I booked and paid for a room with the hot tub in it when I got there they said Expedia messed up and had a different picture on the room and they wouldn’t do anything about it told me I could stay and there’s nothing they can do about it

The room was spacious with two queens and a sofa bed and had a full kitchen. The TV was an actual smart TV with Netflix (app only) and direct tv on demand which was nice. Staff was friendly. The room had a weird smell. The room wasn’t dirty though. It may have been the AC?

The hotel is beautiful and the daytime staff professional and helpful. My only complaint was that the room wasn’t restocked on supplies each day. They did a great job on supplying clean towels and emptying trash, but didn’t restock coffee supplies and toilet tissue without asking and we were there multiple nights. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Good location. Beautiful lobby. Quiet. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bedding was clean. Generous about of towels. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay. Headboard had a smear of something thick and clear on it and I didn’t see it until we were cleaning up to check out. Our TV didn’t work and the lady (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to fix it until the following day. Not a big deal because we were with family most of the time, however we did miss our Spurs in the playoffs.

The staff was very helpful. They provided us with silverware to eat our meal. They had a pretty good setup to think about what things you might need to buy. It was quiet. The AC worked well. It was overall a nice stay. The breakfast was just mediocre. I would stay there again!

The breakfast was nice If anyone stay at this hotel and waste a drink please don't use there towel to wipe it up they charged me $21.20 for a small towel they say I damaged so whatever you do just don't use there towel to wipe up nothing just leave it there and let them clean it up and when I spoke to the lady she told me the drink couldn't come out the towel
