to and it was empty. I asked if the coffee in the room was free and he said yes (there was no creamers, sugars or spoons even if I wanted a cup. When I questioned him again what incidentals he is referring to, he said, if I damaged the room. That's crazy, I'm a 69-year-old woman who would never do something like that. I was there for three nights. Not once did house keeper come to pick up used towels and provide new ones. I had to go back down to the front desk to get them. The front desk person said he would send someone but that never happened. In the dining area the machine that provides water was broken. When asked they told me that they had ice only. The pillows smelled like greasy hair. My last night I saw small pebbles in my bed sheets. I realized I had walked around the room and from the dirty floor I was putting dirt in my sheets. What happened to the days when you can go to a hotel and have a clean room!

Breakfast was hugely disappointing. The juice/water machine was out of order, replaced by a jug of juice that needed to be filled up by staff. This limited the options for grabbing a drink in the morning. It also wasn't clear how you were supposed to fill kettle for items such as instant porridge with the drinks machine being out of order. Guests are only permitted to take one refrigerated item for breakfast i.e. a yoghurt however during our stay many were past their use by date (3-4 days over) indicating that staff have not checked the items prior to breakfast being 'opened'. Staff at front desk in morning were slow to respond and not very helpful in answering basic questions. I expected more from a Quality Inn. Having said that, the location is good and there is an nice Mexican restaurant opposite.

When you first come in the front entrance look up in the ceiling and it’s broken is coming down and you can see it as plain as day. The ice machine in the lobby don’t work, but other than that everything else is good.

The breakfast had no juices only water came out no coffee a coffee pot on counter with cloudy and stone cold coffee full of sediment food was empty and no one seemed to be serving the breakfast bar. Other guest complained to the front desk who apparently did nothing to solve the problem . She just walked to back room and turned around and walked back to the front desk. At 1 AM there was a commotion outside in hall that involved several people very loud sounded like downtown bar room at closing. The halls were trashed in morning . just not a good experience.

Very affordable. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom sink and mirror had toothpaste on it from last guests.

Property did not feel safe. Building was run down and damaged in a lot of areas. Door to room appeared to have previously broken into. Abandoned vehicles in parking lot with flattened tires and broken glass. Would not recommend this location.

Staff was wonderful and check in was easy, however the room wasnt the best. The fridge wasnt cold, the microwave is stuck on 30 minutes and you cant clear it. The phone randomly started talking, which really creeped us out. The smoke detector is missing, and there is a small hole in the wall, like someone had kicked it and they didnt fix it. The room itself is clean and comfortable, and I like that the hotel is right across the street from mcdonalds and chick fil a, which made getting food easy.

First of all I would like to say the staff were very kind and I had no issues with them. However I paid for a non smoking double bed room that looked fairly nice but when I checked in I got put into a one bed smoking room and I had my 7 year old child with me, it was late and I was told that was the only room available so we had to choice but to stay. I switched rooms the next day and was put into the correct type of room but the room was not that great. The beds were uncomfortable, it looked like the headboard was ripped off the wall and there were not full sized pillows on the bed, just two small square ones. When I woke up the next morning I had a ton of bug bites on me. Sad to say I will not be staying here again.

I was told at check in that the room I had reserved was in fact not available after driving all day, so I can’t comment on the room since I didn’t actually get one :) front desk literally said not my problem :) probably for the best since the building was not clean and appeared to be falling apart.

The night desk clerk did come to find a breaker switch on the AC to shut it off so there was no AC and no heat and it was 54 degrees outside. I will never stay in this location again.

The room was small. The room was not made up every day. I had to leave the hotel to get tea every day of my stay. I stayed for three nights and never had clean linens. Never clean towels I would not recommend this quality inn to anyone Staying in the area. The amenities were nonexistent.

It took 55 minutes to check in. The room had a broken inside lock and smelled like dirty carpet. Took another 15 minutes to get a different room. The next room also had inside lock broker. Staff woke me twice at my door then said all was fine.

Room was dirty and smelled. Black stuff on walls that my husband took a rag to to wipe off. If we could have found another hotel that night we would have. Had reservations to stay there on our way back the following Saturday, cancelled them immediately.

We had a great stay. The only trouble was the tv remote wouldn’t work-looks like someone spilled something on it. I tried to tell the front desk but no one was there this morning when we checked out. Breakfast was good, thanks!

Had to leave a day early and received a refund for last night stay, but they would NOT refund my $20 pet fee for that last day ....

Our room was great . The hotel overall was not well maintained .the floor in the lobby near the elevator was visibly dirty , we couldn’t enter into the pool area without help, my kiddos were so excited to go swimming but my oldest child was the only one who swam because the water was way too cold for my two little ones.

It’s a great place, employees are amazing.

The front office desk was very kind, BUT throughout our stay housekeeping never showed up to our room..we had a non smoking room but it still smelt like wet cats and cigarettes..sadly the breakfast was better off not served most items was out because it was not kept up with, the juice dispenser drain was running over with some kind of funk growing in it.. sad part is the attendant was in the breakfast area the entire time but was worried about playing on their phone instead of cleaning the area or keeping items up.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Tina the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

Front desk service was awful. They were not attentive and gave the impression that there personal cell phone was more important than the customer. We had an issue with tv and maintenance was non-existent. Unable to provide change for vending machine that will only take exact change. Outside side door does nit work with room key card. This has been broke for ghe past three years.

Our key didn’t work when we arrived, we then get into the room and we didn’t have any bath towels. We stayed two nights, the next day our key didn’t work again, very frustrating to keep going to the front desk! Front desk staff was rude, housekeeping staff very friendly. The second day the breakfast lady called in sick so there was no coffee available in the hotel. No one knew how to make it but the lady at the front desk and apparently she was too busy to make coffee.

Every day I would leave the room in the morning and when returning in the evening my key card would not work, I would have to go back to get my key card updated so the I could enter the room. Again the front desk associate seemed unfazed but the fact that this happened every day. Overall not a good stay. If is this a representation of a Quality Inn will never stay in one again.

The place needs a lot of maintenance. The room was falling apart. The water in the bathroom had little to no pressure. No amenities at all in the room. I could go on.......

The people above us were so loud and played music and made noise all night. We asked if we could be moved and the lady at the front desk said she’d have to figure out who was being loud. But nothing changed. We stayed up all night because of it.

Seemed like a new owner or management was at this facility. Growing pains. The first room provided to me was already occupied so I was issued a second one with an attempt of an apology. The second room was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and pillows of many. Keep the hotel at its present state and get to know your booking/checkin programming and you will be successful. Needs to clean up Jordan work Wyndon work shower sucked just needs an overhaul. The staff at the front desk was a confused a little bit couldn’t sleep because of whistling windows.

The room I reserved (2 beds, non smoking) was not available. Agreed to a king. Asked where the room was in relation to the elevator-disabled traveler with me, and was told it was right by the elevator. Stepped off the elevator and the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, room was almost at the other end of the hall, room had do not disturb sign on door, entered anyway , room was not made up-bed in disarray. Didn’t venture any further, went down and asked for a refund. Finally, after staff confirming the room not being cleaned and speaking with management over the phone, I was assured I would get a refund. They would not give me a confirmation number. Hoping I get the refund and won’t have to spend time dealing with this.

Staff was silent and weird. Breakfast terrible. They had waffle iron out and on but no Dough for the 3 mornings we were there. No eggs, just some slime sausage patties that they heated up in the microwave together with muffin and gravy. When we needed coffee refilled it took them 15-20 minutes to refill it?! First room we got smelled like smoke so we got it changed and the other room smelled better. Lots of weirdos staying there. I guess truckers from the road. Many smelled like alcohol and we saw them walk with open containers around the property.

Sheets were NOT clean. Hallway was not vacuumed, internet didn't work and front door wouldn't open automatically (it's supposed to). Don't stay for the breakfast otherwise it was great.

We were very tired when we arrived. The bathroom could use a bit of an update. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were hard and difficult to mold. The breakfast was disappointing: no eggs, just sausage patties and biscuits, small muffins, 2 cereals, waffles, yogurt, apples, and a limited choice of breads for toast.

The front desk personnel seem not aware of his job. Expedia already took the payment in my credit card but he said it was declined and asked us to pay again. But as I check my card both payments reflected in my account.

The room was okay until you went into the bathroom. The ceiling leaked above the shower. The paint was bubbling in multiple locations. The cleaning crew left long black hair in multiple locations. You are better off sleeping in your car and brushing your teeth at a gas station.

We waited while another guest argued about the lack of cleanliness in his room and asking for a different room. So we left.
